Hotel Presidente

Qué hotel tan encantador, todo impecablemente limpio. La comida no puede ser criticada y todo el personal trabaja incansablemente para asegurarse de que tenga una buena experiencia y el entretenimiento es excelente. No puedo esperar a volver para disfrutar de otro descanso agradable.

No hay nada para beber durante la cena a menos que pagues la bebida, no hay té ni café en la habitación a menos que pagues más, no hay vasos en la habitación, tuvimos que comprar 2 en el supermercado, también tienes que pagar extra para usar el Caja fuerte en la habitación, el hotel en sí no está tan mal, la comida es excelente para todos los gustos. ¿Me alojaría aquí de nuevo? Probablemente no. Nuestra habitación daba a los tejados de restaurantes y bares viejos y decapitados.

We stayed in the Presidente for 6 nights in April full board. We have stayed here before but this was our first time in a junior suite. The food is excellent, great choices at every meal, staff are very helpful and friendly, location is in the centre of the busy area where there are a lot of bars and discos. The room and balcony were very big, we were a bit disappointed that we didn’t have robes, slippers and proper wine glasses (there were two paper cups in the bathroom). Having paid the extra for a junior suite we would have expected a few luxuries. We have stayed in junior suite’s in other hotels and these little extras are always provided. Also tea, coffee and milk were not replenished every day.first day on arrival only, after that you must pay for it.

Fantastic, top hotel and a first class team of staff, VERY reluctantly stayed elsewhere once! Never again.

Myself and my husband returned from this hotel 2 days ago, having stayed for 10 nights, we wont be returning, we were very dissapointed, we hired towels for €30 and to change them was a cost of €5 pp every time, would be cheaper just to buy new towels but they dont tell you that in the description, the safety deposit box was €30 and if u wanted tea/coffee replenished in the room it was €12 every time! All this hotel wants is your money.
The lifts are a joke such a strange system, alot of time waiting for the lifts.
The air con doesnt come on till May as they say its not hot enough, but it was 25° so it was hard to sleep and opening the window it was noisy from the clubs.
The restaurant was very stressful the tables were never cleaned always dirty dishes as not enough staff to clean the tables and what staff there was were very miserable and rude, I asked for a clean spoon one evening and was offered one that she had just took off the table that was dirty, when i said that I wanted a clean spoon i was shown a drawer with only forks in and she said something in spanish and stormed off! The food was limited was great if you like curry, the desert selection was much worse the food ran out they couldnt meet the demands. It was a trek from one end of restaurant to other as everything is scattered about.
Our room didnt get cleaned each day, and when it did it was to a very low standard, the floor didnt get cleaned, I had to ask for toilet rolls one day and another day I rang reception for hand towels as none had been left. The bathroom door was catching so it made a noise and didnt close properly, the rainfall shower had bits missing so the water just poured through, the mirror didnt light up, the tap was tight and hard to turn on, I had to ask for a nozzle for the hairdryer as that was missing.
This hotel is definetaly not 4 the staff in the restaurant looked very stressed which made meal times a unhappy experience we will not be returning to this hotel.

It’s my fourth time at this hotel and I cannot fault it in any way. Spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff, great facilities and outstanding food. Fab location and the Philippines 10 is a must with some great acts. Love the place ️

Muy buen hotel, recién reformado y la zona de la piscina genial, también ha sido reformada, lo mejor sus camas balinesas de la zona de la piscina. Los precios también están muy bien 2 euros una pinta de cerveza y en el restaurante buffet las bebidas también muy bien precio, lo único malo es que está en una zona de discos y pubs de ingleses, pero bueno tampoco es que sea tan malo eso, en la habitación no oyes ruido de fuera

This hotel is well worth the 4 star rating. The room is comfortable and the shower is the best shower I have ever used. We stayed half board the food was good enough but on a few occasion’s the hot food we chose was not hot enough. As a suggestion the management may consider having microwave ovens in the restaurant. Generally the hotel is a very good hotel. The surrounding area is not the most desirable, there are much nicer parts of Benidorm, but to reiterate the hotel is fantastic.

Lovely place to stay for 5 days, food selection for breakfast and dinner is great, staff friendly.

We have just returned from this wonderful hotel 27th of March 2023. We found this hotel to be absolutely spotless. The rooms had everything we needed including a fridge, bidet, power rain shower, kettle and hair dryer. The food was amazing, they even made a cake for our friends birthday and the entertainment was fantastic. The bar gave discount for anyone staying at the hotel. It is close to all the action yet quiet when doors are closed. Beds were nice and big and very comfortable.
Huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant. We will be back

El servicio en general estupendo pero la música para bailar por la noche fatal está toda dirigida a los guiris

Good variety of foods. Modern gadgets in dining room. Lifts computerisation makes them quicker.

Siento dejar esta reseña ya que el hotel es bonito y el servicio muy agradable. Mi madre de 74 años ha vuelto de pasar allí la Nochevieja muy disgustada, incluso se ha puesto hasta enferma. Ya que una noche fue agredida por un cliente habitual (dicho por empleados incluso por el director del hotel) fue un hombre extranjero, muy alto y por lo visto alcoholizado. La zarandeó de la silla, la empujó del brazo y le tiró una cerveza por encima. A una señora de 74! Supuestamente porque se había sentado en su mesa. La cual estaba vacía y sin ningún cartel de reservado, ni ninguna pertenencia personal. El servicio fue agradable con mi madre, incluso al día siguiente el director también y le lavaron la ropa. Pero ese DISGUSTO NO SE LO QUITA NADIE. Me parece INDIGNANTE que se permita esto! Que no se haga nada contra este energúmeno borracho, que mi madre tuviera que dejar esa mesa y que prefieran tener ese tipo de clientes asiduos a sacarlo de la sala por maltratador. Mi madre no puso hoja de reclamación al hotel ni una demanda contra este maleducado. Cosa que debería haber hecho de inmediato. Se sintió vulnerable y sin ningún tipo de apoyo. Y esto es INTOLERABLE.

Quiero informar del desagradable incidente que sufrí el día 30 de Diciembre, en la sala Galerí de su hotel Presidente de Benidorm donde estuvimos hospedadas para pasar el fin de año.
Subimos a la sala, al lado de la barra vimos una mesa libre, nos sentamos y a las pocos minutos aparece un señor grande bociferando en inglés, nosotras le decíamos que no entendíamos nada, empezó a zarandear mi silla (casi me tira) y en ese momento varias personas españolas nos dicen que ese señor había llegado antes, pero que se había ido a saludar, al mismo tiempo el señor me aprieta el brazo y me empieza a estirar para levantarme, me tuve que levantar, muy nerviosa y asustada le digo que qué hace? Y entones nos tira una cerveza por encima! él seguía bociferando, fuimos a recepción, contamos lo que había pasado, estaba el jefe de sala, llamaron al de seguridad, me dijeron que iban a la sala a hablar con el señor ese inglés y que les lleváramos la ropa para lavárnosla. Muy amables todos Pero nosotras tuvimos que salir de allí, asustadas y él se quedó sentado tan tranquilo en la mesa.
Como podrán suponer el disgusto fue enorme y solo tenía ganas de llorar de la impotencia.
Todos fueron muy amables pero nadie hizo NADA al respecto.

Hotel extraordinario, calidad precio, buffet muy bueno, trato muy amable, y limpieza fenomenal, pero música en directo cantante todo en inglés, se hizo petición por parte del grupo de Valencia que lo hiciera en Español y se molesto el cantante siendo que es valenciano.
Pues os Ingleses tenían su Salón aparte, allí casi todos eraos Españoles, es la pega que tiene ese hotel.

Had rave reviews but I am disappointed the food is no better tham other hotels I have stayed in for example back bacon cooked on show was not cooked properly due to rushing for demand also covered in black residue from not cleaning the hot plate, drinking water at breakfast is warm no machines just in jugs on ice.
Pool area lovely room adequate some staff are nice others not so friendly, can't believe you have to pay for top up tea bags in your room.
And waiting for the lifts is ridiculous up to 20 minutes for one, should of been in the Pueblo which to me is far superior and the orange.

Lo primero. La atención me llamó mucho la atención, soy una persona viajera y he estado en muchos hoteles de 5 Y no he visto la atención que tuvimos en este hotel, es de 10.la limpieza muy bieeeeen! La comida nunca se repitió y estuvimos 8 días, está en una excelente ubicación, el mar cerca, tiendas, restaurantes y de todo un poco, los meseros súper atentos, eficientes, las bebidas con un precio normal, el hotel está súper nuevo y todo súper limpio, en fin me ha encantado y seguro volveremos, es un 4 Superior. Hay variedad de postres, bebidas, y la comida exelente. En fin. Os felicito por el trabajo que hacen para que nosotros como clientes estemos cómodos. Muchas gracias

Excepcional, al detalle todo y con buen gusto, la comida todo muy bien hecho y delicioso, de la playa a 3 minutos andando, el personal muy amable.

La comida no está mal quizá pocas opciones de comida, la habitación no está mal el baño lo mejor
En cuanto a la comodidad no entiendo que no tengan un una, silla con reposabrazos dicen que es un cuatro estrellas superior y ver la televisión en la habitación al rato ya no aguantas las sillas incómodas total

Muy grata sorpresa, pensando que me quedaba sin hotel en Benidorm por la poca oferta que hay y elevados precios para lo que me permiten gastar, derepente encuentro este hotel y me ha gustado mucho, esta muy nuevo por lo que es un extra y tiene de todo, el colchón es muy cómodo y la habitación confortable con una terraza para poder sentarse, es cierto que no está mirando al mar pero está a 150metros, no seamos perezosos. El baño tiene ducha tipo lluvia, espejo de aumento el espejo grande es calefactable par que no se empañe, toallero eléctrico para que se sequen las toallas. Para los que vamos por trabajo tiene una buena mesa para trabajar con el ordenador el la habitación y solo tengo que decir que la señal del WiFi es un poco débil o por lo menos en mi habitación pero se puede trabajar. Destaco el desayuno que desde antes de la pandemia no veía uno igual era espectacular había de todo incluso con cocinero que te prepara unos huevos, tortilla y todas esas cosas para desayunar muy muy bien. En general creo que es un muy buen hotel que te sorprenderá y se puede descansar y trabajar. Lo recomiendo 100x100

Hotel is spotless, food is good, dining room staff are lovely however the staff on reception, one in particular are very unwelcoming and the entertainment is less than mediocre compared to the incredible Don Pancho hotel

Don't believe their best price guarantee, it's a lie. I paid considerably more than others staying at the same time. Riviera a better hotel and much nicer experience.

We had a pleasant time at this beautiful hotel. Staffs were polite, room very clean and it right in the middle of town close to bus stops, loads of bars and about 5 mins walk from Levante Beach.

Bellissimo albergo, camere spaziose, pulite, personale cortese, cibo ottimo fanno di questo hotel un posto dove ritornerei con piacere (è la seconda volta che sono stata qui)

Wanted for nothing, the rooms are modern, big tv on the wall with plenty of British channels. Balconies are not overlooked and the food is spot on. Even had a letter posted under my door wishing me a happy birthday and that a bottle of Cava was reserved for me that evening. Cant fault the place. Photos to follow

Genial, gran descubrimiento, es un hotel nuevo, la comida bufet es muy diversa y está muy buena. <br/>Cada noche hay una pequeña temática y está muy rico. El personal muy amable, está todo muy limpio. <br/>Si he de poner una pega sería que no obliguen a que se respeten las tumbonas y/o reservados en la piscina, la gente deja la toalla y se van. <br/>También los ascensores, aunque hay 3 en hora punta es complicado cogerlos. <br/>El bar que pertenece fuera al hotel genial de precio. <br/>Los espectáculos del hotel muy divertidos y entretenidos lástima que todo sea en inglés, pero bueno es entendible, el 90% de los clientes lo son. <br/>Volveremos sin duda de hecho volvimos dos veces en menos de 15 días, calidad precio fenomenal.

We were visiting relatives in the hotel it was nice and clean had a drink found the prices reasonable will consider booking a holiday there in the not too distant future

Fantastic venue if visiting benidorms nightlife. Hotel itself leaves you wanting for nothing, nice and clean. Good service and lush pool area. We were half board and the food was very good as well

A pleasant surprise.
Decor and facilities outstanding. Prices for drinks reasonable and staff very friendly.
The shows that we enjoyed in this occasion were absolutely brilliant and enjoyable.
The only let down was the fact that we could not have our evening meal in their restaurant as we were outside residents.
A possible hotel to stay in our next visit to Benidorm.

Hotel ampliado y supuestamente mejorado. Ha perdido el estilo anterior con sus preciosas lámparas, cuadros y otros elementos.

Stayed here last week for a few days. Excellent hotel, really clean and modern. Very friendly staff and wide variety of food. Hotel is in an excellent location. I couldnt recommend it more. It was our first time to benidorm, it wont be our last and we'll definately be staying at the Presidente when we return!
