We waiting for our contract already for 3 weeks, when called in office, they say -we sended via email. So silly, emails arrives in minutes, not junks is well. We asked paper version also. Still waiting

No contestan el teléfono el horario de oficina. No contestan los correos electronicos. Estoy esperando 4 meses para tener una ampliación de mi póliza. Creo que no les importa cuando un CLIENTE está con un problema, que hay que dar un servicio.

Totally agree with the previous comment! I could not cancel my contract with them, because they provided me with incorrect information. So I have changed my police with Sanitas from Primero to Mas Salud, but they continue to charge my account for both! Ridiculous! Multiple complaints to the office in Torrevieja and customer service over the phone do not change anything. They never call back. Only promises and zero help!

From day one the Sanitas group have been unhelpful. We purchased our contract via the web and phone calls with an English speaking rep who assured us that all communication would be in English. This was a fabrication we never received any English communications and at the end of our year went to cancel the contract. We were informed this could not be done as we had not given enough notice but were assured all our communication from then on would be in English ha, that was not the case and all complaints were ignored. We have tried to talk about the amounts of money being taken from our accounts for co payments that do not add up with our calculations but no one will discuss this. The Torrevieja office staff answer a call and say they will call back but never do and to top it all we went into the office to cancel our contract in December giving notice. Received a signed paper from them that now the cancellation department will not accept, where do they think it came from? They will sell you a contract but will not let you cancel. My advice if you are English speaking stay well away from this company.
