Great location for a bike rental place. The staff speaks multiple languages (Spanish, Italian, English) and they are very friendly and modern. It was very easy to pick the bikes and to drop them off.
Price is good: we had to leave a small deposit of 10 EUR for a 24 EUR booking (4 bikes for 4 adults, 3h rentals). And we completed the payment next day when picked up the bikes. On pick-up, you need to leave a 50 EUR deposit OR a travel document so I left my National ID. They allow you try the bike before leaving. Recommended.

City bikes were a great choice for sightseeing. Personnel super friendly and helpful, big recommendations from us!

Perhaps everything is great as a business, except when you have a shocking accident with one of their clients not respecting traffic light, your car is seriously damaged, hopefully the client not, and needs expensive repair as checked by the police and the owner of passionbikes does not collaborate at all with your insurance company and does not claim for responsibility to the client's insurance company as "kindly" assured to collaborate on the phone. And finally you have to pay not covered expenses in the insurance policy, spend your time and even sue legally the company as it deserves.

The staff is very uninterested, only one person was nice. The bicycles are ok but not good. I wouldn’t recommended it.

Ayer reservamos dos patines eléctricos y los hemos recogido hoy, son geniales para ver Valencia. Pablo ayer y Cat hoy nos han tratado súper bien. El chico que creo que se llamaba Mateo donde lo hemos dejado súper amable son todos Italianos jeje, una empresa recomendable, gracias por todo.

Rented a bike with a group, very nice tour. We saw the whole city in a couple of hours, very nice tour guide!

Rented 2 e-steps for 2 days (5 hours each day). We didn't go full speed but one of the 2 e-steps was empty after half an hour. We tried charging it for 2 hours but it wouldn't charge. We went back to the shop and told of the issue but no appologees were given.
They promised a different step on second day but that one was also empty within 30 mins (other one lasted the whole time). We called them and there only suggestion was charging it, even though we already tried that.
We had to walk back from the beach to the store and in the store they completely ignored the complaint.
Definetely do not recommend.
