He estado viviendo en este Coliving durante 10 meses y la experiencia ha sido muy buena. El estudio tiene todo lo necesario y el ambiente es estupendo.

Mi experiencia viviendo en este coliving durante el último año ha sido excepcional. Desde el primer día, me sentí acogido y rodeado de una gran comunidad. El diseño y la distribución de los espacios comunes hacen que el ambiente sea acogedor y moderno promoviendo la interacción entre los residentes. Las zonas individuales tambiém están diseñadas para sentirte cómodo y poder estar sólo cuando lo necesitas. Además, el personal del coliving siempre se mostró atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento, lo que hizo que me sintiera seguro y respaldado. Sin duda, recomendaría este coliving a cualquiera que busque una experiencia de convivencia enriquecedora y estimulante.

Recomiendo Helloflatemate a cualquiera, he estado con ellos durante 5 años, sin problemas, son muy amables, dan muy buen servicio y casas bien mantenidas. Mónica y Alberto siempre dispuestos a ayudar si necesitaba algo que era muy agradable. Disfruté mucho de mi estancia con ellos.

Helloflatmate es un lugar ideal. Las habitaciones y baños privados son grandes, luminosas y hechas con materiales de alta calidad. Tanto el equipo de Administración como el servicio de Mantenimiento han sido siempre super rápidos, eficaces y muy amables para responder todas nuestras necesidades. Pasé una larga estadía en Helloflatmate y lo recomiendo absolutamente. Alquilamos un pequeño apartamento con cuatro habitaciones y dos baños en Alfara del Patriarca y vivimos allí durante un año. El agente fue muy entusiasta y paciente. Él ayudaría a resolver cualquier problema insoluble lo antes posible. También le recordaríamos regularmente por adelantado al pagar el alquiler. El alojamiento de algunos artículos de servicio es muy sencillo, y la comunicación en inglés y occidental es muy fluida, muy recomendable.

Una gran agencia, 100% recomendada! Alquilé una habitación por 5 meses durante mi semestre en Valencia y tuve una estancia estupenda. El apartamento fue renovado recientemente, tenía todas las comodidades necesarias y cuando necesitaba algo, el equipo de Helloflatmate actuó de inmediato. ¡Gracias por todo!

El trato regular. Sobretodo de Stefany. Por lo demas crean grupo con todos los inquilinos y bastante bien.

I was studying in Valencia for one semester (Erasmus) and I am really happy having rented a room with Helloflatmate.

The flat was modern, newly renovated, perfectly located and I felt really cozy in my room with new furniture.

Apart from that, the organisation was perfect! When there was any problem (e.g. With the washing machine or when the light bulb was broken) I texted Helloflatmate and they immediately fixed it.

The team of Helloflatmate is really friendly and well-organised. They provided me with all the information I wanted to have (from the beginning until the end) and also organised a pick-up service from the airport.

It was a good decision to rent a flat with Helloflatmate and I really would recommend this organisation to you!:)

Pretty, new place with an extraordinary staff (Yolanda) and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Even though we could not express ourselves on Spanish well, she always tried to understand and help us out with everything.
We were also invited in the WhatsApp group, where we could openly ask for advice or recommendations.
Pubs, grocery store, restaurants and even PCR Test laboratory are close by.
For those who love sandy beaches is Valencia a great place.

Si ets jove i tens ganes de conèixer a gent nova (tant espanyola com estrangera), aquest és el lloc. En tot moment han estat molt atents a les nostres necessitats.

On vient de louer une chambre pour ma fille en stage et on est très contente du lieu, de la situation dans la ville, la description et les photos sont très fidèles. L'accueil par Stéphanie et Yolanda a été parfait, très attentionnées et attentives aux besoins de leur hôte, si tout se passe comme le début ce sera parfait!

He alquilado habitación los últimos 6 años con la agencia y me encuentro muy contenta. El motivo de finalizar mi contrato es porque cambio de ciudad. Todos los pisos con en los que he vivido han estado en perfecto estado y los servicios de la agencia me han permitido vivir una vida estudiantil tranquila
sin tener que preocuparme por los pagos de los servicios, conseguir personalmente personal de mantenimiento, ni tratar directamente con el propietario. La agencia es ágil y efectiva. Durante este tiempo tuve el gusto de tratar siempre con Mónica, quién me ha ayudado en todo lo que he necesitado en los últimos años.

Very nice and helpful owner. Beautiful room and clean bathroom. Kitchen areas good equipment. I recommend it for short and long journeys; very close to the metro and good infrastructure:)

La agencia Helloflatmate me ofreció una habitación en una casa muy buena, muy bien cuidada. Siempre están atentos a sus huéspedes, les ayudan y siempre están disponibles por si acaso. Te siguen personalmente y ofrecen comunicación constante en español e inglés. Recomiendo encarecidamente que acuda a ellos, especialmente durante largos períodos de estancia.

This agency gave my a great service during my whole erasmus year.
They are dedicated to their customers, whenever we had an issue inside, they were here fixing it.
Moreover, living with 5 others erasmus was a great opportunity for me, improving my speaking skills.

Fué el primer año de mi hija fuera de casa. Teníamos que buscar una habitación de alquiler y como podreis entender, para una madre, es algo muy importante. Tenía que encajar en ubicación, precio y confortabilidad.
Llegamos, casi, a última hora con la busqueda y dimos con esta empresa.
El primer contacto fue con Mónica, estupenda muchacha. Gracias por tu amabilidad y atención.
En segundo lugar, su compañera (disculpa que no me quedara con tu nombre). Nos enseñó el piso en que se iban a alojar y tomó nota de las cositas que le íbamos comentando y que se fueron solucionando, dentro de las posibilidades de la agencia.
Y por último, he conocido a Alberto, administrador de la agencia. Atento muchacho. Aunque las situaciones que hemos vivido hemos de reconocer que, a veces, parecian subrealistas, he de agradecerte, personalmente, el haberte preocupado HUMANAMENTE, por mi hija. Eso hace ver que, aunque se trate de relaciones puramente comerciales, a parte del trato profesional que se ha de dar, todavía quedan personas que valen la pena. GRACIAS MUY SINCERAMENTE.
Quiero deciros que no soy persona de evaluar a nadie, sólo me quedo con las experiencias que vivo con cada una y de ello aprendo. I rented a room in a flat with Helloflatmate for six months whilst on an Erasmus placement in Valencia. It was really easy to reserve online so I already knew I had a place before arriving in Valencia. Communication was very easy with Helloflatmate and the flat was really ideal, living with other students and in a great location. After a long apartment search in Valencia I finally found a comfortable apartment in a fantastic location with HelloFlatMate. Their customer service was exceptional, always responding to emails and going above and beyond to make sure I was informed throughout the whole process. Stephanie was a fantastic help!
