Ivo is the most genuine, talented, honest, friendly, experienced and extremely fairly priced tradesman that I have had the pleasure of finding since buying our 3 bedroom villa 4 years ago.
We found him on talk quesada website and due to his fabulous reviews thought we would give him a call.
Although he is expert in larger jobs such as making bathrooms and kitchens, he was happy to do the multitude of different sized jobs that we desperately needed doing within our villa.
He spent a lot of his own free time talking to me about the different and best options for all the jobs that I had, which he didn’t charge me for.
His worksmanship has been outstanding! He repaired many water damaged walls, with replastering, mould treatments and blended it in perfectly to the surrounding walls.
He has solved our ventilation issue through installing air vents and an access door with vents around the property. He repaired broken tiles and steps (and again blended so that you couldn’t tell where the work was done).
He did all the work to our villa whilst we have been stuck in England due to covid, and he kept me up to date so regularly with phone calls, pictures and videos of everything he did that it felt like we were there with him-this was amazing and totally put our minds at ease.
I honestly and truly couldn’t recommend Ivo highly enough-it was a fantastic experience!
We are now planning for him to create a wet room for us as we’ve been so impressed by him so far and will always use him and his contacts for any other future work. His telephone number is 687257113 and his company is Interior Building Works.

Ivo does excellent work at a very fair price and always arrives when he says he will. We have had Interiorbuild install new kitchen and bathrooms, tiling and re modelling of exterior step. Cannot rate and recommend him highly enough.
