Was planning to get just one bag but ended up getting a bag (which is normally out of stock) and a wallet to go along with it. Camilia attended to us the moment we stepped in and was very patient with us.

We were contemplating between the choices and our daughters were comfortably seated at one corner. Purchased my bag and wallet and was offered a champagne. Left my purchases there as we wanted to head out to the Aquarium and came back again at 730pm, again we were offered champagne by Camilia who is still very warm and friendly. Her english was fluent and we really felt welcomed. Thanks Camilia, you are a gem!

La Virgen Santa, deben ir todo cosido con oro porque si no no le encuentro explicación a esa tienda. Pero oye, respeto ante todo al que le guste, no seré yo quien le baje la media de likes.

We had gone to the LV store in Barcelona while our trip in Spain and unfortunately did not have the greatest of experiences. That was the complete opposite when we walked in to the LV store in Valencia. From the moment of them opening the doors and one of the salesperson assigned to us the experience was very welcoming and friendly, complete opposite to the past experience we had.

Cristina was the sales associate that assisted us and she was FABULOUS! She was so friendly and very welcoming, professional and assisted my partner in the purse she was looking for. The whole experience we had with Cristina was top notch and we would definitely recommend asking for her when going to the LV store in Valencia!

La actitud del personal es muy mala, el servicio es muy malo, un poco discriminatorio contra los chinos.

It is a cute, nice LV store in Valencia. The employees are very nice and friendly. It was a pleasure to get my dreambag there. Would love to come again.

I’ve been buying in this boutique for a while. Always came back because of the good service and location. Always received nice service. However, I got surprised that one of the staff member was not as friendly as others.

Lo único malo que he visto es comprar online, ya que hice la compra un martes y el lunes llamé a atención al cliente (de pago), para preguntar sobre mi pedido porque estaba tardando bastante. Resulta que había llegado ese jueves y no me habían avisado por ningún lado. Por si os pasa lo mismo, llamad para preguntar sobre el seguimiento de vuestro pedido.

Worse service LV I’d been to. Multiple displayed purses out of stock, so I sit down a bit. Then a women staff repeatedly asking do I need help with an aggressive tone. I didn’t at the time. Once I got some ideas and about to ask her, she just interrupt me and saying she is helping others while she is obviously not. I feel they just don’t welcome English speaking buyers.

Trato exquisito. No se espera menos de una tienda así. Fui a comprar un bolso que estaba agotado y prometieron llamarme para reservarlo cuando estuviera disponible y así ha sido.

Son súper amables, tienen una amplia gama de productos y a un precio bastante bueno.

Sólo entro por iniciativa de mi esposa, ella es una enamorada de las grandes marcas y no cabe duda que Louis Vuitton lo es, sobre todo en bolsos y complementos. Para mí jamás haría un desembolso semejante por llevar una marca adherida a mis prendas y mucho menos por moda, siempre he ido a mí aire, nadie me marca cómo debo vestir, peinarme o calzarme. El hábito no hace al monje. Cada uno es único y especial sin necesidad de cubrirse con oro, sedas o pieles caras.

Louis Vuitton dimostra classe e eleganza nel mondo e rende le donne delle vere principesse ad ogni età. Il negozio è un salotto di sublime prelibatezze.

Tienda de muy alta calidad de sus productos, los precios moderados, no cuenta con parking, reciben tarjetas de crédito personal amable.

Great experience with a personal WhatsApp number for an assistant at any time, can order with her and she tells me as soon as it arrives in store! When I picked up one of my orders, they further offered me free engraving with my initials, very nice touch! Though I haven’t had any abnormal requests so cannot further review the depth they go into! Hope this helps anyone!

Sólo una palabra, fantástica, desde el trato al género, siempre tienen alguna pieza que no la encuentras en web o está agotada. Me fascina ir a este Louis Vuitton.

Breakfast at LV. We were offered the coffee and spent for sure over one hour there. Had our own assistant all this time. You won’t get this attention in any of the major city’s in Europe anymore.
