Hemos recurrido a Fontanería y Calefacción de Moraira en dos ocasiones. En el primero quitaron y reemplazaron dos viejas calderas de gas de mis dos apartamentos. Siempre fueron rápidos, corteses, limpiaron adecuadamente y el precio fue el indicado, lo cual fue un precio muy justo. Esto fue en diciembre de 2022. Hubo un pequeño problema que encontramos unas semanas después, les enviamos un mensaje y nos solucionaron el mismo día. ¡No podría haber pedido más!

Han salido nuevamente hoy para quitar 5 unidades de aire acondicionado muy viejas (con unidades exteriores en lugares muy incómodos) e instalar 4 unidades nuevas más eficientes. Nuevamente el equipo fue puntual, eficiente y educado. Hizo un trabajo fantástico e hizo algunos rellenos y parches donde las unidades viejas ensuciaban las paredes, ¡realmente no esperaba que hicieran eso, así que puntos extra, muchachos! El precio fue muy competitivo y fue un verdadero placer tenerlos trabajando en nuestra casa.

Feliz de recomendarlos altamente por los servicios que he recibido.

Se solicitó depósito de bloque de agua incl. instalación. Después de que enviaron a alguien a ver el lugar donde instalar, recibí una oferta incl. mano de obra y materiales y aceptados. El día de la instalación duplicaron el precio diciendo que es mejor colocar el bloque en la otra pared porque de lo contrario ya no tendrían acceso a los tubos. Entonces, ¿por qué no decírselo directamente? A esto lo llamo fraude: ofrecer algo primero por un precio más bajo y luego por el doble. Lo negué, pero como el Aqua Block ya estaba en la casa, lo compré por unos 520 €. Le pedí a otra empresa que lo instalara y ahora descubrí que falta una pieza importante (la conexión). ¡Llame al Sr. Ray Gardner, realmente quiere cobrarme más esta pieza de plástico! Al ponerse en contacto con JUJUJU y Bauhaus, dijeron que esto siempre viene con la parte de conexión. Aparte de que en la Bauhaus el Aqua Block es 200€ más barato, ¡así que no hay más palabras que decir! ¡NUNCA MÁS SEÑOR RAY!

Excelente servicio post-cuidado de Ray y Marco de mph. Mi unidad de aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar. Marco salió rápidamente y la unidad quedó frita debido a la caída de un rayo. Por suerte estaba en garantía. Hicieron arreglos para que el técnico saliera dentro de unos días. Marco me mantuvo informado sobre lo que estaba sucediendo e incluso me llamó una noche para asegurarse de que el técnico había aparecido como se esperaba. Gran servicio al cliente.

I had a very good experience, both Harry and Tom did a great job. One radiator leaking, the whole heating stopped working as also the pressure valve to fill system up was faulty. The only thing I had problems with, was trying to get hold of Moraira plumbing. Probably too busy to listen to messages, so I stopped off at my friend Ian's, who I knew they were there to sort his boiler out, and intercepted the guys working there to get someone to come. I was called back, appointment was made and Tom and Harry solved everything. Thanks guys. Very happy to be warm again. Reasonably priced too

Very Disappointing experience from Moraira Plumbing and heating, I would not recommend any one to use this company. At first the service seemed good when I ordered 5 Ac units from them at the end of December and they agreed to install the following week. Before the units were installed I asked them to attend the house and liase with my electrician who was working at the property which is undergoing a renovation, this he did and advised all would be ok
Two weeks ago I moved into the house with my disabled mother we put three units on and with

switched, and we soon realised we could only use one unit at a time, which as you would imagine for a large house with air con as the only form of heating is not good. The guy who installed the units called Marcas came to the house and advised they should be installed to their own circuit, and my electricity needed upgrading. AMAZING AS HE HAD INSTALLED THEM, AND HAD NEVER TOLD ME THIS BEFORE. I tried to speak with the manager owner of the company called Ray, but he would not speak to be just sent me messages advising there was nothing he could do.
I then asked him to visit my house to speak with me and my builder but he refused with no apology or proper explanation.
Paid cash for these units 3500 which is a lot of money for me and I am still with out sufficient heating, and I have heard nothing more from him, I advised him if nothing was sorted I wanted the units un installed and a full refund. He has still not responded, and I am still waiting! Totally disgusting service.

Estamos muy insatisfechos con el servicio. No contestan los mensajes ni llamadas y David nos dio mal trato. No lo recomendamos.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with Moraira Plumbing and Heating. Our old oil burner of our central heating stopped working after 20 years without having had a problem once. So we had a new one installed by them. Our old burner had a chimney pipe outside so the smoke would come out at the level of the roof. They said the new ones don't need that anymore and cut it so the smoke came out the wall directly. That whole installation had been done quite poorly in the first place. After a short time our outside wall was very black from the smoke already and also the burner stopped working after having it used for 2 weeks total. They came around to have a look and fixed it so it worked again. The next day it stopped working again so they came aroung and said it needed a service which sounded very strange to us after having it used for a couple of weeks only and us never having done a service on the old one for 20 years. Anyways it was cold so we did the service but it didn't last long and the heating stopped working again. They came around and this time they said the wireless remote controller was the problem. Since it was almost new they took it with them to replace it (warranty). That was in 2021! Since then we've been in touch with Marco one of their employees via text. He kept promising us that someone would come around but it never happened. We ended up going to the shop again in October 2022 to speak to the owner. He said he didn't know anything about this case and they didn't have our controller. This was mind blowing. He took our number (like they didn't have it already as we are customers) and said he would talk to Marco and then get back to us. He never did! A week later I texted Marco again to ask what was going on and he just ignored me and I have not heard back from him either since then.
So here we are with a heating that's useless that cost almost 4000. - Euros. Very honourless behaviour to sell something that doesn't work properly and then charge more to make it work for a short time again and then just disappear and even take part of it (the controller itself was almost 200. - Euros) with them.

I had no heating or hot water. Two magicians called Tom and Harry took the combi boiler apart, unstuck the jammed, waved their magic wands, and everything worked! Can't thank them enough! Prompt, cheerful and efficient.

Very happy with the outcome of securing my solar heating that had broken away from its fixings and slid down the roof
