Another in the long line of Spanish based legal representation companies that will promise the world, and deliver absolutely nothing.
They play on the fact they spend money on ensuring their website is highly ranked and that they claim to speak English, and can navigate clients through the Spanish legal system.
I am sure they could, if they actually did anything. Good luck getting any reply to phone calls or emails.

A special mention for Dulce Illescas, who ended up being not quite so sweet as her name suggests.

Use a law firm/ company that someone trusted by you has used, not one who employs some English speakers.

We used these Lawyers to get our NIE cards. From our first contact, Matt Rogerson was speedy and professional and got the job done within one month. We would highly recommend them for the above.

Beware of Dulce Illescas and Matt Rogerson from GB Abogados.
The website of the law firm seemed promising and I hired them to represent my interests regarding an off-plan property conveyance in Spain. However, after I had transferred the fee for their services, the communication ceased. My explicit email inquiries to Dulce Illescas and to Matt Rogerson regarding the legality of the project and the creditworthiness of the developing company received no response or feedback whatsoever. None of the legal searches (as specified in our Terms of Business) were conducted, none of my documents were reviewed.
Instead, I was astonished to receive the following note from Dulce Illescas: ". The deposit should be paid as soon as posible in order to get the property out of the market, because if she receives an offer from other potencial buyer, she will sale it. "
I conclude that the professional competence of Dulce Illescas is as poor as her command of the English language. To say that her way of representing my interests in this case did not live up to my expectations is a major understatement. Consequently, I terminated her services and requested a refund.
Neither did Matt Rogerson account for the unearned fee, nor did he honour my claim for reimbursement.

GB Abogados kept the whole process straightforward & kept us regularly informed throughout. Our contact Solicitor within the firm; Laura Rubio was also able to answer our questions quickly in a clear & concise manner, thus never leaving us in any doubt. If we ever require legal services again, we would not hesitate to use GB Abogados again

Do not use GB Abogados co-worker Dulce Illescas in a Realestate contract she could not differentiate a clause for financing by buyer and mixed Seller with the Buyer.in Dissolution of contract clause instead of Bank financing clause. Very poor very unprofessional, totally unacceptable! I requested a refund of my €242 GB Abogados (Matt Rogerson) has not honored it!
