¡Uno de mis lugares favoritos en España! Tranquilo, relajante y pacífico, es el destino perfecto si buscas alejarte de la ciudad. Rodeado de campos de naranjos y hermosos paisajes, no hay nada mejor que eso. Familia maravillosa, personal fantástico, bonitas habitaciones, buena comida, piscinas y mucho más. Una pequeña gran escapada rústica para usted, un grupo o incluso un evento.

CONDICIONES LAMENTABLES. Lo que aparece en las imágenes es de hace 10 años, estuvimos en fin de años de 2023-2024. cuando llegamos al alojamiento estaba todo en malas condiciones, cosas rotas, cocina y barbacoa muy sucios, conductos de gas CADUCADOS. Cables de electricidad al descubierto. El exterior de la casa estaba lleno de excrementos de dos perros que tiene el dueño. Lleno de escombros ( con el peligro que conlleva).
Fuimos con niños, consideramos que no es una casa apta para ellos, por ejemplo no vimos ningún extintor y muchas escaleras sin protección.
No hay sitio para tirar la basura cercano. El propietario nos engaño diciendo que el precio de la limpieza estaba incluido, dejamos toda la casa en buenas condiciones antes de marcharnos, aún así, nos cobro 200€ por que tuvo que lavar las fundas del sofá. Mucho cuidado.

When we arrived at the accommodation, everything was in poor condition, things were broken, the kitchen and barbecue were very dirty, and the gas pipes were EXPIRED. Exposed electricity cables. The outside of the house was full of excrement from two dogs the owner has. Full of rubble (with the danger that entails).
We went with children, we consider that it is not a suitable house for them, for example we did not see any fire extinguisher and many unprotected stairs.
There is no place to throw the nearest garbage. The owner deceived us by saying that the cleaning price was included, we left the entire house in good condition before leaving, yet he charges us €200 because he had to wash the sofa covers. Great care.

Hemos tenido el placer de disfrutar de un fin de semana en este precioso lugar con los amigos y familia, una experiencia innolvidable, la casa es muy acogedora, con una temperatura ideal y los dueños amables y serviciales ( no tengo palabras para agradecerles tanto). Hemos disfrutado muchisimo, esperamos volver pronto. Muchas gracias.

La Finca Abogat es un lugar tranquilo y hermoso para disfrutar de la naturaleza y las vistas panorámicas. El paisaje es impresionante, y el personal es amable y servicial. Un lugar ideal para relajarse y escapar del bullicio de la ciudad.

Lugar encantador con gente encantadora! Muy feliz con la estadía allí, ¡me encantaría viajar allí nuevamente!

Una casa enorme sin ningún tipo de criterio arquitectónico! Ampliación tras ampliación han hecho esta enorme propiedad! Bastante bien para una escapada de un grupo!

We had a excellent stay with our group of students in 2016! Flexible host, many rooms! As a group, being on your own at this amazing site is a blast! Pool, sunset, meals like local paella, fresh orange juice. They really wanted to come back!

A beautiful place to relax and be away from noisy cities, Finca Abogat and the owners are always welcoming and they always make sure that all your needs are met, totally recommend the place, thank you Kjetil & Svetlana.

This isa very nice place, especially for groups of different kinds. The atmosphere is nice and quiet, the housemaster very kind and helpful. I will recommend strongly Finca Abogat, not only for different group activity, but also for personal stay.

Nice, relaxing stay. Surrounded by orange- and olive trees nearby. If you want a lovely brake from your urban everyday, this is the place. Good food. My time in your music studio and refreshing pool, will absolutely be among my favorite experiences.

We were there with the company and we had a great time. The hospitality is outstanding and the view is spectaculary. Its a perfect place to relax and having work-shop with our employees. We will gladly come back.

Cuidado con esta propiedad, no cumple los estándares mínimos de habitabilidad. Nos quedamos una familia de 12 miembros en navidades. Estuvimos 5 días de los los cuales sólo pudimos “medio ducharnos” una vez. No hay verdadera agua caliente ya que tiene ¡una pequeña caldera doméstica para 8 baños! Varios de los baños olían a desagüe y cuando llegamos para el check-in el propietario se estaba duchando en uno de ellos! Tuvimos problemas con la presión de agua, el calentador, la luz, la conexión wifi y la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. El propietario no solucionó ninguno de los problemas que fueron surgiendo y el último día generó una discusión muy incómoda sobre la fianza. Es peligroso para ir con niños pequeños, la piscina estaba vacía y sin vallas de protección y había distintos elementos peligrosos como una terraza sin barandilla o una azotea en construcción. Sin lavadora. En varias ocasiones nos planteamos volver a casa y renunciar a las vacaciones en familia. Es una lástima pero encontramos los mismos problemas ya descritos en reseñas de hace 3 años. Parece más apropiada para una rave-party que para una estancia familiar.

Aaamaazing place. Amazing smell's from the flowers. Its a blessed and fun place for sure. Music studio, great scenery and a pleasant atmosphere. Magic is worth the money. Depending on where you want to go. I'm coming back to Casa de Abogat.

La finca está "en construcción" y con importantes deficiencias en cuanto a climatización, instalaciones (un pequeño calentador para 7 cuartos de baño, lavabos enanos), menaje y seguridad, lo que contrasta con la apariencia que ofrece su WEB: una casa de lujo en un entorno precioso.
Desgraciadamente además, el anfitrión trató de modificar el contrato para extraer un sobreprecio y, aunque reconoció finalmente esa alteración indebida, generó una situación sumamente desagradable.

I felt like at home at Finca Abogat and enjoyed my stay a lot! Finca Abogat is a very charming house in the midst of a fantastic landscape. Also, there are 2 pools with a fantastic view It is especially suited for big groups and allows all kinds of activities.

He uses a different name on trip advisor so to in my opinion try hide the villa from people who do try prove this villa is not all its sold to be.

Our group left this villa after 2 days due to its unsafe, dirty and total misrepresentation of this villa on various websites. Its a total disgrace how he can sell this villa as a luxury villa. Please refer to our trip advisor post with a full true description with images from Aug 2018 to prove what we unfortunately booked. I will also try put photos up here too.

Not suitable for young children, Swimming pool is dirty and has bee's swarming 2ft from the pool, the house plans map in their website does not mention or indicate how the house is divided and its layed out different. For example he doesn't show the small kichen in it, We had three separate leaks that were in the main areas that we had to put towels down to stop children from slipping, House is also lived in by owner, house will be sub let if you don't take the full house, Seating times must be agreed daily with owner if house is sub let as the other family may use the table also, up to renters to bring rubbish to nearest town and have it disposed of, Several toilets have a strong bad smell, Several parts of the house are an unsafe building site (snooker room), large kitchen in photo is the owners kitchen renters get the small tiny kitchen with no cutlery, bed clothes felt wet, The towels were he worst I've ever seen The photos on its website taken of the main pool and sun loungers is 100% different to what you get, outside furniture is mixed and old and faded not as in photo, I can keep going and going. This villa has huge potential but at present its no more than a hostel. I would honestly say that this villa at present is not fit for rental due to it Health and safety issues. Its falling apart and he tries to fix things when you complain otherwise its left.

if its just beautiful views you want this villa has it in abundance. It does have good wifi. The only reason this villa gets one star is because it was the only way I could post this comment

Enjoyed a lovely stay of 9 days at the villa along with my family and extended family. The owner was very cooperative and extremely helpful. He even prepared the Spanish paella which was relished by a crowd of 70 people. The scenary was breathtaking. Wish we could have stayed longer.

BOOK THIS VILLA AT YOUR OWN PERIL.
This villa is falsely advertised. We were a large group of 35 persons with 16 children. We have travelled to various villas over the last 5 years, all of which lived up to the standards described. Except this prpty. This prpty is unsanitary, unsafe & not recommended. We booked 1 year in advance & booked for 10 days, arrived on sat but left 2 days later. We had to split our group in order to book other accommodation at a cost of €thousands extra. Owner didn't care. Refurbishments have only begun. Trash thrown around. Really poor outdoor furniture, covered in blood/paint stains, Chemicals left by pool. Numerous high stepped areas, 2m drops around prpty with no safety gates, No hot water, boiler had to be fixed twice. Pool is 7ft deep, tiny shallow end at step, bars left at bottom of pool, huge stepped areas with 2m drops & no safety gates, owner lives in prpty & other section rented to other tenants- we are never informed of this. 2 pools advertised but one pool for use of other tenants. Guest kitchen is tiny, mouldy, no cutlery, with chipping emulsion paint on worktop. Sewage smell from some bathrooms. Patio area leaked constantly causing slip hazards for the children. I strongly recommend you consider an alternative property.

So very disappointing.
Very dangerous aspects to this property when it comes to families with children.
Please be very careful booking this property as it needs a massive amount of investment and work to get it up to an acceptable standard.
A beautiful location is the only thing going for it.
AVOID.

We celebrated our wedding at Finca Abogat on the 01st September 2018, we rented the entire villa for 11 days. We invited 75 guests which included 9 children and 2 infants all of whom had an absolute fantastic time. The Host and Owner Kjetil has been very supportive and accommodating to all our needs and was present and helpful during our entire stay. Our wedding was to bring together 2 families & friends that are spread across the US, Brazil, Iceland, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia, and with Finca Abogat we achieved that. From scenic views and 2 infinity swimming pools, we were up from 8 AM to 6AM the following morning playing pool volleyball, dancing to the earlier hours. We had a BBQ night, and a Paella night which was organised for us by the host (Kjetil), the Paella is to die for.
If you are planning to visit the Finca please do your prior research. Finca Abogat is a country side home a village get away its everything a commercial Five star cannot provide you. Scenic Nature, Beauty, Peace and quite.
We loved the Finca and we had an amazing wedding with all our guests.

We have just had the most amazing wedding at Finca Abogat. It’s rustic charm, warm feel and amazing host Che who could not have done more for us made our wedding perfect.
This place is not a 5* hotel, with all the bells and whistles, so if that’s what you are looking for it’s not for you. BUT if it’s the charm of a finca, on top of a hill (orange grove) with beautiful uninterrupted views and a host that will look after you, even if it means 2 hours sleep for him to make sure you have breakfast before you fly, then this is the place for you.

Finca Abogat is a great place to Stay, Kjetil is a kind person and amazing host, my son Robert and his wife Francesca had their wedding at Finca Abogat, I and my family enjoyed the place for 8 days and loved it so much that next summer I will visit it again. The view from the pool were absolutely stunning.

We had a company trip there. The place itself is good and the host is great. The food was excellent!

I have been guest here 4 times during the last 8 years. I just love the rustic charm, hospitable host, and the surronding are just wonderful. Either you want to bycycle, hike, or take a 25 min trip to the beach by car. As Mentioned earlier. Been here 4 times and the place are improving each year. But do not expect a luxury hotel. This is the real countryside Spain.you don`t bump into the regular tourist here:).
