LUX-AL windows & doors

We were surprised the first time when they arrived with the door opening to the wrong side. So we had to wait again a few weeks more without a door. It was their fault so they did not charge us extra.
The door is very nice but keeps sagging a bit and gets more difficult to close. After complaining they came by to fix it. After a year the same. Took more time before they came by. After another year the same again. After repeated emails and calls and even offering to pay for it they refuse to come to fix it. Have to look for someone else to adjust the door and hopefully fix it for a longer time than just a year.

Also the guys who fitted the windows and the doors were very professional and helpful all in all I highly recommend this company

Very disappointed I have contacted them and asked for a quote twice. I need quite a lot of supply only product as they don't work in my area of Spain and they have never provided a quote. A bad company that does this to a potential customer with a huge order request.

Not a great receptionist which put us off (twice!). S we rang to chase up! Organisation not great as followed by 3 more calls despite not going with them. It's a shame, as follow up calls excellent.
