Personal muy amable

Intentó venderme una garantía que no generaba intereses, luego me regaló un televisor sin control remoto, absoluta pérdida de tiempo.

Compré unos auriculares, Vieta pro (por 50€). Antes de comprar la prueba se negó. Llegué a casa, lo cargué, lo enchufé, los problemas comenzaron de inmediato, es imposible ajustar el ecualizador, el sonido no cambia, el sonido en el auricular derecho desaparece de vez en cuando, y el de arriba es cuando los auriculares están en la caja cargándose, y escucho música en el altavoz en casa, el teléfono estaba conectado a los auriculares, tenía que hacer un descanso con los auriculares cada vez. Tuve que recargar todo el tiempo, la cantidad de horas prometida no funcionó. Regresó a la tienda para hacer una devolución, se negó, argumentando que los productos no son retornables. Resignado, creo que me acostumbraré. Exactamente 2 semanas después, el auricular izquierdo dejó de funcionar y respondió a la carga. ¡¡¡Yo no recomiendo este producto!

Encontré todo lo que buscaba. La tienda está bien surtida. En sí misma, la tienda está relativamente limpia, pero también había uno o dos rincones desordenados.

El personal fue amable.

Llevo 40 minutos para devolver un producto, mucha gente pero poca productividad el trato pésimo y malo.

Un sitio con bastante variedad de electrónica y diferentes marcas, muy simpáticos los empleados

Media Markt ya no es lo que era.
Se ha comido a su competencia Redcoon y a worten y ya no tiene tan buenos precios.
O cambian de politica o le gente comprará por internet más barato

Prácticamente se puede ver ordenado, pero para lo demás este MediaMarkt es el peor que he ido con diferencia. Que es eso de utilizar un escáner para ver el precio de lo videojuegos. Lo gracioso que algunos no sale el precio.

Ojo con la tarjeta vaya la que te meten y ni te entetas hasta que pagas al final.luego reclama a la financiera claro

La leche de tienda, aquí para no comprar algo hay que ir sin dinero, tentadores todos los departamentos. Me encanta, lo recomiendo. Salu 2

Having read all the negative reviews I would only agree with the comments about the lack of staff but once you get somebody they are very helpful and willing to try there best to speak as much English as possible even using there phones to translate what they couldn't say got the best prices on nearly all the items we purchased and delivered on the day of our choice even the delivery drivers rang to give us approximate times installed the new items and removed the old in no time. I would recommend you allow some time when in store especially in the tv section as the wait can be a little long but the prices are worth the wait.

Es una pena que los precios suben sin ninguna razón.

Si te gusta la tecnología, sabes que en media markt suele haber buenas ofertas, aunque hay que comprobar los precios en la competencia porque algunos artículos tienen precios un poco altos.

Had a bad experience on my first shopping trip at MediaMarkt, Walked with the seller around and pointed out goods we wanted to buy.
The seller was so aggressive and try to force us to buy insurance on a washing machine, which we rejected. The seller forgot to bring up the goods we had ticked off to our order. We spent 40 euros on Taxi and paid 39 euros for delivery, and discovered the missing items when we got home.

You can occasionally find discrepancies between the specs on price tags and the actual technical specs of equipment, but the personnel is kind and honest to point it out.

Aunque hoy había mucha gente por las fiestas, el personal es muy atento, en especial la srta Noelia que en todo momento ha sido muy amable y nos ha hecho la tarjeta socio con muchísima paciencia a pesar de el jaleo de la tienda

Si necesitas algo de electrónica, electrodomésticos, TV, sonido, etc. Este es tu sitio. Compra y si tienes algún problema te lo resuelven lo más rápido posible y si no lo consiguen te lo cambian por uno igual o te devuelven el dinero. Buen sitio.

Terrible. Waited ages for a member of staff to help me and when I asked which computer He would recommend I purchase; he responded by asking if it was my son I was with and that surely he could help me.
I then pointed to a Lenovo computer priced at 329 euro. He pulled many faces and then said that there was no way he would recommend buying a 300 euro computer and it would be comparable to buying a potato with wires!
Had to give 1 star as a no star option not available.

Never shop at his establishment, I bought a faulty TV took it back the same day, asked for a refund and they refused to honour the shop guarantee. Absolutely appalling

Très contente de ce magasin, toujours bien aidé par le personnel, ils essayent toujours de nous aider même dans notre langue, ils font beaucoup d’efforts à ce niveau.

It was **** very very poor service. Came back next day due to lack of staff available to customers, and same again. Then no product available with large display advertising said product. Then told they couldnt even order it. Ended up going elswhere and purchased within. 20 minutes

Big store with a wide variety, electronics, appliances, tvs, computers, phones, etc. They offer repair services but the word repair is misspelt, so confidence in their capability is in doubt.
Nevertheless a one stop for your home's need.
It's a great location and lots of parking.

Amazing young man called Antonio G***? (who spoke excellent English) went over and above to help and answer my computer questions. He said he is a computer student. What a star!

Mediamarkt ubicado en el centro comercial la Zenia en Torrevieja.

Está en la plaza principal pero bastante escondido. Justo en la esquina derecha de la plaza, una vez esras cerca ya ves solo la fachada de la entrada. Al entrar es de las dimensiones de un Mediamarkt normal.

Estupenda tienda con todo tipo de electrodomésticos, informática, telefonía, consolas videojuegos, fotografía, etc.
Párking gratuito.
