Mis pensamientos sobre la empresa han cambiado completamente negativamente. Lo reconocí como una empresa que no me apoyó en mi victimización, fue una mala experiencia para mí.

¿Se responden aquí también los comentarios negativos y se eliminan las acusaciones o sólo están bien escritos los positivos/comprados?

El único trabajo de Hellotax era procesar mis impuestos sobre las ventas. En ningún momento hicieron eso. Ahora me veo obligado a hacer horrendos pagos por adelantado.
Mis consultas son respondidas amablemente, me dicen que serán atendidas, pero no pasa nada.

Llevo con Hellotax unos seis meses y todo va bien. Los registros para Polonia y la República Checa fueron rápidos y mi gestor de cuenta siempre responde el mismo día.

Demet Kale ha sido de gran ayuda en mi proceso de EORI. Respondió pacientemente mis correos electrónicos todos los días. Siguió mis documentos de cerca todos los días. Muchas gracias, me salvó de una carga enorme. Estoy muy feliz de trabajar con la Sra. Demet, se lo recomiendo a todos.

Horrible experience! DO NOT go with hellotax! Just save yourself money and avoid the stress and issues they will create for you. They are incompetent; they do not care if you file your taxes on time. All they care about is how to get more money from you. The main issue, though, is insulting, awful customer service. My point of contact is Kora and her manager Christiana. They seem nice at the beginning but wait till there is a mistake on their part, and you ask them to do something about it. Then you will see the real face.
Every little question you have will become endless emails without a proper answer or solution.
I have been with the company only since the beginning of 2023, and I can't tell you how many problems I have had already. They pile up one after another without a proper solution.
I signed up with them, so they helped me with my quarterly filings for Amazon FBA sales in Europe. But right from the start, the first quarter was filed incorrectly. They refuse to correct mistakes and for any letter you get from TA they will charge you extra, even though it came due to their mistake.
Unfortunately, I also asked them to correct things in the previous year, right when I signed with them. And that's where they really get you. While they charge around Euro 500 for the whole year of filings, they will charge you Euro 375! For refiling of one quarter! Once again, they made a mistake with refiling one quarter; it created all sorts of problems for me, and now each time something comes from TA in regards to to that filing, they tell me it will be Euro 75 on top of what I have already paid.
I had one week to respond to the letter from TA, contacted them about it for a week, and they intentionally disregarded my emails, missed the deadline, and now sent me a letter that they will respond the letter on my behalf, but it will cost me Euro 75 additionally.
If you consider hellotax as your tax company, please read all the negative reviews here first. Unfortunately, I did not read the negative feedback first; I only looked at the general rating, which was pretty high. This huge mistake is now costing me time, money, and possibly more problems with TA. Well, I sure learned my lesson. To carefully read reviews before I sign up with any company, especially if it is a long-term agreement that requires upfront payment.

Utilicé Hellotax para registrarme a efectos del IVA en Francia y, de hecho, todo se realizó muy rápidamente. El equipo de Hellotax fue competente en todo momento y nuestro registro se presentó ante las autoridades en unos pocos días. Nuestro primer contacto con Christina, Christiana y Nadiya fue a finales de marzo y en unos pocos correos electrónicos se completó nuestro registro. Very good company, helped me with german VAT registration. The process took 2 months, that is quite quick.

Incompetent staff.

Their staff is completely incompetent. They make mistakes on VAT returns and then ask you to pay the late penalty fees.

Avoid them at all costs.

Great service, VAT registration in Poland went fast and in a smooth way. We submitted all documents at the end of February 2023 and got our VAT number on March 21,2023. Thank you, guys, for your help!

I contacted Hellotax to obtain a UK VAT number. During the introductory call the sales manager could not answer several basic questions ("I am just the sales guy"), and sold me a 1-hour 150€ consultancy call with their tax specialist for the UK. I paid for it the same day. After that it became impossible to schedule the call, after one week I received a "he is not available this week", and was on track for a two-week response time to have a couple of simple questions asked, after payment.

A friend recommended Avask, I reached out to them. The Avask sales manager responded in one hour. The day after I had a 30 minutes call with the sales person, and a specialist in the call. All my doubts and questions were responded, on day two I had a responsive account manager assigned.

I have cancelled my future consultancy call and written off my 150€ investment with no return of value and significant waste of time. In total I exchanged 40 emails with Hellotax.

It's my 3rd service provider till now.
4 years ago when I started I thought I am buying more a "product". I thought I pay so they should do their thing, but it did not work and one of the companies I used is what say "one of the big 4". They kept asking for stuff so ignored them as I got annoyed, but then I was even more annoyed with the penalties I got for no filing.

I have tried hellotax as they were cheaper, and because I was fedup with previous company, considering the money I paid there.
I have to say that it runs well up to now.
Had 1 new registration with them (spain) and yes it takes some time, but had the same experience with previous companies.
I would wish to be less involved as it seems without some data from my side none of that kind of companies can do their work properly.

If you think they will "do it for you" you are wrong. You need to get involved and you need an accountant (your own) to help you with having your bookkeeping app in line with your service provider app otherwise they will be a mess.

I started with hellotax by booking a consultation with their operations head - Kris - had it with my accountant and it was the first time I finaly understood why things work the way they work, and why it is important that I am involved.

Awesome service! My account manager Cristiana was very patient with me, I did not had a clue what VAT is, so it took me some time to have my account really working!

Worst operations. Worst customer support. Worst service.
Made multiple mistakes when filing reports for PL & CZ, filed filings too late, did not come up for penalties by tax authorities even though it was 100% their fault, did not respond etc.
If you are looking for a tax consultant just please do not choose hellotax. Go for anything else!

I applied for a German VAT number and had endless issues and had to keep contacting them to do the application. I was assigned a senior agent there who resolved the issues and apologised. So i decided to give them another chance to register for my French VAT number. They checked all the documents with the senior agent and french accountant who assured me all was well, 6 months later we are still waiting after keep chasing we are now told some documents are missing. My friend has registered with another company for a french VAT in march and got it back within 90 day. Over 6 months now and i am still waiting. After they take your money they leave you alone and you have to keep chasing no one takes ownership of your account.i want a REFUND for the failed service. I am still waiting.i would avoid this company at all cost they can damage your business and even get you locked out of amazon due to not having the correct VAT numbers in place.

Warte bereits 4 Monate auf die Steuernummer und immer wenn ich nachfrage wie lange es noch dauern soll, wird geantwortet "wir arbeiten mit höchster Priorität"
Für mich sieht höchste Priorität anders aus.

One must be honest. They are not better than the other tax advisors.

As an answer to your question: You can improve your service, when you file my reports on time and not after six months and your software works.

System funktoniert nicht richtig. Meldungen fehlen im Backend. Es wurden z.b. Keine Meldungen für Österreich gemacht, somit hat das Finanzamt Österreich eigene Fessetzungen bestimmt mit doppelter Höhe.

Am 30.12.2019 habe ich dazu die erste Email geschrieben, heute 23.01.2020 keine Einzige Email mit einer LÖSUNG zu diesem Problem.

Tut euch echt ein gefallen und nutzt einen eigenen Steuerberater / Service.

System not functioning properly. Messages are missing in the backend. For example, no declarations were made for Austria, so the Austrian tax office has defined its own double taxation.

On 2019-12-30 I wrote the first email about this, today 2020-01-23 there is no single email with a SOLUTION to this problem.

Do yourself a favor and use your own tax advisor / service.

Bin nun seit ein paar Monaten zu Hellotax gewechselt und bin super zufrieden mit deren Service. Software funktioniert einwandfrei und Support ist super hilfreich. Nimmt mir nun einiges an Arbeit ab - hatte mit meinem alten Anbieter nur Probleme und der administrativen Aufwand war enorm.
