La Jabonería 4wanders Coliving and Retreats

Excelente ubicación entre el centro de la ciudad y la playa. Lugar acogedor con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de tu estancia en Valencia. Definitivamente recomendado

Nos ha encantado esta. Una ubiasion muy comoda para estar y disfrutar en Valencia. Staff fue Muy atento, limpieza y ambiente muy agradable para nuestra esntancia.
Pasamos super bien y super recomendable. Volveré a ir pronto.

Great location and apartment; beach is 30 minutes walk and Ruzafa 40 minutes walk from it. Met some super nice people here and had a good time.

A cosy, clean place with everything you need at a great location between the beach and the center.

Disappointing. I really wanted to like this place because it *looks* nice, but there were a lot of issues. Tldr: if you're gonna stay there make sure you're staying on the 2nd floor.

1. The biggest issue is the lack of nice common spaces on the 1st floor. The roof terrace there is a filthy and cluttered little space with a very unappealing view. The furniture was impossible to sit on and usually it would only be used for laundry that some people would then smoke on. Because there were missing and broken chairs in the livingroom space it wasn't nice to sit there either, so ultimately we didn't have a place for socializing: kind of essential for a coliving space. The organisation told us that we could ask the 2nd floor to use their terrace, but that's not a great solution either, because you don't always want to impose and they're not always there to open the door.
2. Everything was constantly broken? ! From the front door, room doors, balcony doors, dishwasher, chairs missing and broken etc, combined with the lack of common room space and the occassional cockroaches, the 1st floor started to feel like a run down prison.
3. Because of the unnatural divide between the 1st and 2nd floor, it was hard to build a community vibe. The events organized by the community managers are during work hours and not the most exciting. The coworking space is really nice, but you only get 5 passes.
4. Really uncomfortable beds and pillows, you can tell they cheaped out there.

I will say that my room was nice, but then again I stayed in the biggest and most expensive one (Almendra). The community managers tried to make something out of it, being very responsive to our complaints, but overall you can tell this is a business and not a passion project like other colivings.

I really enjoyed my stay at 4wanders. It’s a very nice location near the beach and the city center, a big terrace inclusive. I felt very safe there. The room is nice and there is a good and kind weekly service. I would like to thank the four administration girls of 4wanders for the warm welcome. They were always very kind and good orchestrators.
Loved the opportunity to stay there, having a lot of colivers from all over the world.

Great location, halfway to the beach and halfway to the city center, a quiet and safe part of the city (I came back alone at night after going out a couple of times and nothing bad happened). The best thing are the girls who work at 4wanders, Nuria, Weronika, Emilia, and Rosario, they are always ready to help, and they do their job very well. The service is excellent as well, they were very discreet in the month that I was there. I only saw them a couple of times, and my room was adequately cleaned, and the bed linen was changed weekly. The entire building belongs to 4wanders, which is an advantage since you can only "bother" your roommates. I highly recommend 4wanders!:)

Stayed there for a month and enjoyed it. Well serviced, kept clean. Helpful staff. Easy 10 minute commute by a single bus to downtown. Also a quick bus ride away from the beach, you could walk there in like 20 minutes. Would stay there again!

Rooms are OK, but you will need to clean common spaces before using them as colivers who are staying there are very dirty and management of the place don't do enough.

The interior is beautiful and the hosts are absolutely top notch. They've really cultivated an amazing community.

I really enjoy my stay with 4wanders, I've met great people and discovered and loved Valencia. It really feels like home away from home).

The 4wanders team is very welcoming and responsive. And organises events every week for us to socialize.

The apartment is nice and confortable. The only downside is the soundproofing as the street is a bit noisy sometimes. I like the location close to the beach (10 min by bike/30 min by walk), neighborhoods to go out (Russafa, Cabanal) and to the Turia park (and Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències).

The coworking office is nice, one has just opened 10 min from the apartment.
