Hi Folks well when searching for hotels or such other places to stay I always read and note reviews of the places I’m researching prior to booking. I would never normally book anything that has no reviews! However I will from now on think twice in future. The hospitality afforded to us this weekend at La Perla Private Boutique B&B was outstanding. A Great big thank you to Loulou Carr and Rick for amazing hospitality, we were treated like royalty, it was an absolute pleasure to be amongst the very first guests of your new venture which I’m sure you are gonna smash it.that you have by now proved with flying colours. This place, as it name suggests, is a real Pearl amongst Pearls, Opulence in abundance, a millionaires mansion.upon our arrival we were checked in quickly had our bags taken to our room and asked what is our favorite tipple, after being shown some of the many luxurious seating areas dotted around the grounds, we chose to sit by the stunning pool which also has the most incredible views down to the Cala of El Potet.promptly arrived two very large glasses brimming with Bombay sapphire, limes and Nordick Blue. Lush.later we were shown to our room ‘The Four Poster suite’ immaculate in every way, from the finest Egyptian Cotton Bedding that enabled the best nights sleep.the scent of Molton Brown wafting from the steaming hot Jacuzzi tub.the comfort of the Personalized Embroidered Pure cotton Bath sheets and dressing robes to keep you snug. There are two further En suite rooms within the guests apartment both beautifully designed and individually finished to there own theme a sure treat for even the hard to please. Incredibly comfy and sumptuous white sofas to spread out on whilst being entertained by the cinema style entertainment of what I can only describe as the biggest TV I’ve ever seen it would give the local cinema a run for its money. In addition the lounge terrace just off the guest Apartmemt is a really quiet place to sit or lay and relish the views through the beautiful gardens down the Valley to the Idilic bay of El Portet which is only a short 1km walk to the distance. After a lovely afternoon exploring and taking lunch down in the bay which is more like a scene from am italian lake setting, especially as the sea at El Portet is always crystal clear and like a mill pond, it was then a short 10 Meander that brought us to Moriara Marina and the old town with all its charm.some beautiful restaurants and bars also a few designer shops for those who fancy. Later back at the ranch and after a nightcap sat by the stunning pool watching the sun go down it was time to call it a day and indeed a great nights sleep was had. The following morning waking to the deafening sound of silence which was pure bliss.we asked for breakfast at 1030 which we were served in one of the two beautiful breakfast areas or if you prefer by the pool. After two flutes of Bucks Fizz made with fine Spanish freshly squeezed oranges and cava I ordered My choice of Eggs Benedict and they were cooked to perfection and no shop bought Hollandaise sauce here I can tell you! Topped with my choice of smoked Bacon cooked to a crisp it was a total delight.toasted nutty bread, warm croissants and homemade marmalade’s served with lashings best butter were only a few of the endless list on offer and all washed down with your usual choice of coffee or tea of which there were again plenty to choose from. Once again to Loulou and Rick thank you, break a leg guys you’ve cracked it, superb, stunning and Palatial.

Hemos celebrado nuestro 12 aniversario de boda en la cabaña, es un lugar precioso y tranquilo. Si el sitio es maravilloso lo hace aún mejor el trato recibido por parte de Loulou (la dueña), nos ha tratado mejor que a reyes. Muchísimas gracias por todo, repetiremos sin duda? !
