Me encanta esta tienda de moda. El trato y asesoramiento fantástico. El precio adecuado y en rebajas mucho mejor. Es mi tienda preferida. Begoña, persona que me atiende con frecuencia, muy buena asesora. Gracias! Pilar

Compré un bolso a principios de mes de rafia, al cabo de 10 días se me empezó a descoser, fui a que me lo cambiaran y ningún problema, super majas.

En esta tienda recibi un trato bastante inadecuado y discriminatorio
la actitud de la dependienta deja mucho que desear, me hizo un gesto que me cuesta mucho de olvidar.
A la hora de entrar como en todas las tiendas, tienes que ponerte gel hidroalcolico entramos yo y otra persona ajena a mi, la dependienta vino justamente a mi y insistió 3 veces en que me hechase mas gel por el simple hecho de llevar un pañuelo en la cabeza, a la otra clienta la trato genial. Para mi fue un acto racista. A los días entré en la tienda pero sin pañuelo y el trato y las miradas fueron otras.

Was so attracted to the store when I first moved here, walked in when there was one other customer and a saleswoman, both white; I’m interracial. No greeting from the saleswoman when I walked in, she busied herself with the other customer. I took a dress off a rack and went to the fitting room to try it on. I liked it, took it off, put it back on the hanger and was halfway into my regular clothes when the saleswoman pulled the curtain back on my room and said “you’re not taking it? ” I said “Yes I am, ” then proceeded to the register to buy it. Trying to combat the unpleasant feeling of having my dressing room curtain opened on me, I attempted to make conversation with her, but she seemed in a hurry to get me out of there. I wore the dress maybe 3 times, then donated it to Humana. It wasn’t my responsibility to act decently to the saleswoman, and I regret that I did. She made a point of paying no attention to me until I was hidden from view, then she acted suspicious and assumed that either I couldn’t afford the dress or was going to steal it. The shop lost what could have been a good customer with her zero-star unprofessionalism. And a dollop of irony: I work in fashion, on the editorial side!

Si la ropa es estupenda, la atencion es EXCELENTE las dependientes son simpáticas, sinceras.y te enseñan lo mejor que te pueda quedar, tienen una paciencia de 10. Felicidades por el gran trabajo que tenéis, la dependiente Begoña fantástica.
