I have a leg Ulcer and was constantly asked if I had Diabetes and if this was the reason it would not heal
Went to Medicare for test
Still no results 5 days later
Was told test was invalid -NO EXPLANATION
Went 2 Weeks later another test
10 days later after no results found out 2nd test invalid
NO EXPLANATION
After numerous Phone calls and E mails I found out that the lab was blaming the nurse at Medcare for sending it in the wrong bottle
IS THIS A GOOD SERVICE FOR A SIMPLE TEST
MAKE YOUR OWN MIND UP
Gave up with them in the End.
Went to Quiron hospital for test in the end.
Result sent to my phone the same evening

Requested 2 crowns and 4 veneers. Should have been completed in just over a week. Took the best part of a month. Dentist repeatedly let down by laboratory. Either came back wrong or was delayed. Would have expected some form of apology, rather than just "it's the labs fault". Thought I'd be going back to UK with tempories. Not that happy with final result either. I had hoped for better.

From the moment I entered the premises, somewhat apprehensive to my final treatment with Dr Hussain, I received nothing but courtesy from all the staff at Benijofar. Sue on reception talked me through what to expect and alleviated any fears. Dr Hussain expalined everything clearly what would happen, so on the day I was calm and knew what to expect. A big thank you to you all.

I have been using Medcare for many years, for dentistry with Tim, and general medical issues and aesthetics with Dr Hussain and Susie, and cannot recommend them highly enough. In particular Susie has recently completed my course of Dermapem treatments and I am extremely pleased with both the results and the friendly and professional manner of our appointments.

Went in this morning, hate the dentist at the best of times. But I had a consultation to day and the gentleman and lady were lovely made me feel relaxed and explain everything to me what they are going to do.and what different things are going tomorrow Thursday to have a bit of treatment fabulous service.

I highly recommend Mecare in Benijofar. I have found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, the doctor to be extremely professional and she takes such a personal interest in each client.
The offices are beautifully presented and the entire environment, makes the client feel both at ease and pampered.
I feel very safe having any procedure here and know that I am in medically trained hands.

Great clinic, visited on the off chance of getting an appointment and was seen immediately. Booked in an appointment for treatment for the same week. English staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean and bright and welcoming. Dr was very knowledgeable and treatment was carried out quickly and painlessly. Would definitely recommend.

I lost an existing crown and to top it off it was a front tooth. I looked like something from duelling banjos and needed it fixed as in yesterday. I called Medicare Benijófar and made an appointment for the following day. An examination was carried out and treatment started the following day. Five stars for reception, can do attitude and cost.

Excellent service offered by the team, all of the staff are very friendly and have plenty of time for you. You never feel rushed. I have seen Susie, the nurse, Marcus, the physio and also Dr Hussain and have been extremely happy and satisfied with all of them.

Have been going to Medcare for approx. 3 years now for asthetic treatment and have always had excellent results. The staff are friendly and efficient and willing to explain anything you are not sure about. I would especially like to mention Collette who has been over and above helpful. Thank you.

Very poor service here and I felt that I had been transported back to the UK in the 1980's when GP's did not listen or were prepared to discuss anything about your health care. Ironic that despite paying for medical care I get worse treatment from a private clinic than from the NHS in the UK!

Very efficient and friendly staff, never feels like a doctor's waiting room.
Easy to get appointments and very helpful information and advice.
Nurse is so helpful and kind.

Great availability and treatment, dentist very caring, after four needles to numb I could still feel pain so no problems getting another four, unlike UK dentists. Great price on implants!

Very Poor Little to No Care.took money and then were incapable of providing the most basic care. AVOID!

Had a very bad experience; they take your money and provide almost no intermediary service, alongside operating with cash for discount which I find very unprofessional. The 1 star is just for the surgeon, who did a great job, and Colette the patient manager: avoid at all costs!
