Somos una pareja joven, y hemos alquilado un piso con Oc Habitat, profesionalidad a la par que familiaridad, la rápida e increíble gestión de Eva y Juan nos han facilitado a mi pareja y a mi una vivienda para los próximos 5 años, sin duda los mejor de todo el sector en Valencia, no dudaremos en volver a contactar con ellos para una futura compra o arrendamiento de alguna propiedad.

Un servicio muy profesional tanto la identificación y cierre de una inversión que cumplía mis expectativas en términos de zona y de rentabilidad, como en el posterior arrendamiento en menos de 15 días. Vanessa ha sido una gran asesora manteniéndome informado en TODO momento (incluso fines de semana). Totalmente recomendable y espero seguir invirtiendo con ella. Todo el equipo, Vanessa, Fernando y Juanjo hacen de OC HABITAT un grandísimo partner para encontrar el inmueble que estás buscando, ya sea una vivienda para uso personal o una inversión.

Hemos comprado un piso con esta agencia y la experiencia pudo haber sido mucho mejor: una agente amable pero que parecía inexperta y un jefe llamado Fernando que desde el principio solo estuvo del lado de la compradora (por ser su amiga), fue grosero y no hizo su papel como mediador, olvidando que también estábamos pagándole una comisión. Todo ha sido poco profesional.

Recientemente colaboré con Guillermo de esta agencia para conseguir un alquiler y me gustaría compartir mi experiencia.
Inicialmente me comuniqué para ver un apartamento específico listado por OC Habitat en Idealista, y Guillermo me respondió rápidamente por WhatsApp, organizando una visita para esa propiedad. Nos comunicamos en inglés ya que mi español aún no lo domina. Mi solicitud no requirió una discusión profunda sobre mis preferencias ya que solo quería ver la propiedad específica; sin embargo, el proceso general fue sencillo y el apartamento fue encantador. Como resultado, decidimos seguir adelante y hoy firmamos el contrato.
Aprecio el profesionalismo y la atención de Guillermo a mis preguntas, y definitivamente puedo recomendarlo a él y a la agencia.

We began our search for a new home in Valencia, Spain in March of 2021. We moved from the United States, specifically San Diego, California, and because of the pandemic, all of our trips to house hunt and sightsee in person were canceled. I came to Valencia to buy an apartment in the center of the city. We were very lucky to work with a fantastic agent - Mr. Guillermo Arrosamena. He has been super responsive, efficient, helpful and always on time. He found us a few options after we explained what we eye looking for. We also forwarded to him the addresses of the apartments that we saw in the city with the sale signed and asked to find out the details. He showed us several apartments, always coming to the property on time, well prepared with the background information and the details of each property. In comparison with our previous experience with the real estate agents in Valencia, we were very impressed with the professionalism of Guillermo. In one week, we found 3 apartments that we liked (out of about 20) and we made an offer less than the selling price on our first choice apartment. Guillermo has negotiated, politely but firmly, clearly looking after our interest, and he got us the best price. We would have never been able to get the apartment of that size, location and price if we were trying to do it ourselves without a true professional. Defensively recommend to work with Guillermo, especially for anyone who is not from Valencia and/ or is not fluent in Spanish. Guillermo is fluent in English.many thanks. Maria
