Hotel Marqués House

Un agradecimiento especial a Daniele y Claudia en la recepción, extremadamente amables y muy serviciales. El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta, cerca de todas las atracciones principales, teníamos la "habitación grande" número 108, con una vista perfecta. Obtén el desayuno incluido, es realmente muy bueno y el servicio fue excelente.

Recomiendo encarecidamente este maravilloso hotel.
El personal es muy amable, hacen todo lo posible para que su estancia sea muy cómoda.
El trato agradable y personal de todos los miembros del personal me hizo sentir muy bienvenido y como en casa.
Hermosa habitación (habitación estándar), excelente desayuno (¡Angela es la más dulce!) Y la ubicación es perfecta, con una amplia variedad de restaurantes a 5-10 minutos a pie. ¡Disfruté mi estadía al máximo!

Este es el hotel más asombroso, mi favorito, donde me he alojado tantas veces. La ubicación es una verdadera joya, el lugar más céntrico de Valencia. Todo el equipo es fantástico: Gemma, Bianca y el equipo de recepción son muy serviciales, siempre amables, dispuestos a ayudarte y saludarte con una sonrisa todos los días. El Café Madrid en el hotel es otra joya, cuenta con un gran diseño y ambiente y sirve la mejor Agua de Valencia de la ciudad. Lugar ideal para alojarse en Valencia.

Nos tuvimos que quedar por una emergencia ya que cancelaron todos los trenes a Madrid y después de no encontrar en ninguno de los hoteles a los que fuimos (estábamos buscando cualquiera) nos encontramos el hotel y Rebecca estaba en la recepción y fue la persona más amable, una súper ayuda y una mano amiga cuando más lo necesitábamos. En cuanto al hotel en sí, todo estaba súper limpio y en general todos fueron muy amables; definitivamente si hubieran sido otras circunstancias lo hubiéramos disfrutado muchísimo más, pero nos fuimos con un muy buen sabor de boca y con un súper agradecimiento y felicitación a Rebecca.

Hotel estupendamente ubicado en el centro de Valencia. La habitación doble un poco justa de espacio pero por lo demás estupenda y cómoda. El servicio de 10. Para rematar, al hacer el check-out me dejé una cosa en la habitación, y me lo devolvieron dejándomelo con las maletas en consigna, me di cuenta al recogerlas.

Un bonito y céntrico hotel. Ideal para visitar Valencia y olvidarte del coche. Trato excelente por parte del personal.

While the location of Hotel Marques House and room quality and comfort were excellent, what made our experience staying here stand out among the rest was the exceedingly helpful, kind, and considerate hotel staff, who went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for. Would strongly recommend staying at Hotel Marques House!

We have a very comfortable bed in the hotel. The staff is very courteous and polite. The bar and the whole hotel are very modern, even the small room had a walk-in shower in the bathroom.

Highly recommend staying here.in the heart of the city with many choices around for food and shopping. Staff is very attentive and pleasant.

Hotel qui mérite un 4,8 ou 4,9 sur 5 pour son rapport qualité/localisation/prix.
L'accueil est chaleureux, pleins de bons conseils, vous êtes en terrain familier.
L'hôtel en lui même est nickel! On trouve toujours un truc qui cloche (la douche, une ampoule, des fissures, etc) mais là rien, il est vraiment bien entretenu, chapeau.
Le petit dej à 19 euros? Ça reste cher ok mais il est copieux et de bonne qualité. En plus, on vous rajoute ce que vous voulez: avocat sur vos œufs, du bacon, un café supplémentaire? Aucun problème.
Enfin, l'hôtel nous a offert deux Aguas de València dans le bar de l'hôtel et 1h de spa à l'hôtel de la même chaîne près du marché (5 mins a pied), royal!

Seul point négatif, les gens qui rentrent le soir et qui n'ont pas de respect pour les autres (porte qui claque, etc). Isolation phonique peut être un peu faible?

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. Rooms are a beautiful design, everywhere is spotlessly clean and the bar serves amazing cocktails.

My boyfriend and I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was nice and the bathroom very clean and comfortable. The bed was also very good. Loved the location right in the heart of the old city center of Valencia.

My boyfriend an I enjoyed the complementary welcome drink. We enjoyed sipping on our agua de Valencia while sitting in the sun on the beautiful rooftop terrace looking out on the rooftops of Valencia.

The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful and will make sure to take care of every need you have.

The breakfast consisted of several courses and was good, but you could only order from a menu with limited options. After staying a week in the hotel we got a bit tired of the breakfast. The breakfast staff was also a bit chaotic. Sometimes we had to wait very long without apparent reason and they often forgot our orders.

Hotel excelente con una ubicacion muy centrica pero tranquilo, trato del personal muy amable en todo momento, la habitacion y la limpieza excelente. Muy recomendable, sin duda repetiremos.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Marqués House. Our room was lovely and the entire staff is simply incredible. I can’t recommend it enough. Simply the best in every way.

Por la atención del personal, sobre todo por parte de los recepcionistas. La situación inmejorable, en pleno centro de Valencia. Totalmente recomendable y para repetir en próximas visitas a esta ciudad.

Nos hospedamos el pasado día 7, nos dejaron casi toda la estancia sin corriente eléctrica, de las 11 de la noche hasta las 10 de la mañana del día siguiente. En un principio nos dijeron que el apagón era general, pero nos dimos cuenta que todos los edificios colindantes tenían luz, y que era sólo nuestro hotel el afectado por un problema con la domótica. No pudimos ducharnos, cargar nuestros móviles, las habitaciones estaban heladas, tuvimos que renunciar a parte de la visita cultural que teníamos prevista porque tardaron una eternidad en servirnos unas tostadas y cafés frios. A mí me dejaron media noche fuera de mi habitación, en pijama, sin dinero, y sin poder abandonar el hotel porque no encontraban la llave física. Tuve que acudir al servicio de otro hotel que tienen a 400 metros en PIJAMA a las 5 de la madrugada para poder asearme un poco. Recalcar que pagamos más de 300€ por algunas de las habitaciones.

Great experience at Hotel Marques House. Very clean, quit, beautiful room. The breakfast was perfect. The staff was very helpful in every request. Bianca at the reception was my favorite of all. The only concern was air conditioning. It was a little too cold for us. After we asked to the reception, they fixed it.
Overall great stay at this hotel. Highly recommended

Hotel veramente bello ed in posizione centrale super, ma al contempo silenziosissimo. Personale gentilissimo e preparato. Camere piccoline ma confortevoli, solo metterei più bevande nel frigobar, i bagni sono eccezzionali con cabine doccia enorme. Letti comodi. Colazione nel rooftop. Hotel direttamente collegato al Cafe de Madrid, un'istituzione a Madrid.

Me ha gustado mucho la limpieza, ubicación, comodidad de la cama y el hotel en general.
El personal es amabilísimo y por poner un pero, la habitación estándar es muy pequeña.

Great hotel, comfortable beds, exceptionally clean and very well located (central but away from the noise). The staff however need special mention. They gave us some excellent food recommendations, and even upgrated our room when we requested a change for specific reasons.

Notre semaine dans cet hôtel était parfait. Très belle chambre, une grande salle de bain, des petits déjeuners faits à la minute et délicieux pris dans une salle lumineuse au dernier étage. Tout le personnel était aux petits soins, et on appréciait aussi de pouvoir terminer la journée au café Madrid dans le même bâtiment, un bar très agréable, où l’on se sentait comme chez nous. Un dernier point d’importance… l’hôtel est très bien placé pour qui veut visiter la vieille ville…à 2 pas de tout ce qui est à voir et des restaurants et tapas bars.l’idéal! Bravo à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel!

The hotel is very nicely located in Valencia, all the tourist attractions are near by. But with some points we‘re not happy:
- I booked a room on the website with 20 m2. However, be aware that some rooms are smaller than 20 m2. First, we got a much smaller room but received a larger one after going back to the front desk. Generally, the rooms which are facing the inside are bigger.
- We had a black friday deal for 1h Spa, but we couldn‘t use it because it the water was too cold like 28 degrees. I sugguest that if you offer a special deal, make sure the guest can use it.
For us it was not a 4 star superior, more like 3 star standard.

Das liebste und aufmerksamste Personal, dass ich je erlebt habe! Mit dem besten Frühstück, dass ich je gegessen habe:) Egg Benedict, frische Früchte mit selbst gemachtem Joghurt und Granola und eine Platte mit Schinken, Käse und spanischem Tomatenaufstrich. Die Zimmer gegen den Innenhof sind sehr ruhig. Das Badezimmer und die Dusche ist sehr geräumig und schön. Eigene Cocktailbar (Café Madrid) im Haus mit Willkommenscocktail! Wird auch gerne auf der schönen Dachterrasse serviert:) Für dieses Hotel muss ich noch einmal nach Valencia!

If 4.5 was available, I might choose that score. But the staff is amazing and its location is hard to beat. Great beds for needed sleep after partying really late.

Not recommendable. Rooms are tiny, not well maintained and too expensive for what you get. Staff is friendly but the concept is just not right. Tourist could find better options at that price point. Business travelers should avoid at all costs as it is not prepared for business stays. The bar and breakfast offering is overly expensive and pretentious.

Muy buen servicio y buena ubicación, sugiero ampliar el tamaño de la mesa auxiliar, para poder colocar una laptop

Hier haben wir uns auf unserer Städtereise nach Valencia zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Personal ist sehr professionell, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Besonders haben wir auch das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse genossen. Dieses Hotel würden wie jederzeit weiterempfehlen und wieder besuchen.

We loved our stay at Marques House. The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms were quaint and clean! The staff were overall pretty helpful. Our favorite part of the hotel was the location for sure!

Beautiful hotel with nice modern comfortable rooms. Everything was very clean. Service was excellent, from the reception to the breakfast. Breakfast was also delicious. We had cocktails in Bar Madrid in the evening and these were excellent too (very good daiquiri ;-) ). Staff made sure we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is also located very well in the old city center. When we should come back to Valencia we will definitely book again in Marqués House Hotel. Thank you for our wonderful stay in Valencia!

We stayed here and were very happy with the room as well as the service overall. A special thanks to the front desk manager; we checked in late, yet he was very professional and helpful. The location is good and saved us time. Given our pleasant stay and the staff service, we would recommend and will definitely be returning.

Very well located hotel in the city centre of Valencia. The staff - and Begonia espacially - were very kind and helpfull and made us feel very welcome. The rooms are a bit small - for example: I couldn't stand next to my bedside because of a bureau and chair. Acoustics in the rooms aren't great: you can hear the adjacent rooms and street noises. So if you're a light sleeper: concider bringing earplugs! The rooftop has a nice view, but does not have a bar. (They do bring up drinks from the downstairs bar if you want to.)

Sommes partis une semaine fin juin en Espagne pour découvrir la ville de Valence. Avons séjourné dans l'hôtel: Hôtel Marqués House. Etablissement très propre, accueil agréable et tout personnel confondu à l'écoute et attentif tant le jour que la nuit. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle (petit plus: un coffre fort, un petit réfrigérateur) bien que la chambre soit un peu petite. Un petit plus: une bouilloire avec thé/café, bouteille d'eau offerte au quotidien ; Lit très confortable - salle de bain propre dommage il manque une petite tablette pour mettre nos affaires de toilette ; un petit plus: un peignoir à notre disposition et des chaussons. Etablissement calme. Hôtel très bien situé dans le quartier historique, proche de tous sites à visiter dans ce quartier ou autres quartiers de la ville. Avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Limpieza y atención impecable. Muy cómodo y céntrico.perfecto para unas vacaciones o simplemente desconectar y estar en el centro de Valencia. Nos gustó mucho la habitación. El desayuno es de 5 estrellas.

So so noisy, small and uncomfortable rooms, the worst shower ever, uneducated front desk, smelly sheets, what else you need to call a hotel zero star!
