KFC

I learnt that KFC in Benidorm offered topped chips which I was totally amazed at. I went to this branch and got these topped chips, and when I received them, I thought that the bacon look totally uncooked, but I assumed it was simply just ham, or precooked bacon lacking a bit of colour. Two days later, I felt extremely unwell.the toilet was my best friend through out the rest of the holiday. I arrived back in England and was rushed to hospital, because there was serious issues happening with my stomach. I was put on a drip, had a CT scan which later showed I had developed an enflamed bowel, and I obtained a high infection count. Which was leading to huge distress when I went to the toilet and causing painful aches and cramps in my stomach. This bacon was 100 percent uncooked, and I cannot believe it was served to me. I've been in hospital for 4 days now, and I am not allowed to go home until its treated. I'm extremely annoyed at this! Beware guys

Decepción total, he comido en muchos restaurantes de esta cadena pero aquí no repites la bebida, todo más caro, patatas fritas duras, el pollo no estaba crujiente, empapado en aceite, no hemos quedado satisfechos

Mmm el general es bueno, solo que en otros países la salsa de miel y las otras no son pagas, acá en España las salsas todas tienen un costo adicional.

He ido hoy a el local de Ametlla de mar en Benidorm para comprar muslos de pollo. Me los han dado recalentados y chorreando grasa.
No vuelvo mas.

La comida estaba buena, pero en las paredes hay hormigas y da asco verlas corretear, yo fui al KFC de Benidorm, el KFC de Alicante está más limpio

This is not KFC chicken. I've had KFC all around the world and sometimes it's questionable quality but the coating is the same. This is not KFC chicken the strip etc are bog standard frozen chicken goujons. Plus the prices on the window were more inside. Won't be going again

Expensive and does not taste like usual KFC as apparently the Spanish don't like the colonels special recipes!

KFC here in Benidorm is like KFC in Cardiff or anywhere else in the world you always get an enjoyable meal nice clean tables wheel chair friendly can't say anymore

El lugar súper sucio. Mucha gente para ser un lugar cerrado. La hamburguesa de los peques malísima. Burger King por lo menos tiene pepinillos y más sabor. Fatalll

Counting that the food is pretty much the same, the second and third most important characteristics are hygiene & personnel. The experience was pretty average.

La atención al cliente y ser cordial es algo primordial y en este establecimiento no es así y por lo demás el pollo es pollo y nada especial

Con Kentucky no hay pierde, donde vayas muy buena atención y deliciosa comida rápida. Mi favorito los hot wins

Todo el pedido esparcido por la caja y la bebida vaciada en la bolsa, a parte de lo que quedaba del pedido frío y crudo.
A parte la atención del personal deja mucho que desear, niñatos hablando de que le tocaba a uno de ellos (un empleado) limpiar la cocina ya que estaba que daba asco tras varias semanas sin limpiar (por que se habían saltado los turnos de limpieza). Ni volveré e intentaré que nadie de mi entorno acuda a esta pocilga.

En cualquier retaurante de la cadena puedes rellenar el refresco, además te cobran 1 euro por menú de cerveza, detalles que denotan que no tienen el mínimo compromiso con los clientes. Comparado con otros restaurantes de la cadena,! Un desastre!

The chicken was dry and two pieces out of the six were tiny chicken wings.
Didn't check the box until we got back to our apartment.
Very disappointed. Felt ripped off so definitely won't be returning here

Better than the uk ones, lots more quality food and well priced. Only slight struggle was with a little misunderstanding due to the lack of Spanish I speak which is my error not theirs.

Fast and friendly service. Staff are attentive and I received exactly what I wanted: a wonderfully wet Twister - just the chicken with loads of pepper mayo. It's the only way I can enjoy a KFC (medical needs). Just wish KFCs in the UK would take notice. Thank you so much KFC Benidorm

Gets quite busy as it’s the only KFC around the centre of Benidorm beaches but staff was quite rude and only wanted to get the order out of the way. They forgot a few things but reimbursed with free wings. Everyone makes errors but the way the manager handled the situation could’ve been better.
Quite hard to get a table during busy times so count yourself lucky!

Best KFC I’ve ever been too, the food was great and the staff very friendly. A lot of KFCs in the UK could learn a thing or two from here.

Muy mal no te dan servilletas tienes que pedirlas no tiene pajitas no ponen el aire acondicionado para mi yo no vuelvo

No te permiten repetir la bebida, aún estando el logotipo de rellena gratis en la puerta, salió el encargado y le hizo una foto a la siguiente vez ya lo habían quitado el logotipo, no vuelvo más a ese por lo menos.

Muy mal la comida cada vez peor el pollo no es ni crujiente ni nada el puré insípido, lo único bueno la atención y la limpieza.

Probably the worst meal I have ever had, the chicken was hot and slightly over cooked but the fries were tepid and limp. Should have taken them back really.

Una esperiencia muy mala porque los ingléses no te dejan comer tranquilo son los que se creen los dueños y no dejan de gritar por lo demás la atencion es muy buena y la comida espetacular

Chicken was excellent just like the old day in the UK! Crispy, crunchy and golden brown. But you have to but sides like gravy etc. Separate if you order a sharing bucket. For best quality eat in.

Local remodelado, esta bonito y muy limpio, los trabajadores son muy amables, la comida como en todo KFC, lo esperado.

Not the same as back in Blighty! Seemed very salty and just didn't taste the same. Great to have the gravy though.

If you're jonesing some of dat chikkin then it'll meet a need - it certainly did the job for me, but not quite as good as back home.

The chicken was dry there was no taste and customer service was bad and we asked for napkins and they gave us 1 also the portion are near bare minimum and as a tourist I felt that I was ripped off for my money as this place is complete and utter bad.the only good thing was the ice cream because of the spanish milk.overall Spanish kfc is bad.

KFC is KFC so this is about the restaurant not the food. It's clean and was cleaned frequently, the staff were tired and seemed impatient with us choosing from the seemingly never-ending menu, a forced smile from the wife abd i ended the session

Este sitio sigue con el mismo sabor que no se olvida felicidades porque en otra zona no son iguales.
