El Prof. Jasveer es un buen consejero y aplica el método Ayurveda junto con otros conocimientos para ver sus potencialidades y desequilibrios. Creo que sus consejos son una clave positiva para mejorar tu vida y por eso la recomiendo ampliamente.

Tuve una sesión única de 2 horas con el Prof. Jasveer Kaur y fue una introducción fascinante y esclarecedora al enfoque Ayurveda. El profesor Kaur realizó una evaluación exhaustiva de mi estilo de vida actual y luego examinó mi lengua, mis ojos y mi pulso para comprender mi condición física actual. Luego explicó detalladamente los diferentes elementos y tipos de dosha que luego informan el estilo de vida más apropiado para cada individuo. Me encanta este enfoque holístico y pude identificarme con gran parte de lo que el profesor Kaur reveló sobre mi condición. Posteriormente recibí un informe extenso con orientación y recomendaciones continuas, incluidos consejos de desintoxicación, suplementos y un plan de dieta. Recomendaría encarecidamente a cualquiera que no esté seguro que investigue esta ruta para lograr un bienestar continuo.

Estoy muy feliz y bendecida de haber entrado hoy en HEALTH FOREST.
Ya que me encontraba perdida en relación con mi alimentación (física, emocional, mental).
Con mucha atención y dedicación y pasión hoy Prof. Jasveer me ha hecho un Diagnóstico Ayurdeva Nutricion que les recomiendo de todo corazón.

I highly recommend visiting Health Forest in Altea. Everyone is very welcoming and from the moment you walk through the door, you feel a sense of peace and calm infiltrate your soul. They offer an array of products and services that support good health and well-being. Yesterday, I had a profound healing session (reiki & reflexology) with Nikki and I'm still totally relax 24-hours later! Also; the weekly sound healing meditations are just the best.

A great holistic health center based in the Ayurvedic science to get your health back to good condition, balance and armonized with a very knowledgeable Dr. Mrs. Jasveer on the field. She is very kind and a warm person as well as her team. Dr. Jasveer is very precise on her diagnose helping me a lot to recover from my health issues. I would greatly recommend the center always and I still go there for other treatments. I love it! And it does so good to me:)

Un rincón en pleno centro de Altea, que es muy especial, donde Hay una sala para meditar libremente sin horarios estipulados. Ayurveda, psicología, …. Solo el hecho de entrar y ver los productos y las salas es un regalo. Iré cada vez que pueda. Gracias por crear este espacio

If you are living in Altea or you are simply passing by for holiday you should absolutely stop at Health Forest. It's the first Ayurvedic center on the coast and apart from the unique ayurvedic products that can be purchased at the store, it is also an amazing holistic center where you can have different therapies and follow many activities. The main room is also open to the public for those who want to stop and do some free meditation.

I also had the opportunity to meet the owner Jess and she is incredibly lovely and passionate about healing and Ayurveda. If you have any health issues or you are simply curious about health and nutrition I absolutely recommend speaking with her.

I had my first visit to the Health Forest this week and it was amazing! I went for a sound healing event last night. The HF space is beautiful, grounding, and immediately made me feel at peace.

The sound healing session was the perfect thing after traveling for 5 weeks to re-center myself in a lovely, safe, inclusive community. We are so lucky to have this holistic center right here in Altea. I can't wait to go back and to try some other treatments.

I highly recommend visiting before leaving Altea. It's an experience so profound you'll never forget!
