We have just completed the sale of our house in Spain and used Lancaster Legals Lawyer Maria to do this for us. In every aspect of this she was AMAZING! She guided us through the very stressful process with kindness, efficiency and empathy. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she answered emails and WhatsApp messages promptly demonstrating a unique human touch and understanding not often seen in this sort of professional service. We would not hesitate to recommend her services. My wife and I described her as our legal guardian angel.

Amazing company, Wonderful Staff.
I was a First time buyer with no knowledge of the Spanish system or how to make an Investment in Spain and Maria was recommended to me.
She has made the whole journey to owning my own place in Spain so easy. Talking to me in her excellent English, she Guided me though the whole process. In fact it was so easy I bought another apartment as an investment which went through equally as easy. I couldn't get to her office, no problem a car was sent to meet me!
Even after the purchases, Maria still works hard for me, so I have the best internet and utilities bill available.
I have no hesitation of recommending this company. They have done over and beyond everything I have asked for. I look forward to a long successful business relationship with this company.

The place you should avoid. Never ever do anything with them. María filled up ALL the forms wrong. My daughter (3 y. О) had 3 refusals being born in Spain. We had to hire a lawyer and go to police many times to fix this. Never trust this company ever!

We bought a property with a fabulous estate agent (wont name them as they were excellent) we used Lancaster Legal as our solicitor. The day of purchase went well. The after service however was disgraceful. Phone calls not returned, emails not answered. Appointments made and no one turned up and not even a phone call. We are now 6 month's down the line and have paid privately to obtain our Padron, NIE etc. The whole situation has been stressful, frustrating and really upsetting.

We gave them our tax returns to complete several months ago via Pip the proprietor. After explaining our tax situations we were assured all would be fine. We then received a large incorrect assessment for our taxes. It has now got to the stage were polite requests for information are being ignored. I would not allow them with in five miles of any documentation I require in future. The one thing I can't stand is ignorance sadly the one thing they seem very good at!
