Pusimos nuestro apartamento en venta y lo han vendido en 4 meses.
Muy profesionales, están en todo, no se les escapa un detalle para que no haya ningún problema en notaría, registro… se encargan de todo, aunque tendría que ser lo normal, no suelo encontrar personas tan profesionales y eficaces

Son los ladrones más grandes de la zona de Torrevieja. Esa mujer llamada Stela se quedó con mi dinero del mes de depósito y me hizo la vida un imposible porque ellos sabían que yo vivía fuera del país.
Son malos de alma estas personas, yo nunca las recomendaría. El que me quiera contactar para que yo les envíe pruebas, que lo haga con toda tranquilidad.

Recientemente compré un apartamento en Torrevieja a través de S Properties. Esto se hizo a través de la situación de Covid y la visualización se realizó de forma remota, etc. Traté con una señora llamada Krystina que no podría haber sido más útil durante todo el proceso. Ella me mantuvo informado de todo a medida que avanzaba la venta y me proporcionó todo lo que necesitaba saber a medida que avanzaban las cosas. Puede ser desalentador comprar en otro país y transferir dinero, etc. ¡No puedo agradecer lo suficiente a Krystina & S Properties por su profesionalismo y estoy feliz de recomendarlos a cualquiera que desee utilizar sus servicios en el futuro! Bought a property with the agents and all went smoothly on very high professional level. The company takes care for everything from the contracts to taxes and transfer of the electricity bills. All required certificates and documentation checked prior the deal and helped to both sides with government organisations issuing required documentation. Completely made the lawyers/abogados expenses unnecessary. Very happy as we organised everything in less than a 2 months.

Kristina was the first person to contact us in the UK when we first started to enquire about buying a property in Spain from all of the agents that we looked at electronically. She did all of the work for us and was available even throughout the Covid lockdown. She is also still helpful and available even though we have completed and have the keys to the property.

Piccola agenzia immobiliare a gestione familiare. In meno di un mese hanno venduto il mio appartamentino che già più volte in passato avevo messo in vendita senza successo. Chiari, corretti, cortesi ed efficienti prima, durante e dopo la vendita. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il fatto che mi comunicavano ogni visita alla casa per mail, con le osservazioni dei potenziali acquirenti. Davvero molto soddisfatto!

Pequeña agencia inmobiliaria con gerencia familiar. En menos de un mes vendieron mi piso, que varias veces en el pasado intenté vender sin lograr. Directos, adecuados, amables y eficientes antes, durante y después de la venta. He apreciado especialmente el echo que me avisaban cada vez que alguien visitaba mi piso, diciéndome lo que los visitantes opinaban. Estoy de verdad muy satisfecho!

The worst experience ever.

Being there on my birthday I was humiliated by a man that works with notaries. He made me cry and it was my birthday.

Someone the owner should be proud of. I had an appointment today I emailed yesterday to confirm it did not hear anything until 30 minutes before the appointment today. They knew that I was driving hour. They knew I would be on time because I am American and we’re always early. Thirty minutes before tbe woman agent canceled. I emailed her when I left San Juan I got there right on time so on my phone i saw she cancelled. 30
Mins before.

I was right in front of the the agency. I’m on a different time zone and drove an hour to this appointment for her to let me know there was no keys. I’ve dealt with other people and they all have keys in their possession. Stay away. If you are single woman I highly suggest it. I am Russian. But not from the old country. Generations. There stilk have Russian mentality here. They may be from surrounding countries. It is a place for Russians only.

They are cold. And to much pride with no customer service.

Nothing learned in a different environment. Sadly I have money and I’ve been approved and I am easy sale. It does not matter even if I was especially certain about a specific apartment. Shame on them but better for the person that treated me nicely. And this is from my lawyer stay away from this company. ” Be ware if their 5 stars. It is easy to to have your friends give you the rating.

By the way, when I asked who was smoking in the back room the response is “we all smoke” said Kristina. I could barely breath in the office. The excuse that he may did it before should not linger for 20 mins afternoon. I explain of my breathing problems. It is a main reason I am buying in That area.

And they played me as a dummy. The dummy with the respiratory therapy degree. Who is dumb?

Kristina en Nicolai zijn hele prettige en zeer betrouwbare professionals. Omdat Kristina zo goed kan luisteren naar onze wensen en voorkeuren, konden we snel ons appartement vinden. Kristina is altijd beschikbaar en beantwoordt onmiddellijk je whatsapp vragen. Alles verliep heel soepel. Ze regelen alles en leggen alles met geduld en op een begrijpelijke manier uit.
Nicolai ging mee naar de notaris. Hij legde alles goed uit en was erg behulpzaam. De hele afwikkeling duurde wel lang, bijna 4 weken, maar dat had niets met Kristina en Nicolai te maken. We zijn ze erg dankbaar voor hun ondersteuning.

Kristina and Nicolai are very pleasant and reliable professionals. Kristina has the skill to listen very accurate to our wishes and preferences, so we could find our apartment quickly. Kristina is always available and answers immediately your WhatsApp questions. Everything went very smoothly. They arranged everything and explained with patience and in a understandable way.
Nicolai went along to the notary. He explained everything very good and was very supporting. The whole settlement last a bit long, about 4 weeks, but that had nothing to do with Kristina and Nicolai. We are very grateful for their support.
