Mis amigos y yo recientemente tuvimos el placer de alojarnos en esta exquisita villa. Desde el momento en que entré por la puerta principal, me envolvió una atmósfera de comodidad y tranquilidad.

La villa en sí cuenta con una estética moderna combinada a la perfección con un toque de encanto local. Los espacios interiores son increíblemente cómodos, lo que lo hace sentir como un hogar lejos del hogar.

Las habitaciones son espaciosas y están elegantemente decoradas, lo que brinda comodidad después de un día de exploración. Las camas están equipadas con ropa de cama de alta calidad, lo que garantiza un sueño reparador.

Las zonas al aire libre son igualmente impresionantes. La piscina privada y los hermosos jardines crean un paraíso para la relajación y el disfrute. Ya sea tomando el sol en las cómodas tumbonas o saboreando una deliciosa paella al aire libre.

Lo que realmente distingue a Juan House Valencia es el excepcional nivel de servicio brindado por el anfitrión. Desde el momento de la reserva hasta el final de la estancia, el anfitrión fue atento, servicial y realmente comprometido en garantizar una experiencia memorable. Cualquier pregunta o solicitud fue atendida con prontitud, agregando un toque personal que elevó la estadía en general.

Juan House Valencia es una joya que ofrece un escape perfecto del ajetreo y el bullicio de la vida cotidiana. No puedo recomendarlo lo suficiente y espero tener la oportunidad de volver en el futuro.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en la villa. Mucho espacio para un grupo grande. La casa estaba limpia y Juan es un excelente anfitrión. Siempre está dispuesto a ayudar a encontrar buenos restaurantes. La cocina tenía muchos equipos, como una licuadora, una batidora,. Quizás solo hubiera algunos platos más y copas de agua/vino para un grupo grande. Las camas eran cómodas y las habitaciones son espaciosas. ¡Gracias Juan!

Villa espectacular! Buenísima ubicación, cerca de todo. El sitio está chulísimo, con muchos espacios tanto para ir con parejas como para familias con nanos. El anfitrión pendiente de todo. Nos hemos pasado un puente de lujo!

Amplio Chalet/casa a las afueras de Valencia. La casa era lo suficientemente grande para los 18 miembros de mi familia y el espacio exterior hace que la casa sea un lugar perfecto si desea relajarse junto a la piscina utilizando las amplias instalaciones que se ofrecen. Sin embargo, Juan hace que la casa y la estadía sean mucho mejores. A menudo dudo de los anfitriones/propietarios que quieren ayudar, ya que a veces puede ser un poco intrusivo, pero Juan te trata como a un amigo, si quieres algo, puedes enviarle un mensaje de texto y siempre está dispuesto a ayudarte para asegurarse de que lo hagas.la mayor parte de su estancia. Tuvimos algunos problemas en la casa, nos mantuvo informados y sus respuestas siempre fueron honestas. Nos ayudó con los taxis, el metro, la comida incluso puso otra cama en la casa para que mi hermana pudiera quedarse con su pequeña en su habitación. Recomendaría JuanHouseValencia si desea una estadía de estilo fly and flop con la opción de ir a la ciudad para mezclar las cosas.

Villa absolutamente increíble, Juan fue el anfitrión más servicial de todos. Extremadamente complaciente. La Villa tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y más. Definitivamente regresaría y recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que visite Valencia.

La villa está ubicada en un vecindario tranquilo con fácil acceso al transporte que lo lleva al centro de la ciudad y a una gran tienda de comestibles a minutos de distancia. El anfitrión, Juan, fue muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar cuando fuera necesario. En general, nuestra estancia fue increíble, el lugar era hermoso, relajante y muy limpio. La villa era enorme y espaciosa para alojar a 12 de nosotros. Muchas gracias a Juan. Si volvemos a Valencia ya sabemos dónde quedarnos.

Juan fue de gran ayuda con cualquier duda que tuviéramos.

El lugar esta muy cerca de Valencia ideal la casa es espectacular y la atención de Juan una pasada fuimos mi familia y yo hace dos semanas y si podemos veremos. Gracias Juan

Tiene piscina y el living es muy espacioso, concepto abierto donde fluye toda la comunicación.

Increíble la experiencia, se perdieron unas zapatillas y se preocuparon de después de la estancia poder quedar en un punto para poder entregar esa pertenencia que se había quedado en la casa.

Una experiencia muy agradable. Alquilamos la casa un grupo de trabajo para hacer una convivencia y no pudimos estar más agusto. La casa es preciosa y tiene todas las comodidades. Repetiría sin duda.

Great villa! 30 minutes from Valencia city centre in a quiet neighborhood. The villa has al the facilities you need; bbq, pool, kitchen. Juan has tips and welcomed us with open arms! Highly recommend

Great house from which you can easily cycle to the beach (bicycles are provided). The house is located somewhat outside Valencia but this is easily overcome through taxi's.

Amazing and kind host! Gives a lot of great tips, is genuinely nice and takes care of all your questions. The villa is everything we wished for and more. Thanks for the nice stay Juan!

We had a fantastic five days at JuanHouseValencia with two friends and five new friends. Juan, the brilliant host gave us an in depth brief on the places to go, but also gave us knowledgable daily updates on what was going on in and around Valencia, how to get there and how to get back to the house.
On one occasion we missed the last train back to the house. Not speaking Spanish fluently, we called Juan at around midnight and he very kindly ordered us two cabs to collect and drop us back to the house.
The house and pool were immaculately clean when we arrived and with absolutely everything we needed as a group.
We’d like to say a big thank you to Juan, our host. Attentive, supportive and nothing was too much to keep his guests happy.
We definitely plan to enjoy more of this fantastic house…

Fantastic house, fantastic host! Juan was so helpful prior to the trip he was sending recommendations for activities and bars, and on the trip anything we needed was not too much to ask! The house is spacious and has everything you could need! I would absolutely recommend Juan House Valencia!

Very cool place! Juan is the nicest host and truly helpfull. I would really recommend this place when you don’t mind being a bit away from Old Town.

The open plan space was perfect for our Girls weekend away, the villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Valencia is a beautiful city and even though the weather was not great for us in March, we were out every day exploring the city and beach. Juan was a wonderful host, always on the end of the phone helping to sort out dinner reservations, taxis and even instructions on how to buy tickets for the metro! The Paella and Mojito night he hosted was so much fun and a perfect way to end our stay. We all look forward to returning very soon!

We had a great holiday in Valencia, and this was definitely supported by the great service of Juan. Very easy and friendly check in, flexible in times. Beautiful house, great (local oriented) environment with a supermarket and lots of nice bars and local cafetaria’s. Also some nice playing grounds for kids close by.

The day we arrived we had a nice long and very helpful conversation with Juan. He explained all highlights of the city, how to visit it and what to do when we have bad weather. All through our visit we could keep close contact for tips in the neighborhood where we were at that moment! Perfect!

If I return to Valencia with a big group I would not doubt visiting Juan’s villa again; I would definitely come back!

What an amazing place to stay, went as a group of 9. We all absolutely loved it. Juan the host is fantastic, gave us lots of info about Valencia and was always available if we needed anything. He really wants you to have a great time and goes out of his way to make it happen. Definitely going back!

Juan is hands down the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. And the villa was amazing - pool, great cooking station, BBQ hut in the garden, spacious rooms.

A couple weeks before arriving, he reached out to ask about our plans while we stay in Valencia and sent me a full 3 day itinerary of activities to help me plan.

On arrival, he spent a good 20+ minutes, explaining everything we need to know about the villa and gave us a detailed overview of the city - what to see, how to get around, prices.

He was always available to contact for advice and would message me each day to see how our day is going and if we needed anything.

I would definitely recommend staying in JuanHouseValencia! I’ll be returning one day!

Juan was super hospitable and showed us everything we needed to know to have a good time. Honestly one of the best receptions I've had at an Airbnb to date.

The house itself is really spacious and great for a big group. We were 12 people and were all comfortable. There's a massive grill and tons of bikes for use. The pool also provides a nice relaxing vibe.

100% would recommend.

After 4 reschedules due to COVID, myself and 15 friends finally got to visit Juan and his wonderful home last week for what can only be described as a truly amazing experience. Juan has been a truly amazing host during the COVID period and was even better in person. He was happy to help with every aspect of our trip - he provided recommendations for restaurants, bars, travel options and also provided one of the best paella’s to the villa you could ever wish for. We even managed to play padel tennis 5 mins from the villa which was a great experience. Overall Juan is more than a super host, he is a super person and I urge anyone looking at the villa to experience it. Valencia was amazing also, especially Marina Beach Club! Here’s to a beer in the future Juan! Matt

Juan hosted me and my friends for my hen do! Was an incredible stay and a beautiful villa. The pool was perfect and the villa really spacious. Juan hosted a lovely meal for us all on the first night and communicated really well. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend! Thank you Juan!

We've spent a wonderful week in Juan’ s villa! Valencia is a beautiful city and his house is very close to the city and the beach.

I recommand it 100%.

The house is very big and spacious. There are lots of confortables rooms, a big living room where we use to play games with my family, a big beautiful kitchen: everything to make our holidays amazing. Juan is very caring and professional! I never met someone nicer than him. (Do you believe me if i tell you he offers us some presents and icecreams? Told you ;) ) I definitly going to get back in this house sooner i hope!

The most incredible holiday thanks to Juan! His villa is absolutely beautiful and has absolutely everything you need for all sorts of occasions - from relaxing family holidays to big birthdays! I stayed here with my mum, dad and 2 sisters and Juan made us so comfortable and helped us plan our exploring around València. The pool was incredible and all the rooms were so aesthetic and cosy. Unforgettable experience!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié la propreté impeccable de la maison ainsi que tout le petit matériel disponible; nous avons beaucoup aimé tous ces petits détails de décoration, les jeux de société, etc. Au centre d’un village et avec une vue époustouflante sur la piscine et terrasse. Nous avons pu profiter de las Fallas et València grace à sa proximité. La literie était très confortable, les salles de bain étaient top! L'isolation phonique ent. Juan a été très réactive, disponible et arrangeante. Ses adresses pour profiter du coin étaient précieuses.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de fallas dans la maison de Juan. Juan nous a très bien accueilli et s’est montré disponible!

La maison est fabuleuse et super bien placée (proche des transports en commun, de l’aéroport, de la plage, Centre-ville de Valencia et supermarchés).
