The worst insurance company in the world, avoid like the plague, one star only cos I had to

Would not recommend this company to anybody as they do not fix your car back to its original state! Poor alround and shocked how they have left our car with no care at all and not fully fixed! If there was a 0 star that is what i would have given. Excuses to fix the least possible and leave me driving round a mess of a van for 6 weeks whilst 6 months pregnant without a courtesy car and to top it off the horrid mechanic gave me verbal and walked away.

They are the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. They have a promise to cover classic cars and uk plated ones. I paid almost 600 euros to cover my 21 year old Lexus. Full cover, including glass and theft from the car.
On 21st February 2018, it was parked outside my apartment overnight. A scumbag smashed the off side passenger window and stole a set of binoculars. I reported the incident to the company and the police. The insurance broker Cunningham's, sent me to Carglass in Roche to have a plastic temporary one fitted. They told me a new glass would be fitted in 2 to 3 weeks.
They called me two weeks later to have it done but then said they had the wrong one. I searched the internet and found at least 12 of these vehicles breaking for spares 2 of which were in Spain. Carglass said they could find none.
In the meantime I travelled to the uk. Carglass told me if i could get one they would fit it and reimburse me the glass. By this time it was May2018 and I was in the uk for the MOT. I subsequently found the exact glass for the car and paid £400 fo it including delivery. I transported it to Spain and Carglass fitted it.
Since then I am still waiting to be paid by either them or liberty. They now dont answer e mails, messages or anything. Cunningham's are the same.for anyone thats interested I am taking cover soon with LV, for half of what liberty want, 300 £.
