Hoy he ido a recoger un paquete que tienen desde el 21 de enero. Me refieren que no podían escanear el código por lo que nadie me notifica que está ahí. Hoy voy y me dicen que como ha venido el repartidor de Ups lo han devuelto sin darme ninguna explicación. Cuando les digo como reclamar mi paquete a Ups me dicen que no saben y que es mi problema. Jamás he tenido un problema con ninguna mensajería en mi vida. Dos veces que he mandado el paquete aquí siempre ha habido problemas. Mandar vuestros paquetes a cualquier lugar menos aquí.

Muy buen servicio y mucha humanidad! José Durá me ayudó muchísimo desde el primer momento en que entré a la tienda, yendo más allá de un excelente servicio y ofreciendo empatía y amabilidad. ¡Un lugar en el que puede confiar para cualquier envío!

Vayan con tiempo disponible y paciencia. No son muy amables, y además son lentos. un consejo.

I went to Mail Boxes Etc today to post back to Australia some summer clothing I did not want to carry around the next part of my trip to cold Scotland. The assistance provided by the Store Manager was excellent. He was very accommodating in filling out the necessary forms and packing the box for me to post back 6kg of unnecessary clothing.

Atendido de forma amable y muy efectiva. Perfectos en la previsiones de entrega. Me han asesorado muy bien. Recomiendo este centro Mbe de Valencia.

Pésima atención. El señor calvito de gafas, no solo es grosero e impertinente cuando te atiende. También lo es con su compañero (el chico joven), al cual riñó y avergonzó delante mío y otra persona.
Cero calidad humana.

No dejan entrar con mascotas (el señor calvito con cara de pocos amigos). Empleada avergonzada por cómo se ha dirigido a mí. Por cierto, no está anunciada la prohibición en la puerta. Atención pésima, tienes muchos otros puntos de envío y recogida donde poder ir alrededor. Una lástima que ya no lo lleve Paco, el anterior propietario de la franquicia.

Vanessa at Mail Boxes Etc is the best! She helped me with mailing 2 suitcases to another country. It was my first time shipping a suitcase so I was a bit nervous about it arriving, etc. She was so nice and helpful during the whole process. She was also able to hold my suitcase for me until I wanted it mailed. Shipping was quick & professional! They even wrap it in plastic wrap to protect it. Definitely recommend this specific Mail Boxes location! Muchas Gracias Vanessa!

They exceeded in being the most incapable at sending a letter. Shockingly incapable. Honestly, I never had such a bad experience at a mailboxes ever. We had to leave without sending. Total waste of time. I would avoid this location. I had zero trust that this person was even capable of handing the envelope over to the courier. That's bad!

I've been pleased with my experience here so far, works great for getting packages delivered anytime without having to wait around at home. The staff is friendly and sends emails promptly when my items arrive. During the day there is an English speaking employee, but in the evenings its only Spanish.

I needed to print a boarding pass for Ryan Air and they were super friendly and helpful, spoke English, and even let me use their computer to access the document! Reasonably priced, as well.
