Hola. Mi experiencia con ustedes ha sido nefasta. Sigo intentando que me devuelvan el dinero de un pedido que hicimos antes del puente de diciembre. Al hacer el pedido inmediatamente se cobra claro, pero sin mensaje de confirmación llamamos. Hablamos con Iris y nos dijo que el producto ya no estaba en stock y nos devolvería el importe mediante transferencia o bizum. Aún seguimos esperando y ni nos coge. El teléfono ni nos contestan al móvil. ME PARECE VERGONZOSO EL TRATO.
