Quisiera comentar por aquí lo que me han gustado los zapatos que me ha regalado mi hija de ustedes.
Además la calidad y la comodidad.
Tenemos un negocio de fisioterapia y ayer los tuve puesto todo el día para recepcionar a los pacientes y era como no llevar nada.
Muy cómodos y con diseño.
Estoy muy contenta.

Primero que nada, agradecerles por lo rápido que han sabido solucionar una incidencia con un calzado que compré en una zapatería de Rambla Catalunya (se me había roto la tira, y me los han cambiado por unos nuevos de inmediato).
Segundo, destacar que vuestros zapatos tienen un diseño increíble, y que se nota el trabajo y el empeño que hay detrás de un producto de calidad! Estoy tan a gusto, que seguiré comprando todas las temporadas.

Poor customer service. They advertised in their website free delivery and free returns to UK, but they don't tell you that you ave pay the taxes otherwise the delivery is not sent out. What is even worse, is that you have to pay for the delivery regardless you want to keep the shoes or not.
On another note, they advertise that the delivery is 5 days, but its actually been 10 days and I still have not received them. When you call them, they don't help you.
Company policies they say, and they don't care about losing clients. Sad, as the shoes were nice, but not worth it. For all my fellow shoes' lovers I recommend MIMAO instead. SUPER COMFY, and better service.
