La instalación funciona muy bien refrigerado todo el apartamento.
Los técnicos Antón y Juan hacen un muy buen trabajo limpio y ordenado.

Kerry resolvió nuestro problema con nuestra caldera con facilidad, llegó a tiempo y es muy bueno tratar con él. Tracy fue muy útil para organizar nuestra cita, y es tan refrescante no tener que esperar días para recibir una respuesta de una empresa. Tracy responde muy rápido y es amable, clara, amable y educada en todos los tratos. K & M son calidad en todos los departamentos, y no usaré a nadie más para ninguna instalación o problema de caldera o aire acondicionado en el futuro. ¡Primera clase hasta el final!

K and m have just carried out 2 air con.hydrocleans for me at home. The results are pretty amazing, they actually look like new and work better than ever. Great work guys.

K&M were recommended to us by our next door neighbours who had Aircon and Water heater installed and they gave us Merrick's number who was there within a day and gave us a very reasonable price. We had replacement of two old aircon units and also installation of two units where there was no provisions. It's a traditional looking house which wouldn't suit units showing on the outside, and they managed to put all four units together where they are not visible. It was complicated and required extra work and patience, which seemed no problem for them. Professional, polite, courteous, punctual, and no added costs at the end. I don't often get impressed with the results of work from most companies, but I couldn't recommend them enough! We got the exact result we wanted at the price they quoted. Perfect job, thanks guys! Monteur komt binnen, constateert dat er niets mis is met onze airco. Hebben 55 euro betaald. Wij waren niet tevreden met het bezoek van de monteur. Ik ben zelf naar K&M gegaan en heb een videootje laten zien. Een medewerker constateert dat er wel iets mis is maar zegt dat zij mij niet kunnen helpen. Wat een slechte service. Wel heb ik 55 euro betaald voor niets. Geen aanbeveling voor dit bedrijf. Karin Lammers

K&M you have to Check the Story with Kerry! He told you not the right version. That you charge an amount the is fair. But we asked for a diagnose. And that was not given during the home visit. We drove to your shop and showed you a video and your conclusion was it’s the pump. This is the opposite what we have been told by Kerry!
Anyway we are not still happy with your service.

K&M installed our new split airco sets for house and apartments. Good quality material, well equipped and decent employees. Coming back if needed for adjustments and attending in time.

Just as the warm weather arrived the bedroom aircon unit packed in. Had used K&M before so they were my first thought. Merrick came to inspect the next day and gave me a quote. He warned straight away that they were very busy and he couldn't promise to do the work before mid June, but would try and fit the job in. Had a call a week later and 2 engineers completed the work at the end of May.
The fitters were professional and friendly and took the old machines away. Great customer service, competitive price and helpful advice throughout the whole process.

We did get a few quotes from different companies to replace our four ancient aircon units but were really impressed with Merrick's knowledge and professional approach. He really did listen to our needs and took time to find the right product for us. The quote was competitive and the work was undertaken with no fuss or mess. Would not hesitate to recommend - thank you so much guys for a great job.

We had five air con units fitted and the job was seamless and the finish superb. Great advice on where to site each unit was really valuable. The vale for money is really great.
