Fantástico servicio. Me gustaría agradecer al personal de Milar Punta Marina por su fantástico servicio. Hace un mes compramos un lavavajillas que tenía un problema. Hicieron que un ingeniero viera la máquina y en una hora entregaron e instalaron un nuevo lavavajillas. Eficiencia en su máxima expresión.gracias milar

Me ayudó mucho a elegir el frigorífico y la placa, que era especial que no se encuentra en el resto de tiendas, al ser de vitrocerámica con botones. ¡¡¡Volveremos a la tienda y recomendaremos los servicios de Gina!

Compré productos aquí antes de un excelente servicio, los instalé en el momento de la entrega y me quitaron los electrodomésticos viejos.

Compré un televisor LG de 65 pulgadas hace unos 2 años. Llevé el dispositivo a Milar para que lo repararan, lo cual es una práctica común en Europa, pero no fue aceptado y el técnico regresaba a casa. Hasta ahora, todo bien. El técnico vino unos días después y se llevó el dispositivo.
Después de dos días durante el fin de semana, Milar llamó y dijo que no era un caso de garantía porque había daños por agua.
PURA EXCUSA DE UN TÉCNICO
Ya no pongo un pie en la tienda. Típica estafa para engañar a los compradores.

Tuve un problema con el ipad que compré allí, lo tomé a principios de mayo, lo reemplazaron 7 semanas después

El personal de esta tienda es muy amable y servicial y se interesa en venderle lo que necesita. Todos hablan muy bien inglés, lo cual es bueno teniendo en cuenta la importancia de su conocimiento del producto. Se toman el tiempo para escucharte. No me molestaría con ningún otro lugar para ser honesto. 10/10 gracias.

Great place to go for electrical goods, including Washing Machines, Coffee Machines, Sound Bars, Kettles, Ovens, Microwaves and a huge selection of televisions. There were also some E-Bikes and electric Scooters. The prices seem very competitive, probably better than Media Mart in many cases.

This is to show my utmost admiration for the service I received from Milar Punta Marina. Especially from GINA who assisted me in every way possible to ensure my complete customer
satisfaction experience was a positive one. Thank you from the bottom of my heart GINA.

Excellent staff polite and courteous. Arnau who served us was very good Excellent at his job. Delivery drivers were excellent and on time and set tv up in no time. All round I would highly recommend this shop

First rate. Good hop and workers are very helpful. My first choice for electric items as after sales service is first rate.

Most helpful staff speaks perfect English. Spoke to the lady behind the counter, ended up buying oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Went back today and bought extractor hood.

Good electronics, service and prices. Often have special offers like on tax. Plenty of car parking.

We have always been so pleased with the service and aftercare nothing is too much trouble and the staff are very helpful.

Bit limited on range but very helpful staff, we visited mediamarkt first and couldn't get any assistance for 30 minutes but Milar staff were great, should have just gone here!

Excellent service I called from UK earlier this week after our fridge freezer broke while we'd got guests staying. Javier (described by himself as the funny little one with glasses and dark hair!) was fantastic he sorted a prompt delivery and even when goods arrived damaged he was super quick to sort it out and called me and my guests to keep us up dated on what was happening. Very impressed with the customer service and would recommend to other especially Javier.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful, the prices and products are good too with some great deals, would highly recommend.
