Muy contento con Ramón, es muy profesional, alto nivel de inglés, gran sentido del humor, a solo una llamada de distancia, y da consejos muy fundamentados.
Él mismo tiene una mente sólida para los negocios y entiende muy bien a los empresarios, los negocios inmobiliarios, etc.
No es el abogado habitual que intentará que demandes a tu oponente para que gane más energía absorbiendo peleas legales y juicios largos y costosos (él puede y obviamente lo hará por ti si lo necesitas), sino un hombre de soluciones y comunicaciones.
Él te informa cuáles son tus derechos legales aquí en España (porque los expatriados simplemente no sabemos cómo funcionan las cosas aquí) y cuáles son tus posibilidades para cualquier ruta que decidas tomar.
Así que vale la pena hacer el corto viaje a Torrent (fácil en metro) o simplemente llamarlo por teléfono.

To any person who takes time to read this with a view to buying property in Spain, I have only highlighted "Professional" in the first instance as the other three, good quality, good value and responsive do not do justice to Ramon and his Law Firm.
I had approached two other law firms with poor communication and vague quotes for conveyancing, before finding LlaceryLucas.
The first heading should be Clarity of Service, you recieve a total understanding through their proven conveyancing system, recently changed to ensure No issues from "Brexit".
The next heading should be, "Guaranteed attention to legal detail" as this is crucial if you need a residency card or NIE if you hold a UK passport.
Due to Brexit it is not simple to purchase a property anymore and getting an appointment with the authority to be granted a NIE as a non Spanish resident is required. The safest way to get through this process is for you to instruct a solictor to have Power of Attorney over you. A POA is a very serious situation to be involved in.
I am compltely comfortable with Ramon holding this, infact after attending the local Notoria in Torrent I really did feel 100% safe.
Ramon has an "Air of Grandeur" about him and commands respect from those he has to work with to enable completion on your property purchase. I just happened to mention to him about the Spanish bank account when leaving the Notorias office, he asked me if I had time and he was off to the Bank and the bank account opened. How can you catergorise service like that.you can't!
In todays world, nothing is free and you only get what you pay for. The fees quoted by Ramon are a "firm quote", not a minimum guide, as expressed by other firms.

I was recommended Llacer y Lucas Abogados by the estate agent from whom I was purchasing a property near Valencia. I dealt with Ramon who described the buying process to me very clearly and from the off set he stated that the process is very different to the one in UK.
