Excelente personal y agradable restaurante limpio con aire acondicionado. El personal lo mantiene muy limpio y el exterior está muy ordenado donde juegan los niños.
La zona de juegos es muy divertida para los niños. Una agradable rareza es la adición de cero cerveza al menú con la comida en lugar de beber siempre limonada.
Fruta extra para la cajita feliz es bueno para presentarles a los niños frutas como

Se come bien demoran un poco en servir pero la atención es muy buena les recomiendo a pasar a comer una buena hamburguesa

Mira que visitamos McDonald's pero hoy nos llevamos una grata sorpresa al encontrarnos un empleado ejemplar llamado (mavio) tuvo un gesto amable con mi hijo y eso es de valorar estuvimos observando y el buen trato lo siguió brindando con el resto de la gente.personal muy amable Acostumbrado a malas caras en otros McDonald's en este nos llevamos una sorpresa gente así más por favor! Soy clienta habitual de Mc Donald's y normalmente suelo ir al restaurante que hay en Punta Prima, pero las pocas veces que he ido a este restaurante en La zenia el servicio McAuto ha sido pésimo. Se les olvida varios productos del pedido, te ponen cosas equivocadas, por ejemplo menú mediano en vez de grande, juguete equivocado en happy meal, postre equivocado. Que ocurra una vez no pasa nada ya q todos cometemos errores, pero todas las veces q he ido a ese restaurante se equivocan con algo del pedido, mientras q en el local de Punta Prima casi siempre ponen el pedido bien y rápido. Sin embargo el servicio en restaurante es bastante bueno, es un local estéticamente bonito y limpio.

Buen servicio y limpieza. La música algo alta y dejo foto del baño ¿Quién puede sentarse (o quedarse de pie) con la papelera ahí?

En otras ocasiones no he tenido ningún problema pero hoy estaba todo demasiado aceitoso y con sabor raro cómo si no hubieran cambiado el aceite de las freidoras. En cambio la atención muy buena

Pides una cosa y cuando llegas a tu casa hay otra, y si reclamas dicen que no saben nada, espero no volver

McDonald's nuevo, servicio rápido, con gente pero no abarrotado, limpio, buen ambiente. Cuando se va a este restaurante ya se sabe a que se va. Tiene McAuto y un pequeño parque para que jueguen los pequeños. Bien situado, visible pero para llegar muy mal comunicado, se tiene que rodear bastante para entrar.

Este local en la Zenia es un desastre tuve que esperar más de 30 minutos y al final tuve que reclamar para conseguir el pedido no es nada recomendable

It's McDonalds with a cafë 24 hours a day, The best quality produce in the world but somehow falls short however they are getting better, now quality coffee (miles better than all other fast food outlets)

Para ser un establecimiento de comida rapida son muy lentos y habiendo solo 4 persona y 2 coches en lo de auto. Hemos pedido para llevar y no nos han puesto ni un sobre de ketchup

Sooooo. I can only imagine what horrors await us Brits if they start selling beer at the golden arches in in the UK, so for now.keep it here in Spain, with hot chips and burgers that look like their pictures.save the tatt for back home as that's is all we can cope with

El diseño nuevo es precioso y el personal muy amable y simpático, siempre tienen una sonrisa y te resuelven cualquier cosa. Es el McDonald's al que más me gusta ir de la zona

Take advantage of free coffee Monday's when it's available. I still wish they'd bring hashbrowns over to complete their breakfast menu. Stunning coffee. Table service.

ENTRANDO EN EL MACAUTO ME HE BAJADO DEL COCHE A VER LAS OFERTAS DEL PANEL Y CUANDO ME HE ACERCADO AL TELEFONILLO A PEDIR, EL TRABAJADOR ME HA DICHO LITERALMENTE, DE MUY MALAS FORMAS Y CON ACTITUD CHULESCA "NO TE VOY ATENDER" ASEGURANDO QUE ME HABÍA BAJADO DEL COCHE PARA ORINAR CUANDO ES TOTALMENTE MENTIRA Y AÚN EXPLICÁNDOLE QUE SÓLO ME HABÍA BAJADO PARA VER LOS PRODUCTOS, SEGUÍA INSISTIENDO EN QUE HABÍA ORINADO FUERA. SI ME HUBIESE PREGUNTANDO CON EDUACION DESDE UN PRINCIPIO NO ME HUBIESE MOLESTADO, PERO CREO QUE UNA PERSONA QUE SE DEDICA A ATENDER A LOS CLIENTES DEBERÍA TENER UN MÍNIMO DE EDUCACIÓN Y SABER DECIR LAS COSAS.
