Me sorprendieron los resultados de mis coronas dentales, Ioana ciertamente sabe lo que hace.

Fui a esta clínica por una emergencia. Son muy profesionales, la clínica es muy moderna y el precio fue razonable. Si necesitas tratamiento dental mientras estás en Benidorm, ¡no dudes en contactar con ellos!

Entré porque tenía mala muela, la joven de recepción fue fantástica, todo el equipo fue brillante.

No puedo agradecer lo suficiente a Ioana por el trato de primera clase. Muy amable, me tranquilizó.

Tanto mi esposa como yo recibimos tratamiento de coronas y endodoncias. 18 meses después ambos tenemos problemas con el trabajo dental que han necesitado tratamiento especializado. Resulta que nuestras endodoncias no se realizaron correctamente y las coronas que se hicieron son demasiado grandes. El dentista cancelaba citas constantemente y el contacto era muy pobre. Creo que este dentista es más para gente de vacaciones que necesita un trabajo sencillo y es poco probable que regrese.
No lo recomendaría, hay muchos otros que son mucho mejores.

En una palabra "EXCELENTE". Se me cayó parte del implante dental mientras estaba de vacaciones en Bendidorm, llamé por teléfono a esta clínica dental y me atendieron esa misma tarde. De hecho, el Dr. Mos se quedó hasta tarde para acomodarme. La clínica dental es de última generación, la Dra. Mos y su asistente hablaban inglés. No puedo calificar lo suficiente su profesionalismo y amabilidad. No soy una buena paciente, pero ella fue muy amable y tranquilizadora. Si pudiera dar 10 estrellas lo haría. Recomiendo ampliamente la Clínica Dental Happy Smile.

También me gustaría decir que fue una experiencia excelente. Tuve aquí la semana pasada. Me volvieron a colocar un poste de corona, lo limpié y pulí profundamente. No podría estar más feliz con los resultados. Volveré otra vez.

Acabo de terminar un tratamiento con Happy Smile, que honestamente puedo decir que es el consultorio dental más profesional que he visitado en mi vida.
El equipo es de última generación, la práctica está diseñada específicamente y el equipo es increíble y profesional.
Mi tratamiento consistió en 5 implantes inferiores con 2 puentes seguidos de 19 coronas.
El trabajo fue extenso y extremadamente invasivo, pero honestamente no fue doloroso en lo más mínimo.
La dentista (Joanna) explicó exactamente lo que estaba pasando a medida que avanzaba el tratamiento. Ella me guió por cada etapa del procedimiento y se aseguró de que me sintiera cómoda en cada paso.
Mi tratamiento era necesario y me hubiera costado 4 veces más en Inglaterra.
Estoy muy encantada de haber elegido Happy Smile para que me hicieran este trabajo y, si está pensando en hacerse un trabajo como yo, ¡un tratamiento de emergencia o incluso simplemente un chequeo! ¡Simplemente llame a Happy Smile y deje que se ocupen de usted!

Thoroughly disappointed. After making an appointment from the UK and telling them that we both needed work, we went for a checkup and X-ray. They Told us that they would phone us when they could work out an appointment for us which never happened. We stayed 3 extra days so we could get the work done and never even had a phone call apologising that we couldn’t be fitted in.
We were annoyed that they let us have a consultation but knew that they couldn’t carry out the treatments while we were there. If I had been told on the initial phone call from the UK that this would be the case I would have researched another dentist.
We have now had to get the work completed by another dentist which has now resulted on being charged twice for consultation and X-rays.
Would not recommend.

It was Ok but very disorganised. No answer to phone or messaging. Then when did get through I was told I would be called back but I wasn't.

Fantastic Dentist I've had my teeth cleaned 4 times also I got a filling done and my teeth whitened, the staff are very helpful, this is the best Dentist in Benidorm, Highly recommend.

Part of my tooth broke off, and I got a very painful abcess, because of this, I got checked out and was given medication as they could not remove my damaged tooth until the inflammation had gone down. After a week of medication, I returned to Happy Smiles, my damaged tooth was removed with no pain, and the price was painless aswell. The staff are fantastic and speak English aswell, I would definitely recommend Happy Smile, great service.

Had to find an emergency dentist on jan 5th. I rang happy smile and they managed to offer help at 5pm.absolutely brilliant.cannot thank them enough for helping my husband. They xrayed him and found he had an abcess. The lady gave him a good examination and did not rush us atall even tho it was getting late. She gave him a prescription for strong antibiotics which helped massively. Plus did not charge alot for the service, so reasonable. Would highly recommend this company and will be returning regularly for better dental care than we’ve had at home. Well worth the visit. Thank you so much for helping when we needed it!

Recently I visited Happy Smile dentist for a routine checkup. The dental practice was modern, immaculaty clean with a friendly receptionist. On arrival I had to provide my passport and complete a health questionnaire. The dentist spoke perfect English, had a calming nature and conducted a very thorough checkup.

Initially made appointment with receptionist and everything seemed efficient.
Appointment was for 10 Nov 0900, duly turned up
to find the floor ripped up and two busy workmen who told me it was closed for refurbishment.
I find this totally unsatisfactory that first the appointment was made and secondly that no attempt was made to contact me by text or phone to arrange an earlier or later appointment.

Brilliant from start to finish the staff and dentist made everything so easy & friendly.
Had check up and clean & polish - never had such a thorough clean before she really took her time and did such a good job - my partner & I both had this done and it cost less than one check up (clean & polish extra) at home - will be back next year for a repeat procedure - thank you.

This was my first visit. I am often nervous at any dentist. I was made feel relaxed & I have to say it is the Best clean and polish of my teeth in many years. Much respect and appreciation for a very good Dentist. I just hope my visit in the new year is as good

I had a dental implant and although I encountered infection the dentist stuck with me, honoured the price and got it sorted, really happy and would recommend

Just had 2 crown's fitted, totally proffessional, attention to detail, informative, the best treatment I have ever experienced. The best!

Arrived with a broken tooth (sweetie accident on plane) … phoned when I got to Benidorm at 4pm … appointment at 9pm … X-ray / filling / fixed and ready to carry on with my holiday by 10pm … €50 … cheap as chips (excuse the pun) thank you Joanne.

Great service, great price, she doesn't try to talk you into having anything that you don't need, I've been a few times now and I'm totally happy with the whole experience

Dentist makes you feel very at ease, excellent dental work, very friendly, price really good.

Fitted me in for an emergency appointment same day, at 9pm. Service was excellent, English communication was excellent.

Due to nature of dental injury, could only do a temporary fix but this was clearly communicated to me and advised me on what needed to be done once I was back home. Temporary fix was as good as I could of hoped for though.

Cost was very good, can't compare to other dentists in benidorm but price was excellent when compared to UK.

Sorry for the delay in leaving a review. I honestly am lost for words to describe how wonderful this practice is.the dentist and staff are amazing. I had a 2 tooth denture made in the uk after a fall and I can only describe it has a disgrace to our dental profession just money making all the time. I decided after reading the reviews to make an appointment to have a new impression done to replace the one I had.whilst on holiday.appointment booked before my arrival I'm overwhelmed with the denture you would never know in a million years they are not my real teeth I would pay the cost of another holiday if ever I needed further dental work done again. Thank you so much your teeth are so important especially the front two I'm sure I'm one of many who would definitely recommend Happy Smile Dental Clinic. One last thing the cost is very acceptable and affordable apology for not remembering the lady dentist name xx

I'm a very nervous person where dentist are concerned but honestly these are so nice and it doesn't smell like a dentist cant wait to go back

Well where do I begin.after waiting 8 years in the UK to get my teeth sorted (emergency appointment) I kept getting fobbed off with antibiotics and other excuses. When I got in touch with this dentist I had everything done to my satisfaction in less than 12 hours. The lady was very understanding and extremely patient with me, she did have to give me extra anesthetic although I think it was just to reassure myself. Absolute professionalism from start to finish at a fraction of the cost in the UK would highly reccomend. I was that pleased with her work I even dropped her a tip. Just to cover the extra anesthetic she administered.
Thank you once again happy smile dentist. My appreciation is somewhat overwhelming.

What an amazing dental clinic! I flew over to Benidorm for a few days and popped into Happy Smile Dental Clinic for teeth whitening and composite bonding! Well I have never had as much confidence with my smile. I cannot stop smiling! Thankyou so much! So professional and lovely and reasonably priced!

My husband visited Happy Smile for an emergency consultation which resulted in an extraction and was extremely happy with the professional service he received.
I then visited a week later again as an emergency after losing part of a crown whilst eating. I must say that the professionalism, caring and dedication was outstanding. The work we both had done was to such a high standard. If we lived in Spain, this would be our regular dentist. Thank you.

I thoroughly recommend this dentist. She spent long hours turning my teeth into a beautiful white smile. I am absolutely thrilled with the result. She's extremely professional, with first class hygiene standards, and dedicated to the point where she offered to come in for a long session on a Sunday to finish the job before I went to England. Then final session lasted until 11pm on a Friday night! And all this at very good prices. Highly recommended!

Very good dentist. My wife and I both had crowns fitted. Dentist is very gentle and her work is superb. Would highly recommend.
