Otra agencia que engaña en su portfolio ofreciendo inmuebles que ya no están disponibles, bien porque ya se han vendido, bien porque el propietario las ha retirado de la venta. Además, les indican que las retiren y hacen caso omiso. Y esto es alto standing? Dime de qué presumes y t diré de qué carces.

Excelentes profesionales, especialmente David, con un trato cercano, servicial y facilitándonos mucho las cosas. Hemos adquirido una vivienda familiar en pleno ensanche de Valencia a través de ellos y no podemos estar más contentos. Totalmente recomendables, se nota que son una empresa de larga trayectoria y experiencia en el sector, de 10.

Nuestra experiencia con esta inmobiliaria ha sido nefasta. Los principios por los que se guían a la hora de trabajar son la mentira y el engaño.

En Marzo de este mismo año decidimos alquilar una vivienda a través de esta inmobiliaria y no nos hemos sentido más estafadas en nuestra vida. Nos prometieron que la vivienda se encontraba en perfecto estado, lista para entrar a vivir, con acabados y electrodomésticos de gran calidad, además de que se limpiaría antes de nuestra fecha de mudanza.

¿Con qué nos encontramos? Estuvimos dos semanas sin lavadora, sin lavavajillas, los desagües de la casa no tragaban, nuestra terraza tenía tal fallo estructural que el agua se filtraba dentro de la casa de uno de nuestros vecinos (el cual tuvo que pagar él mismo la reparación de nuestra terraza puesto que nadie quería hacerse cargo de este vicio oculto) se salía agua de la pica de la cocina, no había agua caliente en la mitad de la casa y la vivienda completamente sucia, llena de polvo de obra, todavía herramientas de cuando se hizo la reforma y un largo etcétera.

Además no teníamos telefonillo, ni antena de la tele, ni luz en el rellano, lo cual era un absoluto peligro. Para quedar bien y tratar de apaciguarnos, vinieron y nos pusieron la luz del rellano y la antena, nada más. A día de hoy tenemos lavadora porque nosotros nos encargamos de que viniera alguien a repararlo, no tenemos lavavajillas, los desagües siguen sin tragar, no tenemos telefonillo y tenemos una gotera que ha sido revisada por un arquitecto y que nos confirma que hay peligro estructural y de cortocircuito, pero ojo, LA CASA ESTABA EN PERFECTO ESTADO Y CON ACABADOS DE GRAN CALIDAD. ¿La broma? 1.089€ de honorarios por la peor experiencia de alquiler de nuestra vida.

IMPORTANTE: casi la totalidad de sus reseñas positivas son hechas por perfiles que la propia inmobiliaria va creando, ya que son todo perfiles sin fotografía y su única reseña casualmente es la de esta inmobiliaria. NO OS FIÉIS UN PELO DE ESTA MAFIA.

Excelente trato, y atención. David se volcó desde el primer momento en ayudarnos en todo para conseguir comprar el piso que tanto nos gustaba, y se ocupó de todos los papeleos y gestiones para hacernos la vida más fácil. Pongo 5 estrellas porque no hay más.

Aunque el servicio es inmejorable el precio es un poco alto en relacion con empresas similares.

We have purchased many houses and apartments in the United States, so when we decided to buy a 2nd home in Spain, we were very nervous about dealing with people, laws and processes in a foreign country. On the first day, we struck gold and from their our experience only got better. Once we struck a deal with the seller, a lot of paperwork and details had to be handled locally, yet we were back in NYC. Rimontgo handled everything, from helping set up bank accounts, getting us NIE numbers, finding us a lawyer for the closing, helping us arrange the delivery of furniture from the port, setting up all the utilities in the house and finding us local service providers to do custom work around the house. Additionally, every time we came to visit Valencia, they met us at the train station or airport, and made sure we were well informed to discover all that Valencia has to offer.
