Virtually empty freezers. In house butchers looked great but meat terribly tough. Worst of the 3 local Overseas sites in my opinion.

Huge, widely spaced aisles in a totally empty (of customers, except me) supermarket, but it was a Sunday afternoon.

Your management in times of Corona, when there are lots of people at the checkout, is shocking. I complained today because only 3 checkouts were open and customers were queuing. Employees walked past uslessly and back instead of opening 2 more cash registers in order to minimize the corona risk (where there are many people). The young man at the checkout only said disinfection, as if that would be enough. He has not yet understood how life-threatening the coronavirus is. I hope you are sensitized in the future

Don't know the details but they sack a member of staff and end up with inexperienced staff. My Americano went up by 15c because the till can't differentiate between Americano and con leche and unable to get breakfast immediately as bread still in oven 20 minutes after the cafe opens.

Love the ability to get Iceland and Waitrose food products in Spain. Great selection, huge store and friendly staff

There are a few better priced products, bearing in mind they are imported. It's a treat to have good products.

Lovely little cafe in there. Food was lovely and service was good. Wide variety of foods on offer

Me gusta porque tiene productos veganos y vegetarianos. Y es un lugar tranquilo. No sé si tienen quesos veganos. Creo que no. Pero me gustaría saberlo.

Just like being at home but a bit more expensive and you expect that as it's all imported and worth paying the extra for the things you love eating

Always happy to call in at Iceland. Staff always very helpful, excellent range of stock, prices (generally) competitive. Not a great lover of shopping, but find Iceland ok.

Great for expats if you crave a little bit of England, you could be in any high street in the UK. Full of Christmas stuff at the moment.

So expensive exchange rate 1.50 to euro they are having a laugh. Have to use it to get my vegetarian foods and vegan.

Well stocked. Very friendly staff, especially Salli on tills. Very clean & reasonable value depending on what products you buy.

The one in Benidorm have many products. But far inferior to Benissa and Javier. Also parking virtually impossible.

Good for all those things you miss from uk. A little expensive but worth it if you can't do without British products

Most of your UK fare at reasonable prices. Queues can grow as normally only one or two of the 5 checkouts womanned.
