Vincenti y unos días más tarde su colega Marie nos ayudaron muy amablemente. Todavía no estábamos seguros del número de días, pero lo pensamos bien y Vincenti pronto encontró una solución. Las bicicletas son de buena calidad, modernas y bien mantenidas. Algunas bicicletas incluso tenían un soporte para el móvil. Hoy descubrí por casualidad que tienen varias sucursales en Valencia. También puedes ir aquí para bicicletas eléctricas y scooters eléctricos y, por lo que pude ver, la calidad era comparable a la de las bicicletas.

La mejor experiencia, el personal aquí es el mejor y muy muy servicial, tuvimos un pequeño accidente con la rotura de una llanta y María que trabaja aquí nos ayudó con todo sin costo y fue muy agradable, realmente recomiendo este lugar, fue el ¡La mejor actividad en Valencia! ¡También habla muy bien inglés!

Alquilamos dos bicicletas para llegar a la playa de la Albufera. Nos lo pasamos muy bien, el chico que alquila las bicicletas es súper amable y servicial y las tarifas diarias son muy honestas.

Very cool place. A pleasant manager who will help you choose the right bike, and you can also book excursions to interesting places. I recommend to everyone.

5/5 Anything else would be a lie. Pricewise it's great. She was very helpful, as I told her where I wanted to go and she gave me the bike best suited for the ride (which she was completely right in me needing a mountain bike). The bike was of great quality and the ~50km ride felt like a breeze. The communication (via whatsapp) was fast and accurate. The renting conditions are as they should be (not money but ID left behind).

Really, everything was well thought of. I've rarely come across service like this.

We have rent our bikes at Happy Tourist Center and it was perfect. They were so friendly and helpful. They also have a really good service. Also the bikes are amaaaaaazingg. They’re such nice and friendly people. So I will definitely will come back soon, I really recommend them!

We had an amazing day on the e-scooter. Even though we had never riden an e-scooter it was very easy and enjoyable. The perfect transportation to go sight-seeing in Valencia. The staff here are nice and helpful. They explained us how to use the scooter and drive safely. Highly recommended!

We rent 4 e-steps today for a really good price. It is the ideal way to go through Valencia. We went to the beach, where we had a flat tire. After 30 minutes they helped us with a new step. We had no extra costs for that, so they have a great service.

We rented 5 E-steps, communication through mail and WhatsApp went smoothly. Service was perfect, steps were splendid. We really enjoyed Valencia this way! Thank you again…

Very kind staff and perfect location in the centre. I rented scooter and they told me about the sightseeings I can visit and a lot of other things about the city. Their english is really good so we had a good chat. Great experience would recommend 10/10.

Great place to rent a bike! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We got very nice new bikes and rode to Albufera lake and then the beach for the rest of the day. Highly recommend!

Wir haben uns im Mai 2021 zwei Fahrräder für einen Tag geliehen. Preis hierfür waren 10 Euro pro Fahrrad. Die Fahrräder waren intakt und wir haben auch je Fahrrad zwei Schlösser erhalten um die Fahrräder ordentlich abschließen zu können.
Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns auch noch dabei geholfen ein Corona Testzentrum zu finden.

Great experience, good prices, very nice staff, easy to rent scooters. They speak great english. Would recommand 100%. Plus, it is well located in the old town and visiting valencia by scooter is the best and very easy and safe to get around. Thank you so much for taking good care of us!

And for a very good price. We rented two bikes for 12€ each (24 hours and they even gave us 2h for free on top).

The girl in the store gave us great recommendations on how to discover the city by bike - it was an amazing experience.

Also, you can always text them via WhatsApp and they will help you in case of a flat tire or anything.

I arrived to Valencia early morning and only this lovely place was opened. I could get a such comfortable e-bike for very good price for all day. I was given a plenty of recommendations about the city and then I knew where to go. The office manager Maria was so helpful and patiently answered to all my questions. Me and my family were so lucky, that we found Happy Tourist Center on our first day in Valencia! Owners of this place were so nice and helpful, they gave us many tips what to do and what to visit in this amazing city! We also get a map for FREE and we decided to rent 2 regular city bikes + 2 electric bikes for first 2 days of our stay.
Bikes looked like new, had beautiful colors, comfortable seats and they were in perfect conditions! Owners gave us special family price and offered us discount for e-scooter rent which we used our last day!
E-scooter ride was definitely the best activity we did as a family so far!
So easy to ride, so effortless, so comfy!

My girlfriend and I had a great time! Guys working in Happy Tourist Center was very helpful and gave us all the info we needed. We took the electric scooters all the way down to the beach and it was super fun. It was very safe and easy to learn. The location had great access to the park and the old town! Highly recommend:) 100% fun!

Fantastic few hours on E scooters today. We travelled all the way along the river route stopping at the market/food market by the North gate and the science park before heading along to the beach. Road route back but due to excellent cycle ways it felt very safe and easy.
Fantastic customer service too!
Would highly recommend using this service as fsntastic value for money and a great way to get about in the city.

BRILLIANT E-Scooter Tour in Valencia with a fantastic Guide!

Patrick, our guide was simply fantastic. Giving clear directions on the E-Scooter, responding to our questions well, taking the time for pictures and giving us a great overview of the city with background information on the different sights made this a very memorable trip for us 4.
We definitely recommend Happy Torist Center in Valencia and especially Patrick as a guide.

Best bikes and e-kick scooters in the heart of old town part of Valencia city for reasonable prices. They gave us free map and all essential informations what to do and see around. First we decided to make a sightseeing tuk tuk tour which was really great and kids under 10 was for FREE! The guide told us a lot historical informations. We choose 1hour tour in city center and see all main monuments. What a great idea when you just arrive to the city and its also save your time. After that we took bikes and our kids e-scooters and went to the former river bed (now its a 9 km long park!) to see the City of arts and science. Fabulous place and wonderful day! Thank you for your professional service. Happy tourist center is what the tourist needs!
