Simplemente escandaloso. El alquiler cuesta en principio 12€ por día pero hay un km limitado de 100km por lo que te cobran 56€ por tener km ilimitados. Luego recibimos un correo electrónico varios días después para decirnos que habría costos adicionales por lavar el vehículo porque había arena en las alfombras? 36€, el coste de una aspiradora es caro. Además de todo eso, es una sonrisa del personal. En definitiva, Goldcar nunca más

Gran experiencia, sin comentarios ni comentarios! Incluso tuvo algún tipo de mejora del coche.

Pésima experiencia tanto con el personalomo con el servicio. Cobrandonos cobertura total sin Otra opcion y ademas al entregar el coche noa llega un email de €36 por limpieza. Habia arena en la alfombra de adelante, la próxima avisen y sacudimos antes de entregarlos porque 36€ es un afano. Realmente nunca mas usaremos esta empresa ni recomendaremos a nadie. Click rent nos valio menos de la mitad, mejor atención y nada extra

El auto está bien, el daño estaba marcado en el formulario cuando lo recogí. Un inconveniente es la falta de alfombras en el coche.

Todo el mundo sabe desde hace años que son unos estafadores y nadie hace nada. Siempre es el mismo timo manido: al llegar descubres que te obligan a contratar un seguro muy caro que no estaba mencionado en tu reserva y te haces el sorprendido. Y como eres un gran turista y tienes que salir hacia tu destino sin esperar mucho (y ellos lo saben muy bien), no tienes mucho tiempo para negociar esta estafa así que pagas. Y ni hablar de que Se hablará muy, muy mal si haces la más mínima protesta en el mostrador.

La base de una economía que funcione es la claridad de los precios y la seguridad de las transacciones. Este es el tipo de negocio que destruye el turismo.

Es evidente que muchos comentarios de 5 estrellas son falsos (con evidentes formulaciones de marketing porque son clichés) en esta dirección de Google, lo que no les impide tener una calificación mediocre.

Y luego escribirán debajo de mi comentario "que lo tuvieron en cuenta" cuando eso es precisamente lo que se abstienen de hacer. Varios cientos de euros estafados cada día en el mostrador del aeropuerto de Valencia, hagamos cuentas.

Estafadores! Pagamos el coche con más de una semana de antelación, pero tuvimos un problema con el vuelo, y cuando llegamos no nos dieron el coche ni nos reembolsaron el dinero! ¡Nos hemos quejado de todas las formas sugeridas y hasta ahora nada! Además de defender nuestros derechos legales, usaré las redes sociales para informar a todos los que viajan, porque la mejor respuesta es ¡NO REFERIR Y NO CONTRATAR más! Éramos clientes habituales y ahora íbamos más a Valencia, después de eso volvimos a España dos veces y utilizamos otra empresa ¡FALTA DE RESPETO! ¡MALA FE!

Un 10 para Yolanda que me atendió más que muy bien en la agencia dentro del aeropuerto aunque prefiera optar por el key n go que es más rápido y sin espera. Quito una estrella por el problema de frenos que surgió durante el alquiler de 14 días.

Experiencia totalmente recomendable. El personal, tanto la chica de dentro en el aeropuerto, como el señor en el garaje, muy atentos. El coche perfecto, perfecto. Y el trámite a la hora de devolver el depósito muy rápido. Estamos muy satisfechos y volveremos a repetir.

Déjà 30 min d’attente car leurs ordinateurs ne fonctionnent pas, ensuite le monsieur fume une cigarette à côté de moi alors que je suis enceinte…
Nous fait payé 175€ supplémentaire pour changer le nom de la personne qui va conduire et nous fait payer 155€ de plus pour une assurance qu’on a déjà prit!
Tout ça dure plus d’1h et enceinte de 7 mois et demi me propose même pas de m’asseoir!

Los coches son mejores. Oficina y aparcamiento está en dentro del edificio de aeropuerto. Insisten mucho para seguro y tiene limitaciones en kilómetros.

Una vergüenza.alquile coche pasa un finde a Madrid, de la fianza de 485€ que pague solo me devolvieron 350€ y el resto me dijeron que no me lo devolvían porque mi contrato solo era para 120km al día he hice 750€, lo normal ida vuelta a Madrid. Si me preguntan donde voy y digo Madrid como voy a contratar 120km al día y en su defecto la dependienta me tenía que haber avisado. Yo en el contrato no veo nada de los 120km al día pero he puesto reclamación y nada. Cuidado y no alquileis, se aprovechan de la gente.

We’ve used Goldcar for many years and have only had positive experiences. Cats are generally in very good condition. We were unfortunate this time because the car clearly hadn’t been valeted. We also had oil, tyres and servicing lights flashing for 3 weeks. We kept going to the garage to pump the tyres. It’s our fault though. We should have gone back and complained straight away, but we were tired after an early start and just wanted to get to our accommodation. We’ve booked for September too and haven’t been put off by this experience - yet

Faites très attention à bien vérifier les impacts et signalez ceux qui ne sont pas sur le constat. Sinon, après c'est pas mal

Satisfied, there were no problems, I had super relax insurance, which is great because you have no problems with the deposit and with the return of the car. The price also with the insurance is still more cheap than with other providers, I had a good car, it was slightly damaged and I received a record of demage from the staff.
What others write that they want to squeeze out money, it is your decision whether to take insurance or not, it makes sense to be worry-free for 100€ more.

Excellent service, but went to use rear wiper on day two and found it missing, went to local Kia garage for replacement, 69 euros. On return of vehicle informed by staff they knew wiper was missing and there was no legal requirement for rear wiper in Spain. Handed in receipt and was told would get refund, still waiting.

Siempre hacen lo mismo, se inventan daños después de que dejas el coche y luego te llega una factura desorbitada por daños que nunca arreglan. Menos mal que pronto se les va a terminar el chiringuito que tienen montado

Una mal experiencia, coche en pésimas condiciones; para dejar un ejemplo, me pillo en plena temporada de lluvia a eso de marzo 2022 y cuando tire a enchufar el limpia la sorpresa fue que no tenía goma lo más crítico de todo es que juegan con tu seguridad y la de los demás ya que esto ocurrió de camino Valencia-Madrid. Mala atención al cliente y lo peor, que no cumplen con lo expuesto en el contrato que tu reservas por Internet. TU HAS LO QUE QUIERAS, YO NO TE LA RECOMIENDO.

Coche de gama inferior a la contratada, sucio, con el depósito “lleno” sin estar lleno (ver fotos que se aportan,), y con la fianza por depósito de gasolina bloqueada durante un tiempo que considero excesivo. No volveré a reservar con Goldcar

Cuando llegué me hicieron buscar a mi el coche en las 2 plantas superiores. 40 min para encontrarlo. El coche que me dieron no era el asignado y confirmado por la empresa, me dieron uno de gama inferior. El coche estaba sucio, sin limpiar y lleno de migas. El deposito esta al 80 % de combustible y no al 100% como yo lo devolví.
Cuando al devolverlo fui a hablaren recepción me ignoraron.
Muy poco profesionales, estafadores y mentirosos.

Ich habe jetzt das zweite Mal über Goldcar Valencia gebucht. Alles ist top organisiert, Auto gut und sauber, die Mitarbeiter motiviert und sehr freundlich, also nichts auszusetzen! Ich werde auch in Zukunft bei euch buchen!

Menudos fenómenos, entregan los coches que dan pena.
La única parte que se libraba de rayas y golpes era el techo, aparte una vibración importante a 120km/h.

Una vergüenza de empresa te cobran €70 a parte de lo que se paga por alquilar el auto que te avisan cuando llegas allá si se utiliza una agencia y luego te hacen dejar un depósito de €100 para el combustible que te devuelven €79 por el gasto administrativo. Peor experiencia imposible

I’ve used Goldcar a few times and have always found them to be competitive and easy to deal with. I have no problem re their insurance offers as the overall price compares favourably with other companies.

Experiencia en el aeropuerto de Valencia. Rápida y fácil recogida y devolución del vehículo. Por primera vez, una compañía nos ha entregado el coche solicitado. Fantástica atención al cliente por parte de Berta. Repetiremos.

I booked with Interrent but was directed to the Goldcar desk as they are now the same company. After the usual hard sell of excess insurance and being told repeatedly that my existing policy wouldn't cover me, I was asked to pay for the large deposit (1000 Euro). This is fine but the total was 1180 Euro. I asked for a breakdown of what I was being charged for and I was point blank refused. I asked again and was told I could have a breakdown of the fees after I had paid, clearly this must be illegal! When I pressed the agent for a breakdown I was told to either pay or book with someone else (which at 10pm at night with a young child is clearly not appropriate). I had no choice to pay and found that I had been charged a "diesel fee", some kind of fuel surcharge and airport tax. Then when I requested a petrol car I was told my chosen type of car only came in diesel so I had to pay. Totally dishonest staff on the desk who are now lying to get extra fees and charges out of customers. Go elsewhere and avoid!

Attention, ils feront tout pour vous mettre en défaut et vous arnaquer. Prenez des photos de toute la voiture et du compteur. Ils m’ont envoyé une facture de 9000 euros avec un faux kilométrage! Ils sont d’une mauvaise foi absolue ne vous envoient pas les photos prises au départ du véhicule! Je mets zéro.

Charged us (my wife took the car not speaking spanish or english) 30.99 EUR for a 'diesel charge'. They never gave as as per their conditions the possibility to use a gas car. 1st Scam

2nd we return the car full as per the full full conditions. To our surprise we are charged 1/2 tank and a surcharge for fueling. This when I have the fuel ticket and we clearly said to the technician checking the car it was full. Again UNNACEPTABLE.

Avoid these guys they have a super poor reputation and they deserve it.

The Key & go service is excellent, I can highly recommend it. It is so easy and very quick. No standing in queues, you are driving away within 5 minutes of stepping out of the airport. I have used Goldcar for many years and their service and quality of cars are both exceptional.

Solamente Goldcar era abierto del todo aeropuerto de Valencia. Nada de informaciones de lo que estás alquilando, ni de donde hay que ir a por el coche. 98€ más no se que 160 para un día.
Ademas del precio que me clavaron en el aeropuerto por no haber reservado el coche por internet, me dieron un Fiat 500 sucio y con golpes.sin posibilidad de escojer otro coche por motivo que eran para limpiar o ya rezervados.
A la hora de devolver el coche, que era sobre las 17: 30h, no habia nadie para revisar como deje el coche.no me gusto nada experiencia. Lo siento

I hired a car online from Gold Car last year. The prices are incredible but we wanted to add full insurance to the rental, which was still under the price of what you would pay at a "well known" car rental company. In the end, due to the extremely small parking spaces in Valencia (if you don't scratch the car, someone else will and just move on), but weren't charged "for scratches" at all because - FULL INSURANCE. I would definitely rent from them the next time as well. We used the Key n go machine to get the car keys, in the return we simply dropped the keys into the box they have in the parking area. Also when renting using the website, I had my drivers license approved online, so I didn't have to wait for any approval or so in the airport. We went in and out very quickly - everything was quite handy as we had our 4 year-old with us.

He alquilado muchas veces con ellos y la experiencia ha sido siempre perfecta. Es cierto que alquilo con la opción Mega Relax, lo que significa que tengo máxima protección del vehículo, seguro a todo riesgo, sin retención en tarjeta y asistencia premium en carretera. La tranquilidad tiene un precio, pero en este caso los precios me parecen ajustados y adecuados.

Dreadful con. Europcar own Goldcar & Interent, Both of which are served from the desk in the arrivals terminal at Valencia airport. They advertise that they do accept debit cards, but when you arrive they say they will only accept debit cards if you take out their insurance. For example a €25 hire, Then becomes a €110 higher when you had the insurance which they say is mandatory which is utter rubbish.

I would strongly suggest you avoid gold car or interent, as there are plenty of other options.

In addition to the fake representation that they accept debit cards, the cars are supplied with numerous scratches and bumps. Which they appear not to disclose on the sheet. Make sure when you return the car they come with you to the car to inspect it before you leave the airport. To cap it all, there was no staff at the desk on my return. In a major airport? A note said leave key in key box. So now they can invent any damages they wish.

Al contratar con agencia su servicio, me han estafado ya qué me han cobrado dos veces el seguro, la agencia no debe cobrar el seguro ya qué no dispone de numero de matricula, pero no te lo comunican y te hacen el cargo doble en la tarjeta.
Me siento estafada, totalmente desinformada y cabreada. Saludos

Nunca he tenido problemas en ningún sitio, los coches están muy nuevos. En Milán es complicado encontrar la entrada, pero es un problema del aeropuerto

Non seulement il débite votre Carte mais il ne vous rembourse jamais la totalité. Nous avions loué 3 voitures et avons tous eu dès débits avec des explications différentes. Sans compter le mauvais accueil, l’agressivité et la pression qu’ils mettent pour vendre les assurances. FUYEZ ces VOLEURS

Pretty appalling service: 4 hidden costs in my rental, amounting to 145€ of extra cost. None of that is explained to customers, and very hard to escape it too (charge for late pickup of the car, Airport mgmt charges, refuel standard fee too). Will never rent with Goldcar for few years.

Pretendian cambiarme las condiciones de la reserva en el momento de recoger el coche, y días después de devolverlo me querían cobrar un arañazo sin acreditar que se hubiera producido durante mi alquiler. Ademas la atención al cliente es de pena.

Servicio rápido y fácil, variedad de coches y tasas. Tienen buenos precios. Mi recomendación es que vale la pena pagar el seguro y no dejar fianza, que sale a unos 150e más pero te cubre la fianza y cualquier cosa que pueda pasar. He de decir que para seis días el coche salía por 7e + fianza + parking+ gasolina.

Alquilé un coche por Internet.con seguro.así y todo te bloquean un pastón y encima ahora te cobran si o si por el combustible aunque lo devuelvas lleno. De vergüenza. Un abuso. Te dicen una cosa por Internet y cuando llegas a la oficina es como q te sacan una pistola para robarte porque ya no puedes ir a otro sitio.

Rip off. Rent you "new car", when you check it you find lot of undocumented scratches and when return - they find even more and charge you for the things you never done. Makes no sense to write to their "customer support" as they answer in a month and not to questions you asked. Disgusting. Next to fraud.

Shocking company to deal with, on return to the UK my card was debited for loads of extra payments and the worst thing was the claim I used a debit card for the insurance cover I used a credit card but was charged for the transaction as if I used a debit card, when I contacted the company they said there was no case to answer. Its now in the hands of my card provider. What seemed to be cheap car hire was multiplied by ten.

SCAM. AVOID GOLDCAR. DO NOT USE. They took €250 from my deposit for a tiny "scratch" on the bonnet of a Renault 5 in Valencia Airport. This "scratch" was so small that it did not show up on a photo.
I could not have seen it when I rented the car. SCAM.
If you do not take their expensive insurance they will take money from your deposit. AVOID.

Do. Not. Use. Ever. Just dont. I rarely take the time to post a review, but this is just so outrageous I can't sit still. Their whole business model is based on a scam. Trick you by a (at first sight) low price online, and when you pick up the car at the counter, all the extras start to be added on. The only way this company will change their insane policy and stop taking consumers for fool, is all of us chose a different option.

If you give them any deposit they will take something from it even if you take their full insurance and returned the tank full!
