Tyrone and Raj guided and consulted us to get a mortgage in Spain with Abanca to finance our appartment in Valencia. En nuestro caso nos ayudo Raj, que se encargó de la mediación entre nosotros y el banco, desde que empezó la solicitud de la hipoteca fue bastante claro, directo y práctico. Se nota que tiene experiencia suficiente en este mundillo, por eso te va diciendo paso a paso como será tu hipoteca en que estado está. Nosotros hicimos una solicitud de una hipoteca para no residentes y eso es precisamente lo que mejor se le da, no creo que sin esta empresa hubiera sido posible obtener el credito en una entidad bancaria de España.

Antes de contactar con esta empresa, estuvimos haciendo comparaciones e informandonos con supuestas empresas que se encargan de lo mismo. La verdad no me daban confianza, no tenian la capacidad orientadora que Raj mostro siemprr y además solo hablaban de sus honararios que eran al menos 3 veces mayores que los de HIPOTEKEN, sin duda, hicimos la elección correcta.

From a simple phone call until sign the completion of the entire process just went so smoothly. Mr Raj and his team has done an excellent work to our mortgage application. The professions and carings are absolutely outstanding.
