Ésta fue, con diferencia, mi mayor experiencia con un "vendedor de coches" [como lo llamamos en EE. UU.]. He comprado muchos automóviles a lo largo de mi vida y, especialmente en el "mercado usado/de segunda mano", me encontré con muchos vendedores de automóviles de mala calidad en el camino, con algunas excepciones.

FRW Eurocars era muy diferente. No insistente, escuchó nuestras necesidades y deseos y fue tan agradable y digno de confianza que sentí que conocía a Frank desde hacía años. Fue más allá de su deber y ofreció algunos servicios sin cargo adicional para hacer de esta una experiencia de compra fenomenal. Su honestidad es muy refrescante en un mercado lleno de "tiburones". En Estados Unidos, cuando compras un coche de segunda mano, lo compras en el lote "tal cual", es decir, "tómalo o déjalo", incluidos rayones, imperfecciones y neumáticos gastados. Me prometió una fecha de entrega y cumplió su palabra. Después de recoger el auto y sacarlo del concesionario, les envié algunas fotos a mis amigos en Estados Unidos [frente, atrás y ambos lados de este vehículo 2014] ¡y todos pensaron que había comprado uno nuevo!

Después de comprarle un automóvil a Frank en agosto, tuvo una falla importante e hizo todo lo posible para que volviéramos a ponernos en marcha.
Como somos zonas rurales, se ofreció a pagar un coche de alquiler local, pero esta no fue una buena opción para nosotros, fue nuestra decisión de prescindir por completo. Pagó nuestro traslado de 2½ horas a nuestro hotel cerca del aeropuerto de Alicante y nos llevó al aeropuerto a la mañana siguiente.
Nuestra compra fue reembolsada en su totalidad, por lo que no dudamos en reemplazarlo por otro automóvil suyo, comprado sin ser visto, en línea desde el Reino Unido, ya que confiamos completamente en su servicio posventa.

We bought a car from Frank online whilst in the U. K.after reading very good reviews on the FWR website and Google.
We were apprehensive about buying a car without seeing it, but we needn't have worried, Frank kept us fully updated with the process before we arrived in Spain to pick the car up.
Frank arranged for us to be collected from our hotel and we met him at his garage.
We had a list of questions to ask him, but he covered them all and more during the handover.

They go above and beyond what is required from purchasing a car. It's OK he's a car dealer, I didn't buy from here because the car I was after had already been sold and the 2nd one was being used by his daughter (if its for sale then it should be on the forecourt as advertised) needs to keep up to date on his website as many are already sold.

Having first seen Frank and his family business on Bargain loving Brits in the Sun, we continued to follow his website until finally managing to get out to Spain in October 2021 when we purchased our first car from Frank.

Another positive experience with FWR Eurocars. Early last year I bought a car from Frank and received excellent service. This year, having been unable to travel out from the UK with all the Covid restrictions and the car stuck in one of the airport's parking places, I needed my car sorted with an ITV etc prior to my arrival. Frank & the family came up trumps and I was legally on the move. A particular shout out to Francesca who sorted any problems for the ITV. I know she had a very busy and stressful day with mine and several other cars that had a few issues.

Just bought a Seat from Frank, FWR cars, just to say how expert he is, the car was not even in the car lot, it was at his home which he said might be the car for us. Frank is a very rare friendly, helpful honest person not usually found in the 2nd hand car buisness. All the paperwork was sorted, also gave us an excellent deal on our old car, cleaned and gave us a tank of fuel.
