I was treated with total disrespect by the staff, who stated they couldn't attend to my request for maintenance because it was raining! They also refused to give me a day they could attend. My advice, steer very well clear of this shop and company.

As winters here seem to be getting colder and wetter, we decided to get two new wood-burning stoves installed. One to replace an existing one and a new one for another room. We did some background research and found that Meridian Stoves has a very good reputation as well as a good selection of wood burners to choose from. We arranged to get a quote, and Wayne and Jack visited us and provided a detailed quote very quickly. We are delighted with the customer service and the instillation – clean and courteous, professional and pleasing. Wayne also gave us a lot of useful advice on how to get the best and most efficient heat from the stoves along with starter packs for keeping them in good condition. We would more than happily recommend Meridian Stoves to others on the basis of our experience.
