KeyGo Rent - Alicante Aeropuerto

Hemos alquilado aproximadamente 6/7 veces en keygo y siempre hemos estado muy satisfechos con el servicio que hemos recibido.
Esta vez me recogió en el aeropuerto (12/4/2023) una joven muy agradable que solo había esperado unos 5 minutos desde el punto de recogida. Reservamos un automóvil y el automóvil que recibimos estaba bien.
Cuando devolvimos el coche (12/8/2023) nos atendió Will, un joven muy agradable que luego nos llevó de regreso al aeropuerto.
En definitiva, una transacción de alquiler muy fácil y agradable.
Sigan con el buen trabajo.
Nos vemos pronto (mi esposa ha reservado nuevamente para (18/12/2023)

Todo perfecto, el coche era nuevo, Peugeot 308, limpio y con todo el confort, con extras.
El servicio fue profesional.

Precios muy bajos, auto limpio, gran actitud, devoluciones sin problemas. Lo usaré de nuevo.

He alquilado un coche varias veces con esta empresa y son geniales. Todo el personal es educado y cortés y hace que su experiencia sea fácil de seguir. Recoge siempre a tiempo. Una vez en la oficina, me tomó 5 minutos ordenar mi papeleo. El coche era precioso, limpio y listo para funcionar. A la vuelta revisaron el coche y nos llevaron inmediatamente al aeropuerto. Te recomiendo contratar el seguro extra. Te da tranquilidad.

Estafado por algunos daños en unas llantas de aleación que no hice. 125€. Yo no lo hice. Si utiliza este vídeo de empresa, cada panel y cada rueda. Compruebe el maletero en busca de repuestos y bandeja para paquetes. También intentaron localizarme en una marca del parachoques de la que tenía una foto. Lamentablemente no la rueda

Gran experiencia con KeyGo. 5 minutos de espera para el autobús lanzadera. Pago rápido y entrega aún más rápida.
Sin problemas en absoluto. Feliz de usarlo nuevamente.

Good place and excellent prices. Just beware, make sure you check the car with a fine tooth comb. Tried to charge me for 2 tiny stone chips on the front bumper. But I never got a check in sheet to see any previous damage. The stone chips were no more than 2-3 mm max. After some discussion and the nice lady realising we never got a sheet or email of the state of the car on collection she agreed not to charge me the £200 euro they were wanting to. I'll definitely be using them again and have in the past with no problems at all. But next time I'll spend a lot more time looking at the car.
Car was almost new, only 2400km, collection and drop-off super easy.

Increíble servicio, me salvaron en el último momento, había alquilado coche en otro sitio y me dejaron tirado.keygorent me dieron un Trock cabrio, coche completamente nuevo, ni 700km tenía, servicio del aeropuerto al parking, planta -2 de 1a5 fácil de encontrar, personal super amable, todos lo que me atendieron fueron super majas, coches cómodos y limpios, servicio super rápido. Muy contento con el servicio y el personal, alquilaré coche a menudo con ustedes muchas gracias por el servicio ofrecido ️

Not used these before but I will. Staff friendly and efficient, short hop from the airport. They actually gave me a choice of 3 cars and asked me which one I would like. Would recommend with no hidden charges. Firefly take note!

Emilio collected me from the airport pick up point exactly on time and completed my vehicle collection without fuss, taking the time to clearly explain the paperwork and what to do in the event of breakdown, etc. The rental was well priced and there was no attempt at a hard sell in respect of excess insurance. No queueing involved. The car was in pristine condition and performed faultlessly. Vehicle return was also equally efficient and fuss free. An impressive service compared to past experiences with other hire companies in Alicante. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from the second the shuttle bus picked me up. On arrival at there office I was greeted by a lovely young lady called Tatian, nothing was to much trouble, very polite and helpful with a speedy departure on return all very speedy once again, within 20 minutes checked back in and at the drop off zone Alicante airport. All in all very impressed, will 100% be using Keygorent in the near future. 5*

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car with Keygo and their fantastic employee, Aroa, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, my experience with this company was top-notch.

Coches impecables, personal amable y encantador, llevo alquilando varios meses y el servicio es extraordinario.

Very disappointed with the service from the staff at Key Go. Had paid for out of hours surcharge but the company insisted on adding another surcharge when RETURNING the car because of a short flight delay, despite assuring at collection that they had taken off the mistake. The car was decent enough but I will not be using Key Go again.

I've been renting with this company for a while now and I feel I must share my experience: The cars are in an immaculate condition, the price is fair and transparent and, most importantly, they have an outstanding customer service (the staff being profesional and extremely nice and charming). On one of my rentals I had an issue with the car and they went 'an extra mile' to help me to solve this. Still grateful for that and shows a sign of the company / values.
In summary, words fell short, I would highly recommend them and keep renting with them.

Très bonne première expérience avec Keygo rent! On peut rejoindre l'agence en à peine 5 minutes de l'aéroport. Nous n'avons pas du tout attendu la navette (que ce soit à l'allé ou au retour).
Un peu d'attente pour le check-in, et les sièges auto bébé un petit peu ancien mais à part ça nous recommandons

Je recommande! Très bonne organisation, navette depuis l’aéroport facile d’accès et personnel très accueillant. La voiture correspondait bien à la réservation et les dégâts déjà présents figuraient sur le contrat. Prise la voiture en 10 minutes et remise tout aussi facile et rapide.

I had a really good experience with KeyGo. The price was very reasonable. The team was friendly and fluent in English. The car was clean and well maintained. Thumbs up!

Gas tank was not full. I took a picture, and returned full, expecting to speak with the manager and get this even, once I leave the tank full and didn't received like that. After waiting for 45 min I just gave up.

Friendly staff (Agnieszka, I think), I got a new Audi sportsback (only 20 000 km, well equipped) for a very reasonable price (30%-40% cheaper than the big brands).

I was worried the car has some minor scratches (not visible in my pictures), and I was not sure everything had been initially recorded in the contract.
Anyway, the return was a breeze and everything went very well.

Highly recommended, we'll be back.

Hemos llamado para alquilar un coche para una escapada de fin de semana. Nos han atendido muy profesionalmente y transparentes. No nos pusieron pegas con el pago con tarjeta de debito, si que tuvimos que dejar una fianza, lo cual esta muy bien por no todo el mundo quiere tener una tarjeta de crédito. Si tenemos que volver a alquilar un coche no dudaremos en contar con ustedes. Muchas gracias.
