Hotel Servigroup Rialto

Nos hemos alojado en el Rialto 4 veces y verás que le di buenas críticas al hotel anteriormente, pero lamento decir que no puedo dar una buena crítica ahora.
El hotel afirma que no hay reservas para despedidas de soltero "no es cierto" durante nuestra estancia de 10 días, hubo muchos grupos de este tipo, no hubo problema, de hecho, gente agradable, pero están en Benidorm para unas vacaciones diferentes a las familias, si estuvieras allí con niños, no sería un ambiente de piscina que usted desearía.
El restaurante no tiene suficiente personal, hay una amplia variedad de comida, pero normalmente encontramos algo para comer, esta vez no solo papas fritas y pescado que no sabía que existían. La ensalada era pobre. Lechuga sucia y floja. Tomates duros. Perros calientes realmente pobres. Un día al día siguiente. Salchichas para perros calientes picadas.en pizza pollo al curry al día siguiente pollo al curry en pizza no es saludable. En resumen, el personal es excelente, excepto que el gerente, nunca la ves, se esconde en su oficina, a diferencia del último gerente, fue genial, no te desanimes por mi reseña, siéntete culpable al escribirlo. Como nos encantaba el Rialto cuando crees que solo estamos en julio y esta fue nuestra tercera visita este año, pero no creo que haya una cuarta si vas a visitarlo, hazlo con la mente abierta y podrás disfrutarlo como quieras.tanto como solíamos hacerlo.

Excelente servicio, hermosa habitación y deliciosa comida. Definitivamente nos hospedaremos nuevamente.

Disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia. Ninguna queja en absoluto. Me alojaría de nuevo. Todo el personal es amable, cortés y servicial.

¿Por qué no podías tomar té y café en la habitación? Tampoco pude tomar una taza de té con la cena. Estaba dispuesto a pagar.

Siete días de un hotel encantador, personal y comida recomendarían este hotel a cualquiera que venga a Benidorm.

Excellent hotel and location. Food was more like 5 rooms small but clean. Reception staff helpful. Amazing hotel. We will be back. My son is a travel agent with a large firm and I have told him to recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Benidorm.

Absolutely loved staying at your hotel everything was just what we wanted very clean great food great staff especially Lisa on reception and the lovely Carmen in the restaurant and Manuel on the bar always greeted us with a smile and a conversation asking how we were. We didn't want to go home we enjoyed it so much and hope to be back again in September you should be very proud of all you workforce they are a credit to your company

Great stay from the moment we entered the hotel, the receptionists were very helpful & themselves, the restaurant staff, security & bar staff made our stay at the hotel a very enjoyable one & the facilities & room were better than we could have wished for. Only complaint was the road from the bars to the hotel which was quite tiring in the heat & after a few drinks lol.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was excellent plus the hotel and rooms were clean as was the pool area

This hotel was great.
I stayed in a double room.
Had everything we needed.

The balcony was a good size, and we had a decent view.
It's only a short walk to the beach and bars, but not too close to hear any noise.

The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble.
The pool was decent and at a good temperature and had plenty of sunbeds available around it.

Would definitely stay there again.

Todo muy bien el personal excelente la ubicación muy buena todo cerca, la playa zonas de ocio y comerciales taxis muy bien para aparcar ya estuve varias veces y volveré si fuerzas mayores no me lo impiden

Maybe add a coffee machine in reception, as would be useful for guests at any time of day to get a hot drink. Food was generally good, as always something I enjoyed eating.

The Rialto is an excellent hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms have a safe and drinks fridge. Housekeeping is excellent, rooms cleaned daily plus new towels provided. The highlight is the superb food. Really great variety and so well prepared and displayed. The location is excellent, close to the beach, nightlife and the Parc Natural. Good tv channels. The beds are very comfortable.

Our room was big and overlooking the pool and had a sea view and was very spacious and clean.
Reception was very helpful and it was quick to check in.
The food was really nice, the only thing I would say that was not soo good was that we brought one small bottle of water into the restaurant which was for two people and when we were drinking it we were told at our table that we were not allowed to bring it in and should buy your small bottle for 6euros. Apart from that everything else was good

Stayed here for 3 weeks staff were lovely food was hot but very repetitive had mashed tatties once in 3 weeks some meals need mashed potatoes only so many chips you can eat. My room was a let down never cleaned properly I came back no bath towels or mat 1 small hand towel would not stay here again the hotel Orange is a higher standard

Como siempre muy contento del Hotel, limpieza un 10, siempre huele a limpio, habitaciones limpias, personal de habitaciones, comedor y recepción un 10, comidas un 10, ya he reservado para el Galua en Julio.
Como siempre sobresaliente al grupo y sus maravillosos hoteles. Un abrazo

Amazing hotel, food, staff. Can't fault anything about Rialto (except for hill walking back). Would highly recommend to anyone.

Thought the hotel was overall very good & i would recommend it.staff go above & beyond there dutys 2 satisfy guests.i would stay here again.

Very friendly staff the food is amazing hotel is immaculate.the only down side is breakfast was from 8am which is late for us early risers also alcohol was very expensive.this hotel is more for older ppl.

Hotel bien situado.
Los camareros… Félix, Mamen, Begoña y Carmen son encantadores.
La comida muy bien guisada y hay variedad.
Buena limpieza.
X poner alguna cosa negativa. No se puede acceder al parking desde las habitaciones.

Balcony door would not lock this was report to reception but no one come to fix it this was only let down.staff was good.

He estado 4 noches y 5 días con pensión completa y quiero destacar lo siguiente:

- Ubicación, instalaciones, personal de atención al cliente (destacó a Marina la recepcionista) y limpieza, para mí es un 10

- El buffet en horario de comida y cena es un auténtico desastre, me arrepiento de no haber cogido solo desayuno, porque ha sido una decepción en cuanto a la cocina del género (verduras duras, platos calientes frios y además sosos y sin sabor). Es una pena, porque el género es bueno, pero quién lo cocina no.

- Es patetico y poco profesional que pagando un servicio de comida y cena (en nuestro caso pensión completa), me cobren un agua por persona cada vez.

Es una pena que una empresa como Servigroup, no se se cuenta de estos fallos.

No volveré porque me he ido muy desilusionado.

The only downfall to this hotel was its location not far off the main drag but its up quite a steep hill, the hotel its self is well run and the staff are friendly, the food was very good and catered well to all people, the pool is quite small but there was no space issues during our stay

Fui sempre bem atendido as camareiras foram espectaculares principalmente a camareira MAMEN sempre em cima para que não nos falta de nada muito a tenciosa multo educada merece dez Estrelas

It's a great place to stay the staff are fantastic rooms are very clean and kept that way we have been before but it just seems to get better and I'm glad we came back for my Birthday tomorrow absolutely fantastic

Maravillosa estancia! Acabamos de pasar mi hija y yo 6 noches en el hotel. El hotel está muy limpio, la comida excelente y muy variada, muy cerquita de la playa, pero con la tranquilidad necesaria para poder descansar, próximo a tiendas, bares, paseo marítimo.en resumen, volveremos sin dudarlo. Eco friendly disposable coffee cups need to be available at breakfast time. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Meals were varied and extremely good. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Enamorado de este hotel, lo mejor y lo que más destaca sobre otros hoteles es la comida, no cambien eso nunca.
El personal de recepción muy amables todos, dispuestos a atender siempre con una sonrisa, en el comedor igual, el director muy social, amigable y simpático.
Se valora mucho el detalle que se tiene en la habitación (bolsas) además de regalos para los niños.
Sin duda iremos siempre que podamos siempre y cuando sea todo así. Por poner una pega, la fuerza de la alcachofa de la ducha, que me gusta que tengan mucha potencia ️Un saludo, gracias y felicitaros por todo y a todos por hacer nuestra estancia tan buen. Sin duda repetiremos muchos años y ya van 4 o 5 yendo.

Myself, my sister and friend spent a beautiful week here, in room 301 from May 26th 2022 - 2nd June 2022. It has honestly been the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Staff were all wonderful, very attentive, and we got to know them well. Food was perfect, rooms spotless, just had such a wonderful time. We will definitely be back. What a great team you all are working so hard, and it shows. Thankyou so much for making this our best holiday ever, Jane, Denise, and Margaret from Paisley, Scotland.

La gente que pone comida excelente qué come en su casa?

La comida deja mucho que desear, poca variedad y mal cocinada.

Pasamos unas vacaciones maravillosas en este hotel. Buffet muy bueno, personal encantador, limpio, cerca de la playa, tranquilo. Me lo recomendó mi madre y acertamos!

Had a lovely holiday hotel fabulous staff great and so helpful, breakfast was good rooms spotless hotel pool great nothing bad to say about this hotel would recommend to anyone, on a slight hill but 2mins walk to down town all the bars and shops, i took a taxi to Old town about 6 mins cost €5, The hotel was very quite at night so had a good night's sleep, good big shower in rooms, would definitely stay there again,

Came here in april for first time and loved it. Hotel was spotless and all staff are brilliant (a credit to your company). Great choice of food in restaurant and a nice relaxed atmosphere.an extra bonus was free transfers from airport.will be back in september, looking forward to it already.thanks for a great stay.

Really nice wee hotel this.
Rooms were decent, bathroom recently refurbished and nice.
Good to have a fridge and safe in each room.
Breakfast was very good too.

Desde el minuto cero de nuestra estancia fue de 10. Habitación muy limpia, personal de recepción muy atentos y simpáticos, el personal de cocina.excepcionales sin ninguna duda. Hemos estado este fin de semana 3 personas y una de las personas es alérgica a la lactosa, pues se han volcado por completo en que no le faltará de nada dentro de lo que ella pudiese comer, y una atención extraordinaria.
Nos ha encantado este Hotel al completo.
Muchísimas gracias por hacernos sentir tan agusto.

Bigger fridge.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Never stayed for entertainment prefer to go on promenade.

Fantastic hotel food service could not fault in any way.i asked for a fan in my room and it was there ready and waiting also asked for pool view and was granted that swell.amazing staff clean food lovely.thank you.

The food choice was not as good as on our previous visits.and we also had an issue with a member of the restaurant staff not at supervisionary level Carmen was excellent as usual and also the other supervisors.were too. However one of the newer staff was not happy that we had sat at a table for four when we were only a couple. We advised her that we would normally have sat at a table for two but there was no glasses or cutlery set out on a two table, She made a point of com ing back to us and insisting in future we sit on a two table. The experience was unpleasant.
