Hacía tiempo que queríamos visitar este restaurante, pero hasta ahora no nos habíamos atrevido. Estábamos con una amiga que cena allí regularmente, pero incluso ella dijo que estaba decepcionada con la comida. Todos teníamos el menú fijo de 19,95 euros, que creo que cambia periódicamente. Mi elección fue buena, pero no excepcional. Uno de los entrantes de mi marido fue un plato de atún, que en realidad era atún enlatado y zanahoria rallada. No es un fanático de la comida tailandesa, ya sea de fusión o de otro tipo, pero esto pareció preparar el escenario para el resto de su comida. ¡Describió su carne de res cocida a fuego lento como carne cocinada en lata de sopa de verduras Heinz! En general, no es la mejor comida que hemos tenido, pero creemos que todo lugar merece una segunda oportunidad, por lo que volveremos pronto. ¡Me apresuro a decir que el personal y el nivel de servicio fueron excelentes!

La comida es increíble. Lorraine y el equipo son fabulosos. Hemos estado aquí muchas veces y nos ENCANTA la comida. ¡¡Lo recomendamos ampliamente!

Dios mío, este lugar parece mejorar cada vez más, la comida es muy fresca y los sabores hacen cosquillas a tus papilas gustativas de principio a fin. Olvídese de la descripción en el menú, siéntese, coma y disfrute del viaje de los diversos sabores, sabores y texturas, no se sentirá decepcionado. Una verdadera joya oculta, pero asegúrese de reservar con mucha antelación.

¡Uno de mis lugares favoritos para comer! Aunque recientemente se han servido platos de comida con esta salsa de mayonesa y lima y está horrible. Ojalá lo sirvieran a un lado porque arruinó uno o dos de mis platos. Es demasiado amargo y dulce para cualquier plato, especialmente cuando cubre toda mi comida. Por favor, ponga la salsa a un lado.

Llevo muchos años yendo a Gong. Nuevo menú esta noche. La ensalada era una hermosa y rica fusión de textura y sabor.

Fusión asiática hecha con amor. Servicio perfecto, la comida es increíble y lo único que podría ser mejor es la acústica, es difícil tener una conversación sobre la mesa.

El personal fue muy grosero y condescendiente, también recibió un pedido completamente incorrecto. Bueno, la comida era buena, pero de nuevo no es lo que pedí.

Buen servicio. Comí aquí en invierno con mi media naranja. Después de leer las buenas críticas y la calificación de 4.8, decidimos probarlo. Pedimos 5 platos. Un plato tenía almejas y recibí conchas trituradas en el mío. Fue desagradable y debería haber dicho algo, pero no lo hice. Estoy seguro de que habrían hecho algo. Un plato tenía un pequeño trozo de pan en la salsa, extraño.comida estándar en general con un precio considerable. Tal vez debería probar algo más si decidimos volver a visitarnos...

The food I had at Gong was truly delightful, fresh, colourful, spicy Asian fusion food. We had a table booked at 9.45 but we had to wait another 20 minutes before we could finally take our seats. It was a good thing the dinner was really worth the wait. And the prices are very reasonable!

Bit disappointed I personally did not like the food. Sate Sauce was tasteless and rice was cold. But thankfully we all have different taste. Someone else may just like it.

Gong has become one of my favourite restaurants, as I am never disappointed. The food is delicious, the staff are attentive and friendly and all at a reasonable price. Can't wait to return

Me and my partner decided we fancied a Thai after having to cut our holiday in Thailand short over new year due to a family bereavement in Spain. I am so glad we found this little gem of a place. Lorraine was so kind and friendly as were the other waiting staff. The food was top notch and the massaman curry was prob the best we have ever had. We will certainly be returning ASAP. I’ve heard it gets busy so would recommend booking in advance so not to miss out.

Very tasty vegan plates and the vegan traditional Thai mango and chilli desert was different and delicious

The food here is amazing! Always new flavour combinations to try on a menu that is changed weekly. The service is faultless and the whole dining experience is a treat.

Wow! Visited for the 4 course set menu this evening and was thoroughly impressed. I had vegetarian versions of the coconut and lime salad, the khua kling moo taco and the massaman curry, followed by the balsamic strawberries. My only criticism - if you can call it that- is that I would have liked a form of protein (tofu?) somewhere in the meal. Other than that - faultless from start to finish.

There is always a warm welcome from Lorraine and her team at Gong. The food is well presented, reasonably priced and always delicious. The menu changes regularly and the restaurant is very popular so you do need to book. Visit soon, you won't regret it, you'll be given a warm welcome and great food

Haben einen tollen Abend im Restaurant Gong verbracht. Nach Vorlage des Covid QR Code wurden wir zum Tisch geführt. Sehr leckeres Essen, welches regelmäßig wechselt. Raffiniert gewürzt und toll für das Auge angerichtet. Der Service war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lorraine ist eine herzliche und angenehme Gastgeberin. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

We had a friend visiting who is a well travelled and well decorated chef and we really felt pressure to find restaurants with more than the usual cheap and cheerful and were recommended Gong. I couldn't believe how much food we got for such a reasonable price, chef said it was some of the best Asian food he has ever tasted!
Needless to say we return here for our special occasions, birthdays and it us a must visitors and family over. The team are amazing and nothing is too much trouble, please go and try for yourself!

Wow just had thai-co starter and swedish meatball curry delivered from gong and it was absolutely fantastic thank you again to all at gong for a fantastic meal still the best at what you do.

I think I can safely say we have all felt the negatives of the current situation with the covid pandemic, bars and restaurants closed and social distancing.

I heard a friend of mine raving on about a local restaurant doing a take away service, so I took the plunge and placed an order.

Very nice restaurant. We had the 4 course special for €12.95 each. Everything was delicious and the service was great. First time we have eaten there and we will return for sure.

Food was really tasty and good proportions. Only issue was menu was not user friendly. Staff really pleasant.

Very disappointed with this restaurant a group of 6 one meal was not eaten the beef v tuff. The duck was v small and the sauce was like water. We took the offer on the wine it was awful never again will we go.have been to many restaurants in this area and was always satisfied, portions good and mostly value for money. Sadly gong was not.

Visited Gong for the first time tonight and the food was amazing, great tastes. Staff all helpful especially Carol, really nice lady. Will definitely visit again. Yum yum

Loved this place. Great service. Was friendly (seemed mainly English) and efficient. Tables spread apart (COVID). Great menu del dia. I had nachos, then crispy duck pancakes followed by the green curry. All had so much flavour! Oh, and I may have also had the baileys ice cream dessert, but only cos it was included! Would have it all again. Highly recommended and some nice bars in the square to finish the evening after.

Disappinted Booked a table 2 days in advance for 10 people to eat inside, on arrivale were told by the manager they were fully booked inside so would have to eat outside. We decided to sit outside but the waitress who came to our table was so rude and dis-respectfull after only ordering drinks and before we had seen a menu we decided to all leave and eat somewhere else, so cannot comment on the food.

For us the best Thai restaurant in the area. We visited thailand a couple of times and this restaurant cooks Thai food as you're in Thailand ️
