Forma Mobles

No me puedo quejar de Forma Mobles, muebles muy elegantes sin ser excesivamente caros, nos encantó todo lo que compramos en la tienda y Rubén fue muy servicial.

Muy mala atencion, al parecer me equivoque al hablar en valenviano, lo cual rectifique en cuanto me dijo que no me entendia, pero ya fui atendido con mala predisposicion. Un dependiente, que no era español, ni si quiera quiso ni ayudarme. Muy mala experiencia, he sido cliente de esta tienda, pero desdeluego no volvere.

Después de una larga búsqueda y de visitar varias tiendas de la región, finalmente encontramos en Forma Mobles bonitos muebles, tanto para interior como para exterior. Rubén nos ayudó mucho. Se tomó el tiempo de discutir con nosotros varias opciones de materiales, colores y formas. El contacto posterior sobre el pedido y la entrega fue muy agradable. Si buscas muebles bonitos, definitivamente deberías ir a Forma Mobles en Teulada.

We had a great service from Ruben at Forma Mobles. We only wanted a new rug but Ruben still took the effort to order in new items so we had a choice, and at a great price.

Already from Belgium I got in touch and immediately received an answer from Ruben TREKGES (coincidentally a Belgian, mastering a few other languages as well, not just Spanish)!

When we finally “really” entered the showrooms, we had the impression that we had already been there before.
Forma Mobles is located on a long avenida with countless furniture stores.
We had checked them out online and found visits unnecessary.
What we saw at Forma was what we wanted and needed.
High quality, very tasteful and accessible for every budget.

Ruben quickly proved to be the "heart" of this business (this does not diminish the helpful ability of others)
His infallible know-how escapes NO ONE!
One doesn't even have the impression of having to make a choice, one just KNOWS
All this without pressure or manipulation with prices, fair clear “trade”!

I also would like to thank the Team that takes care of the deliveries, unusually polite, discreet and competent.

Great experience with Forma Mobles. Nice selection of furniture for the good price. Best service in the area. Sales representative Ruben speaks many languages (Spanish, English, Dutch, French) and works hard to find best solution to customer needs. My wife and I have been setting up a new house in Spain. We were delighted to discover Forma Mobles. We love their selection of furniture and we have greatly valued their value for money, which is excellent: not cheap but great value. More than all that, however, has been their customer service. Juanjo, our regular contact their, has been patient beyond any reasonable expectation! He has always been courteous and helpful. His advice has been sound and he has never been at all pushy. We will return to Forma Mobles time and again. I cannot imagine better service. They even interceded with the factory (their supplier) on our behalf when a chair proved to be faulty. A super selection of furniture in store! If you are furnishing your palace, this is the place for you! Ask for Juanjo, the most approachable and helpful person we have encountered so far! Nothing was a problem and gave us some good advice too. Definitely a good shop to browse or shop from!

Hace varios años compré varias mesas auxiliares y dos sofás, el trato recibido fue excelente y a dia de hoy no he tenido ningún problema ni con las mesas ni con los sofás que son comodísimos.

Compramos dos sofas en Forma Muebles Teulada, a un precio de 2.300 euros en mayo de 2010. Los dos primeros años se mantuvieron perfectamente, pero al tercer año la piel sintética empezó a resquebrajarse y pelarse. La tienda y el fabricante dan una garantia de 2 años al comprador independientemente de que la piel sintética sea defectuosa. La tienda continua vendiendo el mismo producto a los clientes.
