Servicio técnico pésimo, dan excusas una y otra vez y no se dignan ni a contestar los mensajes, meses esperando para una reparación, es buena marca pero por el servicio post-venta, nunca mas.

El servicio post venta es desastroso. Llevo un año esperando por la reparación de un jacuzzi y todo es dar largas o no contestar ni a los emails ni a los WhatsApp.

Magnifico servicio de venta y servicio tecnico de SPAS y Swimspas. Una atencion al cliente y cuidados sin precedentes. Muy recomendable para instalaciones en Gimnasios, Hoteles o incluso un hogar. Importante la tienda esta en CIUDAD QUESADA. La de San Juan de Alicante ya no existe.
