Lee y sigue todas las instrucciones que te envía, algunas de las cuales parecen un poco extrañas, pero es solo a la manera española. Recomiendo totalmente esta firma.

Hacen exactamente lo que dicen que harán. Me comuniqué con ellos y en 24 horas me dieron una cita para la semana siguiente, lo cual fue mucho más rápido de lo que pude hacer (solo pude encontrar una para dentro de 3 meses). Todo salió muy bien. Los agentes de policía son educados y hablan inglés (al menos con los que he hablado). Además de los formularios que me envió la empresa, el agente de policía comprobó mi contrato de trabajo. Es importante que el contrato comience antes de la cita del NIE. Tenía un documento de que mi empleador había registrado el contrato y también tenía mi número de seguro social. Si no tiene el número al menos una persona debe mostrar la solicitud. No pidieron seguro médico ni contratos de inquilinos. ¡Gracias a Lisa por las rápidas reacciones! Tuve que programar una segunda cita y lo logró muy rápido.

Really grateful for this service! All the paperwork and appointment with the police setup the same day. I had a great experience with My NIE Number. I was getting very confused about applying for my NIE and had heard stories from other people saying it was challenging. I am sure people in this company graduated at Hogwarts. After loosing my time (lots of it!) trying to book an appointment for my NIE, found them last Friday morning, filled the online form around 9: 30 and in less than two hours I got the appointment for this Monday first time in the morning and the paperwork done. Nothing less than magic, or maybe simply real life Professionals. Professional communication too, lighting fast, and exhaustive information. Now I already have my NIE and can hardly believe it. Not to mention the fee, at least half of the lowest I found before. I cannot recommend them enough.

Very rude staff and complete ripoff. They booked an appointment for me and forgot to contact me. They texted me on whatsapp after the appointment telling me I missed it. I called them and they yelled at me as soon as they picked up the phone saying no refund. It might be a culture thing but I never been yelled at before saying hello before. They yelled at me for calling on a holiday. They have now caused a world of new troubles that I have to fix since they didn't tell me about the appointment, I can't just order a new appointment.

My first contact with the company MY NIE was June 11th asking them the possibility to get an appointment for me and my wife for June 28th to get our NIE in the Cartagena City – Spain.
Although Lisa Hill and her team informed us the would be difficult to get the exact date and time that you are looking for, they would be doing their best to get the appointment, and they did!
Two days before the appointment we received an email with all the information that we should be following, so their job was done as promised and we just would need to be reading the instructions, and we did!
All the forms were filled by them, and we followed step by step from the instructions and in the morning of June 28th my wife and I were to the Cartagena National Police, and we got our NIE in less than 5 minutes.
So, I highly recommend this company by their professionalism and expertise, but you need to do your part as well otherwise you won't get the NIE.

I highly recommend using the MyNIE service to get a Spanish NIE quickly. While in Spain I needed an NIE and wanted to get it done before the end of my trip in 2.5 weeks. Everyone I spoke to (expats, lawyer, real estate agent) said it would take 6-12 weeks to get it. So I called MyNIE. Used MYNIESPAIN website to get my NIE number. The whole process was explained to me in minute details and the appointment was also booked to suit my circumstances. All the forms were completed on my behalf accurately and emails to me. When I went for my appointment I managed to answer every question asked by the police officer and I had all the documents ready as it was stated by NIE Spain. The residency card process went very smoothly thanks to the information provided by the MyNIE team, especially as it was very difficult to find information about the necessary documents online. I was quoted €300+ for the same service by a number of other companies, which is ridiculous!

This service is the best priced around. They got me booked in quickly and completed the paperwork. Some more guidance could be given about how all the paperwork is completed. Also, that in Denia it’s easier to do a NiE appointment than in Valencia and being really clear up front that the official guidance on the Spanish government website doesn’t always apply. The government website says that you need a notarised document to justify why you want a NiE. In reality in Denia, I didn’t. It would have been good to know that from the start. Despite those things, it was a good service and Lisa was very responsive. The NiE appointment took 10 minutes, much better than I thought!
