Bike rental price was compared to others pretty the same. But they charged us 3 euro per day for the locker. So for two bikes 6 euro extra a day. Very expensive. We got no introduction about the bike. Light, adjusting saddle and so on. The bike baskets were both broken. So my friend torn his jacket while putting it in the basket. They closed at 2 pm on Friday. So we need to bring back the bikes early. This made us renting bikes someplace else. Totally different experience.better bikes. More comfortable. Best service ever. Explained the bike and put our saddles in the right high. And no charge for the lockers, which made us safe a lot of money. I would suggest to go to another store close by. Go to Go VLC.

Esperienza eccezionale. Abbiamo noleggiato delle buone biciclette sotto casa (si trovano proprio in centro). Prenotato visita guidata in italiano. Pierluigi è stato fantastico. Oltre a tante spiegazioni storiche e culturali ci ha anche consigliato i migliori churros e il miglior caffè italiano a Valencia!
Ma la loro disponibilità e gentilezza è andata oltre. Abbiamo dimenticato 2 zainetti nel bar da lui consigliato la sera prima di partire. Non potendoli recuperare perché partiavamo prestissimo lì hanno recuperati per noi e spediti in Italia!

I cannot recommend this bike rental to anyone. I rented three bikes for 10 days at a cost of more than 200 Euros. The bikes were decent, but we had 3-4 minor repair issues. However, once while my daughter rode, the whole basket came off due to a defective fitting, which could have caused an accident. Also, the saddle came off due to a loose bolt. I understand that that can happen, but when we returned for repairs I was accused of abusive treatment of the bikes. The owner was thoroughly unpleasant, insisting that we had caused the defects. I had to pay for a rip in one of the saddles, but that was fine. What is unacceptable is to accuse the client of minor defects on the bikes due to normal wear and tear or substandard maintenance. A thoroughly disagreeable experience that I don't want to wish upon anyone else.

We did a tour with ‘Felipe’ which was very good and interesting. His explanation was not colored with chauvinistic ‘I live in the best city in the world’ talk, but decent information about the city and its history. The Belgian girl from the shop was also very helpful.

The owner of the shop was extremely kind and the bikes were great! Best thing to drive through the parks with them?

Très bonne expérience avec notre guide Alessandra et Mattia. Nous avons loué 2 vélos pour visiter Valence et découvrir la ville (et le parc naturel d'albufeira). Les vélos étaient en bon état, c'est un vrai plaisir de se ballader sur les nombreuses pistes cyclables de la ville et d'aller jusqu'à la plage. Je recommande

I spent family holiday in Valencia quite a few years ago. I have recollected this place. Very nice service and helpful staff willing to give directions to visit the city.

Choice of bicycles not as advertised on website - had to return the bike beacuse it had a flat tire and and they gave me a an old bike instead - gears not working properly and sticky handles.staff was friendly but no excuse or refund for the problems with the bike

Buenas bicis, pero que necesitan mantenimiento. Los candados para asegurar son del chino y nada seguros. Las ruedas tienen cierres rápidos para facilitar su robo.

The gentleman at the rental office was extremely friendly and even gave us some tips on nice restaurants around:).
The prices are reasonable and bikes are in good condition.

Cuidado ao aquilar, porque roubam as bicicletas alugadas e depois você tem que pagar 300 euros, o pior que a agência não avisa

Rented bikes are stolen by partners from the rental company. Then you are required to pay 150 euros each bike. F.

Prácticamente nulos, como si no tuvieran ganas de trabajar. Traerles una bici para que te la reparen hace más de un mes y venir y venir a por ella y nunca la arreglan. Y tras varias llamadas telefónicas volver a por ella y aún me la querían dar Sin el arreglo hecho y cobrarme 30€? Nunca he visto nada igual. No recomendable!
