¡He ido a esta gestoría por papeles de residencia y inmatriculación de coche. REALMENTE, MEJOR EVITAR ESTA GESTORÍA!
Un seguimiento zero.
Muy lento, he tenido que enfadarme para que se siga un poco mejor con mis papeles.
No dan las informaciones necesarias, entonces pérdida de tiempo y de dinero.
No leen los mensajes enviados por mi parte.
Al principio ni siquiera contestaban, tuve también que enfadarme por esto.
Me citan a su oficina. Tengo yo que pedir por email que papeles necesito llevarles. No me responden. Cuando llego a la oficina, claro, faltan papeles que tenía. Pérdida de tiempo y de viajes.
Complican más bien el proceso: Por ejemplo, aconsejan un banco (para abrir una cuenta bancaria), y que, por eso, necesitaría papeles inútiles (como certificado de los últimos salarios e impuestos de mi país, etc. …por favor!), yo he abierto yo mismo una cuenta bancaria sin problemas.
Me dicen lo que hacer y de forma muy imprecisa, pero en realidad hacen poco ellos mismos. Me dicen de pedir un papel al consulado sin precisar exactamente qué papel, después, este papel no vale entonces tengo que pedir otra vez el papel adecuado con pérdida de tiempo.
Pago lo que cuesta el servicio y los trasmites. Pero para los dos pagos que he tenido que hacer (y se trata de más de mil euros), a pesar de mi email de información, me reclaman las dos veces el pago que no habría hecho.
Más, me piden más cantidad de lo que me quedaba por pagar, como si no había pagado nada hasta la reclamación de ellos. Si no estaba atenta, habría pagado más de la cuenta.
Después me dan explicaciones que no tienen sentido a pesar de que son ellos que NO han hecho su trabajo mínimo. ¡Ni piden disculpas! Estaría pedirles demasiado…. Cuando me acerco a la oficina, la persona con quien trato “no esta en este momento” sabiendo el enfado que yo tengo, por supuesto.
¡Y, sobre todo, una mala fe en general para explicaciones erróneas! Un trato al límite del respeto más elemental.
Cuando pido una hoja de reclamación en la oficina por su servicio muy malo, son incapaces de dármela…No sé si existe.

Our advice is not to use this agency. No stars from us,
We recently rented a villa for one month from this company for our family to enjoy special birthday and anniversary celebrations. On arrival on the first day the villa wasn’t clean the pool was green with algae. It was not fit for use for several days. Although this was put right we found a number of matters of concern including rats in the garden, and we found cockroaches in the bedroom. We were extremely upset and some of our family moved out.
There were a number of maintenance men with keys to the house and grounds letting themselves in unannounced we complained to this agent about privacy but it continued, the poolman let himself in to attend to the pool and left the pool water to overflow into the road while we were out and he did not return. We had to find the mains and turn it off.
When we complained to the agent instead of attending to these complaints this agent only agreed we would not pay the hundred euros for cleaning and then they said we left it dirty when we had thoroughly cleaned. We had to use our own cleaning tools and materials. We had to ask for gas as both bottles were empty on arrival. We had to clean the shower drains as they were blocked with black sludge and the dishwasher wasn’t working properly so we had to have the rotation arms drained and cleaned.
Our advice is not to use this agency we will never use them again.
