Nada profesional, nos ha echado de la visita.
Todo iba muy bien hasta que al final haciéndole preguntas ha perdido totalmente las formas y nos ha tratado de ignorantes. La conversación ha adquirido un tono agresivo por su parte y finalmente nos ha acusado de hacerle perder el tiempo.

Creo que son unos grandes profesionales del sector, que conocen sobradamente su trabajo, tambien desde el punto de vista humano, que trabajando en grupo consiguieron, tras siete meses de dedicacion y atencion personalizada, en varios intentos, un resultado correcto y satisfactorio para ambas partes en una situación nada fácil, por la condicion de extranjero del comprador que debía de vender antes su casa así como por el valor de la mia.

Nos sentimos en buenas manos con Lucas Fox desde el principio. La comunicación fue muy vinculante y rápida, mientras que otros agentes inmobiliarios no nos respondieron en absoluto después de uno o dos contactos. Con Lucas Fox, en cambio, siempre recibíamos nuevas propuestas, aunque tuviéramos menos contacto de vez en cuando, no nos olvidaban. Esto me resultó muy útil y estoy muy agradecido por esta forma de apoyo proactivo.
Queremos dar las gracias especialmente a Lorena, que siempre atendió todas nuestras preocupaciones y preguntas de forma rápida y completa. Así, la búsqueda de un piso bonito fue incluso divertida y al final ¡estamos muy satisfechos con nuestra elección! Recientemente he gestionado a través de Lucas Fox tanto la venta de un chalet como la compra de un piso, y en ambos casos el trato ha sido exquisito, tanto en lo personal como en lo profesional. La venta tuvo más dificultades de lo previsto y estoy convencida de que se pudo hacer gracias al trabajo y la constante atención del agente encargado de la gestión. Recomiendo Lucas Fox a todo aquel que necesite orientación y consejo para comprar o vender una propiedad inmobiliaria

Fui recientemente a visitar un piso para alquiler de vivienda habitual en la Avenida de Baleares. La comercial nos pidió que firmásemos la hoja de visitas donde se incluía una mensualidad del alquiler como comisión de agencia para el inquilino. A pesar de que esto es ilegal en la actualidad, nos dijo que su departamento jurídico había encontrado la forma de eludir la ley y seguir cobrando esta comisión. La nueva Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos prohíbe cobrar al inquilino bajo ningún concepto. Recomiendo a todo inquilino al que le hayan cobrado una comisión que ponga una hoja de reclamaciones. La inmobiliaria está obligada a devolverla.

Bonitas instalaciones, buen gerente. Esto es del bien. Lo malo es que me enojo mucho cuando pago un servicio y no me contestan ni se ponen en contacto. No leen mis mensajes, no contestan mis llamadas, no me devuelven la llamada. Y aquí es cuando necesitas moverte. El papeleo es terrible. Señalas errores en el contrato, pero te envían documentos con los mismos errores una y otra vez. Y su jefe no tiene ningún control sobre esto. Haces preguntas, te dicen que te aclararán, pero casi nunca regresan con una respuesta.

Me puse en contacto con ellos porque estaba interesado en una propiedad, al momento me llaman y me hacen una especie de preguntas que no vienen al caso o diría yo una "entrevista", a los 5 minutos me vuelven a llamar y me dicen que ya no esta disponible, al día siguiente, la tienen puesta la propiedad por mucho mas de lo que pedían al principio.

Muy bien servicio, Lorena me ha ayudado a buscar y elegir el piso perfecto para mi y ademas a contractar el mejor el precio posible

I was looking for a long-term rental apartment in Valencia at the height of the tourist season. Lorena at Lucas Fox made the whole experience of finding somewhere to live in Valencia a lot less stressful than I think it could be! She was always very friendly, super responsive and professional. I can absolutely recommend their services.

The only reason for two stars was the front desk lady was very polite in letting me know they had no desire to work with me. Perhaps they only work with wealthy caucasians.

Minimum price is around $500k. I won't return. If you even mention the word rent then they direct you to their website. I was really interested in Valencia but this left a sour taste for me.

Ainhoa did an outstanding job helping us with apartments viewing and getting to know the neighborhoods. We cannot thank her enough for her patience and the attention she dedicated to us. Would recommend 100%!

We were months in advance to our move to Valencia and even if the rental market in Valencia works pretty fast and it was still too soon for apartment viewing, Lorena attended us and listen to our wishes. We decided to visit an apartment already rented because another similar would have been in the market at a later point. We really liked it and we decided to go for it. Lucas Fox helped us to find our ideal home. All their properties are high level standard and selected with attention and taste. We moved to Valencia from the US and used Lucas Fox twice - for our first rental (when we didn't know / understand anything, they helped us 'navigate' the market. Our rental contract (now we know that in Spain a tenant can move out after 6 months) was actually with a monthly rent penalty fee for every year (out of 3) that we will not be using it. We moved out 11 months later and the landlord kept our deposit + hinted that we are lucky not to pay 2 additional months for the 2 years we will not be there. That contract was prepared by Lucas Fox.
The second experience cost us a lot more than that - when we tried to purchase a property and had to back out due to a sudden death in the family.
Will not go into details here, but to sum up - a typical real estate shark. Customer service that amounts to all smiles and pressure, pressure, pressure and advice that is not beneficial to you, no legal backing. They make it sound like the market is hot hot hot.when now, after living in Valencia for almost 3 years, and seeing the same flats for sale for years, we understand and know that it is how Lucas Fox would like to present/see the situation and it is far away from reality.

We've since rented and purchased having had the experience working with 2 other agencies - more local, honest and trustworthy.

Would not and have not recommended Lucas Fox to friends or colleagues considering their move to Valencia (or Spain in general).

I bothered Carmen regularly from Ecuador before our move - about neighborhoods and listings in her inventory. She was always quick to respond - even when it was very late at night or very early in the morning for her and she was always helpful. (I don't think she ever sleeps.)

Carmen lined up five showings for us our very first day in the City.
One of those five turned out to be the perfect apartment for us and we locked it in within 24 hours after our arrival in Valencia.

After we all agreed on the terms of the lease, Carmen made appointments for us to get a new Cell Phone Plan, gave us Banking References, helped us with setting up a new TransferWise account to get money in place for the excellent new landlords, and even escorted us to the proper Police Station to answer important questions we had about our Residency Visa.

Our family is planning to move to Valencia and planning to work with Lucas Fox agency and we did contact them to help us to find apartment. My friend just returned from Valencia and was working with Lucas Fox agency - renting apartment and signed contract lease thought Lucas Fox. After facing all the stressful issues she has with Spanish landlord that not returning - scheme deposit and Lucas Fox completely detached and not supporting their foreigner clients but supporting their Spanish landlord. Lucas Fox did contact me by email and was very unprofessional way. We are very disappointed in whole situation and the very unprofessional attitude from Lucas Fox. We are confident now that 5 stars reviews here are not real. We not going to work with Lucas Fox and not recommend for any expat moving to Spain.

Our move from the U. K.was very fast in terms of finding and securing an apartment in Valencia. Lucas Fox was very easy to deal with and Carmen our agent remained in contact with us throughout. She was extremely helpful and professional. She went the extra mile by recommending a gym, domestic cleaner as well as a very good hairdressers - a far cry from any experience we’ve had previously! Highly recommended.

I relocated from Miami to Valencia. I couldn't come to Valencia to do my house hunting so I had to do it from Miami, which was a huge pain. I came across a listing from Lucas Fox and I sent an inquiry. Lorena replied and she helped me rent the apt I live in today. To be fair and honest, I didn't have an overall good experience working with her. We talked over the phone and she knew exactly what I was looking for, and my absolutely must-have. Not being able to look at the apt myself, I needed Lorena to be my eyes and be honest about the apts I was inquiring. Regarding this apt, I asked for a video, but the agent asked me to reserve before sending me a video and a full description of the apt. I was told the deposit would be refunded entirely if I didn't rent the apt. After paying the deposit, I found out the apt didn't match exactly the description provided so it didn't meet my needs, so I asked for a different property which was a better fit for me. However, Lorena got quite emotional and refused to rent me the other apt stating that she wouldn't return my deposit. I ended up renting this apt, just not to lose my deposit, knowing that I will have to move within 6 months paying agent's commissions again. Once the contract was signed, the agent told me to talk to the landlord directly going forward, if I needed anything. She knew the apt wouldn't work for me and my needs, and I would have to move soon, but she did not care. I had another problem when paying the security deposit and 1st month. I was given the wrong landlord's bank information and I had to deal with bank issues for 3 days. This was another pain, and the agent wouldn't get involved. Unfortunately, I was left with the feeling that Lorena seemed to care more about commissions than clients. On the other hand, I arrived to Valencia on January 1st and she made arragements to get another agent meet me at the apt on a holiday, as she wasn't available that day. Carmen met me at the apt, helped me with the luggage, and did a walk thru with me. She went over everything. She was absolutely amazing. I got a great experience working with her since we met on the 1st. She always goes an extra mile making herself available and providing help for everything. She is understanding, caring, and professional. I would give Lucas Fox a 5 star review if my experience would have been with Carmen only. But based on my experience renting the apt, I do not recommend Lucas Fox. It has been a big disappointment.

En dépit du challenge, même à distance, Lucas Fox et en particulier Elsa m'a proposé à distance des appartements qui m'intéressaient. Lorsque je suis arrivé à Valence, les rendez-vous étaient programmés et toutes les visites ont été effectuées dans la matinée (Incroyable!).
De plus Elsa m'a aidé pour des problèmes pratiques qui sont un réel challenge lorsque vous ne parlez pas Espagnol comme trouver un parking ou une assurance.
L' Agence Lucas Fox, une formidable agence qui ne peut être comparée avec les autres agences que j'ai contactées à Valence.

Sinceramente fue una experiencia excelente. Lorena no solo fue atenta desde el principio que nos conocimos, sino que fue proactiva en la busqueda de una propiedad ideal para nosotros.
