Servicio muy rápido y cortés: el chico trajo la silla de ruedas directamente a nuestro hotel. Aunque la entrega fue de 10€, la recogida fue gratuita en Benidorm, que está a una hora en coche desde la base en Alicante, por lo que en general el trato fue muy justo. Tener la silla de ruedas realmente alegró las vacaciones de mi esposa, ya que le permitió llegar a muchos lugares a los que no podría haber caminado. ¡Bien hecho y sigan con el buen trabajo!

Excelente servicio, la scooter era perfecta y le dio a mi padre la oportunidad de explorar Alicante y Benidorm.

Alquilamos un scooter de movilidad de Mobility Rent Alicante, lo entregamos en nuestro hotel y lo recogimos allí al final de nuestra estancia. Todo salió bien y marcó una gran diferencia en nuestro disfrute de la semana. Una vez reservado, la comunicación en línea fue excelente. Los usaremos nuevamente cuando visitemos Alicante.

I was searching in the internet for a place to rent an electric scooter for a relative with mobility limitations visiting Alicante for 2 weeks. I wasn’t sure this was the right thing for my relative and whether this service was ok. For all of us the first time … IT WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT. Right from the first contact, everything was perfect: booking procedures, consulting, payment process, delivery and collecting, even regular communication in between. 10/10 points! And my relative: he enjoyed long “rides” on the beach promenade and outside outings with the rest of the family - a new sense of mobility he thought he had lost long ago. We will definitely book this great service again when the relatives visit again. Thank you very much!

… asking for a mobility scooter for one day. Staff says: no no fully booked while there standing 50 or more mobility scooters? ! After couple of hours, there still standing, doing nothing. He saw I walked different so what an unfriendly staff and not trusting. Don’t go here! Company around the corner is way better and helpful!

Excellent service, communication and equipment (electric scooter and shower wheelchair). Communication with Carlos was fast and pleasant. The deposit was refunded quickly after the equipment was returned. We recommend this company and will definitely use it again.

We needed a wheelchair for my elderly mother during our week long stay in Alicante.
This company delivered a comfortable wheelchair to our apartment within hours of booking. Payment by card was easy and the charge was extremely reasonable.
Carlos messaged me to check everything was alright the following day.
The wheelchair was collected from our apartment when we left and the deposit was returned the same day with a receipt.
This company is super helpful, professional and trustworthy.

Prompt delivery on arrival at hotel and advice from Carlos, who also checked with me during my holiday, that all was ok with the mobility scooter. We had a late flight home so Carlos left the scooter with us for the day and collected from the hotel the day after, in addition to a prompt refund of deposit. I would highly recommend this company and will use again next time in Alicante.

Serios, eficientes y profesionales. Alquilamos una silla eléctrica plegable y nos dieron un servicio de diez. Cómo mejora podían entregar unas instrucciones en papel o pdf de la silla para aquellas personas que la van a usar puntualmente, porque la cosas se olvidan cuando sales por la puerta

En cuanto al carro alquilado, la relación calidad-versatilidad-precio: Excelente, son carros nuevos y la batería súper óptima.
Sin hablar de lo fácil que es llevarlo en un vuelo comercial (tanto nacional como internacional), sin problemas y cumple con todos los requisitos exigidos y sin coste adicional en tu boleto de avión.

Wheelchair was waiting in hotel reception when I arrived. At the end of day one, I had a small problem with the wheelchair. A replacement wheelchair was delivered early on the morning of day two.

Scooter Rental is a great company! They score high in communication to the customers, and extremely friendly. When the scooter was delivered the person gave me demonstration on how it works.

We rented a wheel chair for my mother while on holiday and the service we received was fantastic. Carlos was so helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Encontré la empresa por internet, y me atendieron perfectamente con solo una llamada de teléfono. Fueron a casa del familiar a recoger la silla de ruedas, la repararon y la entregaron de nuevo a un precio competitivo. Recomendado.

Great service from start to finish. Cannot fault whatsoever and pleased that we chose them. Reasonable rates also. Lastly the mobility scooter that I had, looked to be virtually brand new so no complaints on the equipment.
