Paraiso 10 Apartments (Marvill) Benidorm

Por tu dinero está bien. Lo único que me molestó fueron las ventanas sucias de la terraza.

Apartamentos muy limpios con personal amable para recibirte en recepción.

Los apartamentos disponen de balcón y cuentan con una cocina totalmente funcional, que incluye vajilla, cubertería y utensilios de cocina para 4 personas.

Las camas son individuales o, como las nuestras, se pueden juntar para formar una doble. Mucho espacio en el armario con perchas y caja fuerte que costaba 14 € por semana.

En el salón hay un sofá cama con TV (puedes ver canales en inglés) y una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 4 personas.

El baño tiene una bañera con ducha fija que no es sólo un tintineo. Se proporcionan papel higiénico y toallas.

Hay un bar abajo, pero cierra temprano ya que estamos en horario de invierno. Tiene una piscina que no estaba climatizada brrrr! Hay muchas tumbonas para tomar el sol alrededor de la piscina.

No estás lejos de la vida nocturna y la playa está a pocos pasos. En definitiva, un lugar encantador en el que alojarse y muy recomendable.

Excelente. Limpio y cómodo, todo lo necesario y a cinco minutos andando de los bares. Lo usaría de nuevo.

Es un apartamento bonito y limpio situado cerca de Gerona y de la playa (a 10 minutos a pie). No demasiado cerca del área de fiesta pero no demasiado lejos.

Tuvimos que pagar £10 por aire acondicionado y WiFi, lo cual es comprensible por el precio que pagamos inicialmente.

Buena ubicación, personal servicial, todo lo que realmente necesitas para unos días de descanso. Muchas gracias.

No recomendaría estos apartamentos a Rats.
Los azulejos de la pared se caen, el baño se agrieta, el biday se agrieta, las toallas no se cambian una vez cada 5 días, la mujer de la recepción es muy arrogante, muy zalamera, su enfoque del servicio al cliente fue impactante, el hotel era barato y se notaba.

Me he alojado allí 4 veces a lo largo de los años y estoy reservado para octubre de este año. No llegaré hasta las 12: 30 y me preocupa que no haya recepción las 24 horas.

Califíquelo con 5 estrellas para Sue, una de las recepcionistas. Ella fue tan encantadora y servicial.

Los apartamentos estaban limpios y ordenados, el aire acondicionado costaba £ 10 por noche, por lo que puede sumar si hay mucha humedad como en nuestro viaje. Depósito de 50€ por persona a la llegada que se devolverá al realizar el check out. La piscina era mucho más grande de lo que pensábamos que sería, las tumbonas cuestan 1,50 € por día y por tumbona. Tiene una tienda local a 1 minuto a pie para comprar lo esencial y es bastante barato en comparación con las que están más abajo a medida que avanza hacia la playa. La playa y la franja están a no más de 10 minutos a pie del apartamento.

Los apartamentos están limpios pero necesitan una reforma. La recepcionista fue amable. ¡No es un lugar al que quieras llevar a los niños! El lugar es ideal para grupos grandes de personas que quieren salir de fiesta, ¡portar portazos toda la noche! ¡Me gusta beber y divertirme, pero soy respetuoso de quién está dormido cuando llego por la noche! No es lo mío y no volveré.

Encantador apartamento, balcón con insectos, excelente ducha. El personal de recepción hizo todo lo posible para ayudarnos.

Encantador y limpio. Toallas cambiadas 2x ropa de cama limpia. Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo. Recepción muy amable. 10 minutos a pie de la tira.

Absolutely loved it here not far from the beach and old town and the main strip the staff are fantastic and Becky behind the bar is out of this world so friendly she will go out of her way to make your experience here the best one a proper little gem thank you so much and thank you benidorm

Great stay, rolls clean and tidy. Highly recommend the bar, Rebecca was a super host; couldn’t do enough for us and very friendly, would go back again just to see her and her fantastic service

Room was very clean and staff were lovely. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs which is very cheap and great for midday drinks. The room is quite dated but cannot complain for the price we had paid. Unfortunately we was not made aware of a compulsory £100 cash safety deposit upon arrival but it was easy enough to get back upon checking out. Would stay again.

If you like to shower daily then don't bother staying here because you only get hot water in the shower for 3 minutes then it's freezing, the apartment has 2 of us however you have to wait 2 plus hours for a 3 minutes shower each.

Great place to stay.
Apartments are clean, tidy and well presented.
Staff at check in desk was super friendly, helpful and polite.

The rooms are basic but very very clean. You can smell the disinfectent on the open landing before you get to your room. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment can sleep 4 using the sofa x 2 pull out beds. I had to pay £50 per person deposit for the apartment in cash when checking in to cover any damage. We were 4 lads having a good time so you can understand that damage could have happened but we had a full refund when we gave the room back. The staff were very helpfully and informative. Sarah who works behind the bar / lounge area is so so helpful and very attentive to making your holiday a good experience. The pool area is clean and tidy but a little chilly in the water when you first jump in but you soon warm up once you are in there. This was a good location for us as it is 900 meters from the party strip so you are able to get quite time if you need to. When booking these apartments remember the price. Cheap as chips. So when you get there do not expect 5 star fittings but you will be happy when you get there. We had a great time, enjoyed the bar and pool area and made friends with the staff.

Great location. Our room was perfect for us. Even though self catering still had clean towels brought. Be prepared to pay €100 bond which you will get back on your departure once your apartment has been checked. Staff were very friendly on check in and very helpful with any queries. Will stay there again.

Out of the way for us, we had to get our apartment keys from a office 2 blocks away, the apartment was clean but smells of smoke. Not for us won't be coming back here, not worth what we paid.

Was nearly robbed out side had to pull heavey doors shut then the 2 men started rattling the big heavey doors to get in this happend at 11.20pm we where very scared reported it next morning reply was stay away from ally but we wernt inally we where leaving apartment so not very safe but hotel fine and staff

Me and my 4 mates went on holiday here recently and we had a really good time and would recommend anyone who’s looking for a cheap week away (you’re going Benidorm so I’m guessing you’re after that) to have a look at this place! It’s 10 minutes away from the main strip and easy to get to from the hotel but it’s further enough away so you can’t hear it!

The reasons for 4 stars instead of 5:
- For a larger lad like myself the beds weren’t the comfiest, the memory foam would go flat, however after a few beers you wont notice this
- We experienced a funny thing with the showers, if I took a shower turned it off and then someone else had a shower, the hot water would stop, we worked around it and took showers at different times.
- There was some damage to room when we arrived but nothing which ruined it for us
- The air-conditioner. Right, this wasn’t really an issue when we were there as it was only 20ish degrees however, the aircon in above the main door, if you are like me and like doors to be shut when sleeping, zero aircon is getting in, so you will find yourself waking up sweating! Easy solution, open the balcony doors!

Apart from these things everything else was fantastic, the staff are amazing and helpful, there’s places to store your luggage if needed, the safety deposit boxes in the room are good (2€) a day! The pool is good, although the beds to fill up quick and the water is soooooo cold, but was nice and refreshing after a bit! The sun doesn’t seem to set on the pool all day either!

Overall would come back to these apartments!

Rooms clean but small staff not very friendly bad feelings when checking in, talking €50 euros deposit and having to pay for keys to room, I would give them my money again.

Fantastic appartments lovely and clean big balcony and lovely staff on reception great location also would deffinately reccomend and will definitely return to them.

Está a unas calles de la playa, lo que te permite disfrutar y a la vez descansar.

El edificio tiene 26 plantas. Con 6 apartamentos por planta. Tiene dos ascensores para los pisos par y otros para los impares. Cuenta con dos piscinas, pista de tenis y aparcamiento exterior para propietarios. Los apartamentos tienen unos 60 m°

Lovely place, quiet and very clean, not far from anything (bars and restaurants) will return, and thank you to the wonderful staff.

The apartment block itself may not be the best looking from the outside but could not be faulted inside. Our rooms had obviously been refurbished and we're spot on, no complaints whatsoever.

Nice apartments well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday! Friendly helpful staff especially Sue on reception who went the extra mile to help us with all the covid regulations!

Apartamento muy limpio y cuidado. Está dotado de una terraza espectacular, una delicia por lo fresca que es y a la que no da el sol. Cocina con lo justo de menaje, o sea, a lavar platos, vasos, cubiertos porque solo dispones de 4 de cada. Colchón y almohadas cómodas. Buena situación por la distancia a la playa, por el barrio y cercanía al centro. Parking no es gratuito como se anuncia, 10€ diarios. Para aparcar alrededor complicado, si encuentras aparcamiento no lo muevas. Pero fenomenal estancia.

Pour le prix, je trouve qu’il y’a mieux à benidorm, a part la piscine qui est magnifique la localisation de l’appart est un peu à l’écart du centre et de la plage de plus la décoration et matériaux sont très anciens et la qualité des serviettes laisse à désirer, tout comme le service d’ailleurs on a passé plus de la moitié de notre séjour sans lumière dans la cuisine bien qu’on a avertis l’agence!

This is an apartment block, the front and back outside areas are well kept, foyer, lifts and hallway also very well kept. Good out door pool with loungers, no balls or inflatables aloud in pool. Room's where clean basic but for a weeks holiday especially if like us you are eating out most nights it does the job. About 10-15 mins walk down hill to beach and the start of the main shopping areas.

El apartamento en sí no está mal, la piscina muy bien, las vistas desde la terraza espectaculares, la cocina y baño bien, lo peor con diferencia y es lo más importante para el descanso son las camas. Muy pequeñas y el colchón y somieres están para tirar. Tendrían que cuidar mejor el descanso de los clientes. Las toallas de baño solo te dan un juego para todos los días y no secan nada. Por lo demás bastante bien.

Deberían comprobar que todo funciona correctamente antes de alquilarlos. A nosotros no nos funcionaba la nevera. Fuimos a comprar y al llegar al apartamento con todo lo que necesita frío no iba. Avisamos a recepción. Tuvimos que avisar 2 veces para que la chica subiese a comprobarlo por si misma y llamase a su jefe. Finalmente decidieron cambiarnos de apartamento al día siguiente y para esa noche no nos dieron solución a pesar de todo lo que teníamos que necesitaba estar en la nevera. Además si al día siguiente tienes prisa no viene muy bien el cambio.
Por lo demás sencillo y limpio.
